Not a company that sticks to their word. No follow through whatsoever. I would not recommend.

This company hired me to do drywall hanging and finishing in their project on 430 Jefferson ave, we did the job and when we were almost done they decided to terminate my contract with out paying me the rest of the work done. Till this day they haven’t pay me the amount of $30,000 dollars in labor, but there yet they are selling the apartments where we did the work. This company had have some many mechanical liens because they don’t pay to their venders. PAY ME MY MINEY!! Stop hiding and answer the phone!!!!

Solo is made up of crooks that cause nothing but problems for the communities they “develop” in. Can’t even call it “development” because all they do is cut corners and cause issues for the people who actually live there.Constantly cause power outages because their “buildings” fall down and blow transformers.Literally unsafe to be around let alone live in.

If i could give no stars, i would. their tow path townhomes have become a hazard not once but twice. there are downed power lines tonight because a wall fell from a property and took out the power lines. CPD and CFD are on site right now.they’ve also blocked me on facebook for asking questions.
