Worst place Ive ever seen!I called to take an appointment to do my wedding nails and i told them over the phone that i want june to do my nails and i also brought 4 other girls with me.June started my nails by putting a very thick layer of gel on my nails and she left my nails and started doing someone elses nails and another guy came to complete my set it took him 4 hours to file the gel down i went there at 1 oclock and by 5:10 my nails werent even done. I told them i will comeback the next day to fix the shape. I came back the next day they made my nails awful they ruined my wedding pictures because its all focused on the nails and I didnt have time to go somewhere else.Very Rude customer service bad work worst experience ever and i cost me and the 4 other girls 600 dollars for these nails.After one week 2 of my nails broke from the middle and started bleeding

I love this place but unfortunately on my last visit I had an awful experience. The guy who took care of me for manicure charged me extra and didn’t even do manicure, he literally just applied nail polish. Then I had a pedicure by Erica she was great! If you ever go there ask for her she is the best!❤️

So let me tell you, I TRIED to get it re done at another location (ahem Plaza Nails) and they failed miserably making me leave mid way and rebooking to Aphrodite. I again left with beautiful toes from here. Sarah does a great job. The male cashier is kind and is honest about wait times and pricing. I now refuse to go to any other nail salonUPDATE: 6/5/2021TOO GOOD TO BE TRUEWhile the art is beautiful, and there is good communication, I have unfortunately realized that the nails come off rather quickly. Within 1 week, my polygel nails with extensions fell off. After BOTH SETS. Joyce insists im the issue but im not convinced, I wont be using that technician again as the set cost me $54This only happens with my hand nails, not feet.

They stated that they can take me and started my pedicure. Once my pedicure was done they told me they couldn’t do my acrylic nails and left me hanging. Very unprofessional never again

My daughter and I went there for a mani/pedi. We had an appointment and were taken on time. It was nice that we got to sit in pedicure chairs next to each other, and the ladies did an amazing job. However, we were split up for our manicures. Not too big of a deal. Overall I liked the service and the staff were all friendly. They just got themselves 2 new repeat customers.

Moved to the area and was looking for a new salon - very pleased this is the first place I tried! Everyone is friendly (staff and other customers) and following COVID safety. My nails looked great the day I got them all the way till I returned. Great quality, care, and creativity. Definitely my new spot!

Went for a refill and the lady that did my nails was super rough, felt like she didnt want to do my nails of how rough she did them. Dented my dumb nail when I told her twice you are being rough. Please be gentle, over all I hate my nails no shape not even squared looks lumpy., do not recommend unless the owner does your nails which seems as shes the only one that can do shape and all. As for pedicure section they are great the girls, but the nail tech next to owner was not great her. I will no be going back.

I hate getting my nails done. But I love this place. I usually just get a gel pedicure. This time around I took my sister with me and we had a little bonding time. She got a gel manicure as well as a pedicure and it was absolutely stunning. They are very clean here and follow Covid 19 standards.

I was going here for a year and would do gel manicure. It was good but the last two times I went it was a bad experience. The first time I had the lady Uoung give some horrible gel extension. Even for mad when I said I did not like it. 3 days ago I got a powder fill in with design. I have posted the nails how they look after 3 days. They are discolored, chipping and gems that cost me additional 20.00 to add have started to fall. SMH. I don’t mind paying for some quality but this is terrible! This is just throwing money away. I don’t know if it was me but I don’t think I asked for something that was complicated. I even stressed that if she did know how to do what I wanted then I would change to something she was able to do. Why do people not listen and expect me to pay to test out their abilities or inability to do something.

First of all way too expensive for basic looking nails.Second what they use for the heels (olive oil, green tea, or lavender) it’s some liquid thing they wrap with plastic and IT DRIED OUT MY HEELS TERRIBLY. It looks good at first (since it’s for show) but definitely never coming here again. My nails broke way too easily. And you would think since they take long to do your nails that they would be great right? Yeah no.. never spending my money here. It’s not worth the time or the money.

Staff is friendly, very accommodating and parking is easy. I always leave loving my nails!

Very clean! Quiet, with good music. My gel pedicure looks amazing. The chair massages and reclines and adjusts for my long legs. My feet are super soft. Erica is super sweet, I wish her the best with her pregnancy.

Theres more nail salons near me than I can count and I always drive a little more to go here because the staff is super friendly and the place is so clean and pretty. Im always happy with how my nails turn out and they dont force gel on you like some places. I showed her the picture on my phone and she actually did an amazing job giving me what I want.

Everyone there does a great job but if Sam or Julie are available Ill go to them. The establishment is impeccably clean and the music relaxing. I dont go anywhere else to get my nails done.

I can’t fathom how much I love this place. June is hands down the best nail technician I’ve ever been to. She takes her time, seems to have a perfectionist side to her (which I adore) and gives you exactly what you ask for. I’m very picky with my nails and I have never been happier! Highly recommend.

This was my favorite nail salon until today! The girls were so nice and did such a good service when Sam was here, however, he left and it’s going downhill! I went to get a mani/pedi today which I normally do every 2 weeks. I made an appointment because I imagined it was going to be busy since it is almost memorial day, I got there before the time and I didn’t get any service until 45 mins later, I really didn’t care about the wait until they started doing my pedicure, I normally get ingrown toenails so I go there because Erica does a great job, so today I told her hey It looks like it’s ingrown can you please take my nail out, she immediately changed her face and was like I dont want to do that, have someone else do it, I was like OK, who? The owner came and she didn’t want too either, I mean wth, isn’t that why u go? I was like whatever, get it done with. I go next to get my manicure done and im like i will just do regular and they were like noo thats too cheap, im like noo my nails are getting to weak, regular is fine, turns out both of them got mad. I was like OK whatever, i got it done, turns out since its cheaper they did nothing but clean a little bit and out the door. No cream, no hot towel, NOTHING. She just painted my nails and threw me to a machine. After like 5 dries the polish was still wet. I let them know and they were like just keep drying. Then i left not even a goodbye, except for the kid, the kid is nice. He was like so sorry here is a 5 dollar coupon. I appreciate the coupon however I wont be using it, u need to take care of your clients while in house, not after u made them go through hell when I was just going to relax. Now it’s almost 8 pm and my nails are a disaster after I paid almost 50 bucks for failure.

I have been to this place several times and I love their services. Its very very clean and the staff is very pleasant. I cant get enough of their pedicures with the hot stones, and the massage. Anyone looking for a magnificent place with exceptional services by skilled nail techs should give them a try. Highly recommend!!

Been going here for 2 years and even though it’s a 20 minute drive for me, I just won’t go anywhere else. They always give me the shape I ask for, other places I’ll ask for coffin and they’ll give me square but here they’ll make sure you leave happy. They trim the cuticles so well and I’ve never had any lifting even after 3 weeks. Chris is just the best for nails and Heidi is amazing at her pedicures. A gel fill-in is $38 which is a little higher than my town but worth it. Staff is friendly as well, multiple people will greet you as you enter and leave which is always nice.

Very clean people are friendly, they all do good work, you won’t leave disappointed.

I felt brand brand new!! One of the best practices for pedicure and manicure. Only paid 35. They have a loyalty program as well.

BEST pedicure I ever had. They give you a choice of foot soak, foot scrub and foot lotion scents to personalize your spa experience. They even add a hot stone foot massage all for $25. Everyone is friendly and the Salon is very clean. I will be back and have told many people about this establishment that honor’s their customers!

Only gone one time, but cannot wait to go back when I have a chance. My nails look immaculate after 3 weeks. I get acrylic normally, but after the gentleman who worked there so kindly explained to me why different options were much better in contrast to acrylic, I am looking forward to trying something new on my nails. I work with tile and my nails very very very often peel the nail polish, even if it’s gel. So to say I’m 3 weeks in and my nails look as fabulous as ever is pretty awesome. They also gave me a little hand cream as a first time customer. Really recommend. Lovely staff.

My nails always last about three weeks. Even if they grow people always compliment my manicures which at other places chip after the first week. My pedicures always last too and the cleaning methods are well done by all staff. I never have a specific person I go to when I visit the Clifton location but I can say that after going for four months everyone does a great job. The affordable price plus the customer service is beyond what other places try provide. Thanks for having a close by location to my home!

I’ve been here twice now and both times, I received excellent care from a number of the employees. They’re very approachable and take their time to finish the job properly and beautifully. Sometimes I have a problem with my nails fanning out towards the edges and sides but every time, they made sure to address that problem and removed any extra cuticle skin as well spectacularly. On a road littered with about 6 more nail salons only a short distance away, this nail salon stands above the rest to me.

They listen as to how defined you want your nails.

I really love this place. They really do everything to accommodate their clients and I am always happy with their service and my nails. I tried to go to a cheaper place in Garfield, but I was so disappointed and came back. All the people who work here are very kind and professional. I hope they stay that way, because I will never go anywhere else...

I was a first time costumer, worst gel manicure I have gotten.... would not recommend to get your nails done with the Korean guy, (I don’t know his name) it feels as if I just gave away $27. He did not clean my nails as all salons do, and the gel began to fall off the next day. I had to go back and get one of my nails done again.This is the first time I ever write a review on a business, and believe when I say it was the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. Do NOT waste your money here.It’s been 5 days and most of my nails are starting to peal ( I do not bite them, and I pay my sister to do the dishes) which should not be happening because gel manufacture lasts from 10 to 15 days.I recommend that before trying this place and any other you read the reviews... otherwise you might get robbed just like I did.

One of the nail technician did a poor job on my nails. At first I was skeptical on the progress to get them done but thought I give her a chance but she messed up two nails and did redo them but rushed to cover and finished. I got them last Thursday and they are already peeling and cliping out so quickly. Im sorry but Im not coming back.

I have been coming to this place since they first opened but now that it is under other management every time I go my nails is not to my preference. They do the nails how they like not how the costumes want. My nails came out uneven. And is two expensive for such a bad job. Can get better work done for less. Usually they would fix it for me but not today had to pay $42 and still fix them myself.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was a first time customer to this place and thought what a beautiful peaceful setting. Well someone greeted me at the door. The girl that sit next to Sam the owner desk please dont go to her. If I can take a picture of my nails how horrible the job was. Nobody would want to step foot in this place. I sat for 4 hours while the owner Sam and this lady tried to get my nails rite. A gel refill for 4 hours come on. She caked the to different gel colors on my nails and my nails where lumpy and looked like a rainbow. I cant make this stuff up. I was charged the regular price $37 after all the torture of sitting and the lady doing my nails over like 5 times. Worst experience ever.

Just moved to town and was worried about switching nail salons. This place is AMAZING! It has a spa feeling and is very relaxing. You dont feel rushed and its extremely clean and sanitary! Very fairly priced as well. A must try for sure!!!

Dont waste your time!!!! I came here looking to get a regular mani. There were 3 women at tables getting their nails done, and 2 other employees I could see in the back. No one said hello, or even acknowledged me, shame on them. I looked at their colors only to realize they were all gels. I looked around a few times for an employee so I could ask a question, but still no one acknowledged me. Finally a woman walked over to me, so I asked if all they had were gels and she mumbled something I couldnt understand. I asked if she spoke English and she replied yes. She informed me that the regular colors were on a different wall, but her boss told her that they dont have time for me, mind you it was 30 minutes before closing. Well clearly they didnt want my business and didnt even offer an apology or for me to come back another time. Then no, you dont deserve my business or a good review!!! There is no excuse for poor customer service!!!

They use EVERYTHING INDIVIDUAL PACKAGES( file , buff , liner , pedicure pack) except those metal tools(clipper , push back , cuticlecutter) also they bring those in a clean bag. How clean ane nice. Went here with 4friends. They have many workers so we all could fit on same time. That saved lots of our time. The JOB was AMAZING and ladies were so friendly. I love this salon and HIGHLY RECOMMAND THIS SALON.

Two stars only because I loved this place before the last visit..Was a client of this salon for over a year and a half, then they changed ownership and I will not be back. I went for my usual gel filling and pedi, and I was informed Sam(my go-to nail tech) was no longer at this location. I should’ve walked out right then. The older woman did my nails.. not only did it take 2.5 hours for a GEL FILLING.. she did a god awful job with the shape. I never had this issue with any other techs here.. i had to keep asking her to correct the shape because it wasn’t what I asked for (COFFIN SHAPE) and all she did was give me attitude. Then she cut my finger which I swear was on purpose because she was very gentle until I started mentioning things I didn’t like.. it just got to the point where I was like whatever.. when I went to pay (while expressing my dissatisfaction to the new guy running the place) I was offered a $5 coupon for next time , not even to correct the issue on the spot, which Sam would’ve done had he still been in charge btw.. I didn’t even bother with the coupon because I told him I wouldn’t be returning. This place is going downhill fast.

I was looking for a quick mani/pedi before my vacation, and this place was close by. The place was clean, and big (which I wasnt expecting). All the ladies there were really nice, and my nails look great.

I have been going here for about 3 years. Yesterday I experienced the worst service. I came in to get a Mani and pedi. The lady ran my water. Then the lady next to me said my husband is outside parking. But it’s okay. I guess she wanted her husband to sit next to her. So the owners wife came and took me out of the water. Then said we are gonna do your mani first. So she sat me in a chair to wait for another woman to finish doing another lady nails.When I got up they drained the water and set up for her husband. I kindly walked out and said they would never get busy from me again.

I have been a long time customer of this nail salon which just recently changed management and have always been happy with the prior management. Some of the staff are the same but most are different and I noticed the place looks very dirty. I went in for a full set of gel manicure and a pedicure. The spa pedicure was great but the lady who put on my nails did horrible. She measured my nails and was trying to put on nails too big for my nails but she glued them on in spite of my protest and constantly telling her they were too big and they were hurting my fingers. She did not speak a word of English and had to call someone over to translate from her Korean. She still insisted they were fine and finished glueing my nails, I kept telling her they were hurting me so all they did was get another lady to finish them. She also told me they would be ok. The lady did a great job painting the nails but I am still in so much pain from the nails digging into my fingers. They did not offer me a discount of anything. Terrible service. I wish I could get my money back. Money wasted and I am in so much pain.
