Glitch in the computer butt not the Cleveland stores fault. Courteous staff. And a nicer young man that carried my appliance to my vehicle.

Awful customer service, bought brand new washer and dryer that never worked properly. A year later we are looking at new ones because these don’t work

Nice store, but sales associate was obviously not interested in helping me.

Sales staff was great at Sears Hometown Store, helped me with my mower selection and had grass catcher also in stock. They checked out mower and ran it to make sure no problems.
