Recently just started new service with Epcon. From the very beginning of my interactions with them, they were very nice and professional. My technician, Jeff, texted me the day before he was coming out and again when he was on his way. Wonderful, proactive outreach. As I am a new customer, I will not know the effectiveness of the pest control until a later date, but their customer service is top notch! My technician, Jeff explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and mentioned that he would come out any time free of charge between quarterly inspections and sprays if I noticed any bugs or to take care of rodents. Highly recommend Epcon based on their customer service alone!

Jeff did our first treatment and appointment. He was incredibly professional and thorough. He applied the first treatment and also removed a bald face hornet nest. I was taught many things to watch out for and how to help maintain the house against bugs. I’m glad to have him as our tech and would recommend this company to anyone who needs to protect their home or property against pests.

Adam came out very professional and kind! Spoke with Jacob on the phone to prepare plan and they were all so kind and informative with the service they provide! Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a peace of mind for their home! :)

Epcon Lane is amazing. When I called them Jake had great customer service very nice and helpful! He was able to get Bob to come out to my home same day which I really appreciated. Bob was awesome the inspection went great told me the best option and I was able to get my plan set up the next day. I love this company. Able to schedule quickly and they’re very knowledgeable and great problem solvers. The sudden appearance of gnats had me stumped but the tech treated problem areas and have suggestions for plant watering to try to keep them away.

Dan did a great job of spraying around the outside of my house. He asked if there were any other pests. I told him about the moths in the garage and he had the right product and sprayed the areas where the moths were located. I have always had great service with this company and would highly recommend them.

We recently moved to a more wooded area and as a result we have encountered mice, especially during the colder months. We decided to ask for professional help from Epcon Lane. We are very happy with the work that was done and we definitely feel like we are in good hands. The exterior and the interior were addressed very well. We started noticing immature Yellowjackets appearing on the inside of our sliding glass doors. After I killed about 8 of them we thought we might have a problem. We noticed a breakthrough in the ceiling. We called three companies and went with EPCON LANE. They came out the next day.

My husband normally does our pest control but he works so much we decided to give a professional company a try. We are SO happy we did! Dante was our technician and texted me a day before he came and let me know he’d be there between 1-4. He showed up at 1:04!! He was super nice and explained everything he was going to do and also explained afterwards. I have 4 kids including a toddler and an 11 year old dog so it was comforting to know he wasn’t just spraying dangerous chemicals everywhere. Only where the actual problem was. I am on their monthly plan so if any more issues arise I can call and they’ll come out. Within a day my carpenter ants and bees are gone!
