Spent over $250 with my daughter. Got a gel set with a gel pedi. Nails fell off one by one in the matter of one week and toes are still good. She did my daughters eyebrows and completely waxed the beginning section of her eyebrows right off, my daughter had half of both eyebrows gone. So my daughter asked her, why would she do that and she just kept laughing, I thought was completely rude. Never coming here again, & also I would NEVER leave a comment but what she did to my daughter was the worst ever.It was the owner that did this. The girls that did our pedicure were amazing. The owner did my nails, each nail was a different shape and super thick in the wrong places. All I asked for was oval French short nails, nothing long or out of this world. All she kept doing was laughing and just waving her hands around. She wasn’t nice at all. My daughter felt so bad. I mean there eyebrows, but I won’t go there anymore.

I really love how my nails came out! I came in with a powder-gel job from another salon and it needed to come off as they looked a mess. Daniela did a great job soaking them and the gel came off super easy. I then opted for a regular manicure and it was great! I got a pedicure as well and it was lovely! The price was reasonable too. I highly recommend!

I spent $55 and two hours of my time and not satisfied! Pedicure is fine, but gel manicure is horrible quality and i asked for matching color- as you see they dont match at all. Plus at the check out women asked me for a tip .

Friendly quick service and free membership too

Not the most glamorous of nail salons but the staff is always happy to see me, very kind and accommodating. My manicures usually last 6 days before I need to return. Pedicures can last 3-4 weeks. They wear masks and have plexi glass at the pedicure and manicure stations.

Painful manicure! The woman cut me and made me bleed and she drilled the tips of my fingers several times even though I said something each time! The manicure is not smooth, there are ridges...just awful!!!! Someone else did my pedicure which was ok but I will NEVER go back.

$32 for gel polish change and dip to strengthen 1 nail!!! I had to ask for my nails to be filed!!!! I should’ve known better because or the 3 stars but I wanted to give this local business a chance being That I work at at a small business in the area. Not to mention**** the price list didn’t include any modern services or even POLISH CHANGE!

Came this Sunday around 11:45 for a pedicure. It wasnt too busy. I got their $45 pedicure (not sure the name) but it was amazing. Leg and foot massage with stone. They cut the cuticles which not all places do. My feet feel like butter. The girl Juana (Joanna) did a great job. Ill definitely be coming back.

I went for acrylic gel refill. My nails were chipping off the next day. I went back to get them fixed and they are again horrible. Never going back.

I would give 0 stars for this place!!!!!!, i went here once to get my eyebrows done here a year ago and they basically took off half my eyebrow when i just wanted a clean up for them! it took me about a year to get back my normal eyebrows ( thick and clean) I WOULD NOT GO HERE! ALSO THEY PAINT NAILS SLOPPY AND IN A RUSH!!!!!!

Boy I wish I had looked at the reviews before I came here. I was in a rush so I just needed to take my gel tips off until I had time to do a full set. The lady that did them had no idea what she was doing. I asked her why she had left some of the coating on and she told me to bite it off in 2 days. That wasnt the worst of it. I got a half job done and she charged me the manicure price. When I questioned her why she charged me for a manicure(she asked me if I wanted a manicure initially and I said no) she just gave me a $5 coupon for next time. She knew she was wrong because she started to get uneasy. Because of the stressful day I had, I didnt feel like arguing so I paid and left. Needless to say this was the most horrible nail experience I have had EVER! Beware of this place...what a ripoff!

M6 3 stars are for the staff. The owner is not professional. She asked me for tip for herself because she did my daughters nails. at first I thought it was a joke but she asked me 3 times. I cant!! I dont recommend. She was not nice to her staff eirher.

After getting an awesome pedicure there, i returned for a acrylic fill. I can not believe how inexperienced the nail technician was! I had to stop her respectfully 2x to tell her its not looking right. She didnt brush on the acrylic near the cuticle. It looked like she kept adding to the rest of nail. I basically explained to her that a fill means you have to fill the growth and she apologized. My jaw dropped because i was there for an hour and a half and she kept promising me she could fix it and i felt bad but it was so bad i had to ask her to stop. My advice is great pedicures but horrible fills! Beware.

Scheduled an appointment and I was seen right on time. Very clean , and my manicure was perfect! The massage was a perfect ending. Will come back again!

They are really nice. The one lady who answered the phone was not paying attention so could of done better however I will give another chance. The foot massage was so so good!It’s not amazing there but because there so pleasant I will go back. A lot of places are super rude. So I will go back cause very polite there.

Terrible place. Staff and owner are rude. Had a gel manicure done which peeled off in 3 days. I went back and owner had attitude. She did do it again for.free but was angry like it was my fault. Went back home and my thumbs started to peel! Place is dirty. Sorry horrible place with horrible attitude.

First time there my gel colored nails lasted for three weeks! Next few visits they chipped within the first 2 days. Usually no wait so thats a plus. The pedicure girls are all very sweet and do a pretty good job.Downside..they charge more than most and they add on charges afterwards. Most salons have weekly specials...not them.The owner is very rude when you ask her why and tells people to be quiet because she is getting a headache when questioned. She lost 2 customers for 4 dollars!

Second time I come here and is like they arent interested in working, I dont know if they only work by appointment but they never have available or are expecting someone. Both times Ive been there for a pedicure the salon has two customers only and they have asked me to come back later.

I actually just left the salon about half hour ago.I asked for a Gel manicure. I chose a red. The color was not evenly spread on my nails. It was much lighter near the nail bed and much darker at the tip. I complained about it and had another manicurist fix it. The salon owner was very upset. She told the manicurist not to add the clear gel coat at the end so now my nails aren’t super shiny. She further said not to give me any hand lotion or massage. Clearly I had already received a hand massage and was not expecting another. What I did expect was evenly spread gel polish the first time. My nails will likely become dull without the final clear gel coat. I’m not pleased about it. So this is the last time I give HiQ Nails my business. They deserve NO star but I had to give a rating to leave this review. Now go get your mani/pedi elsewhere.

Never again65$ for a wrap and 3 nails broke 4 days later. Nails were done lumpy and had valleys in the pain job was worse

They are very inexperience and pricey because two of their technicians did not understood me when I want an simple French pedicure and medicure.#1 The young girl had to do my pedicure over again; she pretended that she understood me when I ask for an clear base and a white top then another technician had to explain to her.#2. The male technician who had done my medicure cut down my nail too short and polish the nail sloppy:and he had to correct his mistake. Then that point on, I though to myself never again.Then the nerve of them charged me $50(Pedicure) and $42(Medicure) total $92.Ive told them never again I will step my foot in their nail salon; and maybe thats why there arent many customers in here. Your prices are too high. Peace Out

My experience:I was greeted upon entering and the women there were extremely kind. I asked for a mani and pedi. Since i was the only one there I got started right away. I was there about one hour. One girl did my nails while the other did my toes at the same time. I would definitely want to go back again this time for acrylics.

Used to love this place. Unfortunately my experience this time was awful. Employees were extremely unfriendly, dropped things on the (dirty) floor and continued using them, waiting 45 minutes in freezing cold water instead of 15 minutes (what I was told). Not to mention I was talked to like I was their pet, very rude employees.Bad bad experience

My experience sucked. I hate how my gel tips were removed as they did not do a nail soak used no acetone and just sand e d my nail down and chip away at the fell tip nail with a cuticle cutter leaving my natural nails a total mess. I will never go back to this place.

Save your money!! this people dont have a clue anout gel manicure or manicure all together... I ended up getting 2 cuts on my fingers because they were rushing and my nails ended up looking like a 5 year old did them.

I did my pedicure and paid 25$ and started to walk out. However, one of the lady came across and ask for Tip even though I did give the tip who did my pedicure.

Worst salon Ive ever been. Went for pedicure, they let me put feet in the tub and left for another client. I was unattended for 30 min. I didnt had time to the full process and just asked for coating and still they wanted to charge me full price!
