WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN THE BUSINESS!!!!!!!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE CARLYLE GROUP AG MORTGAGE INVESTMENT AND TRUST LET YOU MANAGE THEIR PROPERTIES!!!!! Do not lease any of their PROPERTIES! I was viciously attacked by the neighbors dog and given blood poisoning. I was treated with total disregard. The management took pictures but did not properly report to authorities or animal control. A total disregard for my health and welfare. I am a senior and I cant not believe how I am being treated by this Huge Property Management Company! I lived at one of their PROPERTIES 1600 S Valley View Blvd Las Vegas, Nevada 89102 for 10 years. On May 2nd 2017 as I was coming down the stairs to my apartment the neighbors dog jumped on the screen door and opened it ran out the house and viciously attacked me! I had blood poisoning from the bite! I was in excruciating pain for months. I was up for a promotion and missed days of work! I am not getting any resolution on settling the claims. Courtland Partners is trying to say they are not liable but their policy states they do not allow any mixed breeds or vicious dog on their PROPERTIES! That is a lie! This dog was mixed breed and vicious! I was not given any information to file with the owners insurance company. So I had to research this information all myself. You do not want your elderly loved ones to be lied to and deceived! Dishonest and do not care about their tenants!
