I had another company for 3 months they came out and within a day the raccoon was removed I would highly recommend

I called them because I heard noises in my wall and suspected there may be an animal. They charged me for an inspection, but they did not find the source of the problem. They told me to call back if the noise didnt go away. The noises were back within hours of them leaving my house. I called and left a message that evening asking them to come back and check the basement since they had not done that. Although they said they would come back - I have not heard from them since. I would not recommend them. Or at the least, make sure they do an exhaustive inspection before you pay them because they ignored me completely once they had my money.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I was convinced I had a stuck raccoon in the chimney and he knew my problem before I could even speak. A momma and 5 babies! The men know their stuff! They earn every bit of their 5 stars! Cannot say thank you enough for putting my anxiety to rest!!

They dont return calls

I reached out to Cages by Jim yesterday for a raccoon issue we had in our soffits. The company was recommended to me by a contractor Ive worked with and trust. Mark called me back promptly, clearly explained their services and pricing, and came out today. So far, we are very satisfied with the repair job Mark did. I would recommend Cages by Jim to a friend.

Had them out for a raccoon (s) in atticTook care of the problem immediately - very friendly and courteous- would recommend them to anyone. Price was fair as i did call around and the other companies were much more expensive . Would recommend to anyone!

Quick service and great feedback regarding the capture and how to minimize future captures.

This is the 2nd time I have used their services to get rid of animals. Both times they did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them.

Do not use this company. Terrible customer service and communication. We had a groundhog that needed to be caught and unfortunately called them to take care of the problem. The guy was two hours late for the initial appointment and never called or gave us a heads up. He showed up in a rush and took about 15 minutes to set out a cage with an apple inside which cost me $124 dollars. After that you are instructed to check the cage every few hours. This could go on for weeks or months. They never check their cages and if you are gone most of the day as most people who work are the animal will die. If you call after 4pm they will not get the animal until the next day. They never answer the phone and you always have to leave a message. If they catch an animal other than the one you want them to you still have to pay $50 per animal. This could be any stray animal or possibly a neighbors pet. Their business practices are irresponsible.As a side note I also gave this company a bad review on facebook and Jim took it upon himself to post my private bill(which I had already paid in full immediately after terminating service) along with my phone number and address on a public forum for any one to see. He refused my request to remove the photo and I was forced to delete my review in fear that some creep may see my information and decide to come to my home. He has no respect for his customers privacy and had no problem putting my young daughter and I at risk. Very sad that someone would stoop that low over a bad review.

Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. This company thinks they can bully bad reviews away. Learn to take criticism if you are running a business. Potential customers, be warned. Hire cages by Jim if you want to make the mistake I made.
