Went to Lowes to get a dryer got there nobody in appliances went to front desk girl said I will page someone went back to appliances waited nobody showed up again talked to manager she could care less said employees dont start till 8 oclock in appliances she should have said can I help you told her I will go to home Depot she said ok I heard her tell the girl at the front desk I am to busy to help him went to home Depot bought dryer spent 600 dollars need to make changes lowes

The young man was very helpful. Needed boards cut, he was willing to cut to any size needed. Even helped us work out prices that would benefit us and loaded the car for us.

I bought 2 full pallets of Quickrete to expand my driveway. The cashier asked for my phone number and said if I give my phone number they can look up my purchase and I wouldnt have to have the receipt to get a refund for the pallets. I came back to return the pallets, feet burnt and bleeding and customer service and the Manager Scott were being rude and refused to accept the pallets without a receipt. I told him the cashier told me I didnt need the receipt since they had my phone number. Scott the manager was enjoying his role as Manager giving me a hard time about my pallets return, therefore I will spend my money at Home Depot where they dont disrespect and antagonize customers who spend a lot of money. I will take all my business to Home Depot from now on. Lowes apparently doesnt appreciate 30yr customers, so Ill never spend one penny again at Lowes.

Friendly and helpful employees throughout the store. 5 Stars for that. But several areas would benefit from thoroughly re-arranging the items on display. Check Aisle 63 for sure. Difficult to find the items that should be hanging up. Some are lying below--probably left by customers unwilling to return them to the proper spots. Still, a weekly scan through the department could improve the current situation and help customers find items easily.

They stopped carrying the Aspen wood panels I needed. However,the appliance warranty is the best and easiest i have ever had. Freezer leaking water and repair guy coming in just a couple days.

There is never anyone to help in store. Customer service wait times are very long. I do not recommend this store.

I found this place to painfully disappointing. There are those who go out of the way, however, there are just as many more who obviously find it troublesome to assist the customer. I understand the situation at hand; employees should not allow employees to continuing acting in a way that is not aligned with there values. Disappointing.

Unbelievable! I called the front desk for help on isle. No one answered on. Finally they sent someone, but no one came. So i got in my car and went to home Depot.

Dont get Lowes to come out and install carpet...they wont get back with you ..and then they will come up with an exuse on why they cant put carpet in. They wont install carpet over vinyl flooring...and they wont tell you and then not call you back... and take your $35.....learned my lesson......complete ripoff...dont use them!!!!!

Lowes delivery driver is extremely dangerous!! He was driving so fast and reckless I had to drive off the road to avoid him.

As always they could use another register or two to be open so people dont have to stand in line so long. I mean I just watched them close a register and all the people in that line had to pile into one. 7 people trying to check out larger orders. Gets pretty annoying carrying an arm full of items and standing in line that long while watching tons of employees walk by that could check more people out. This happens all the time.

I just wasted 30 minutes trying to find someone to help me. I finally gave up and walked to the front and found a cashier. She told me to go back to where I just ca.e from. Again, no one could be found. Lowes has never had great service but this is a new low.

I placed a curbside order today at 9:36am. Website said I would get an email when it was ready. At 10:10am I got that notification. I went to the store this afternoon arriving there around 4:20pm. I filled the direction on the curbside sign - calling number and pressing 2. Was placed on auto hold and no one ever came on the line...I waited about 12 min then called again. Same thing happened! So I gathered up my babies (20m old and 6m old) and went inside. I saw several employees standing around chit chatting behind the returns counter so I interrupted and asked if curbside was discontinued or what was going on. I was told that they had one person working but he was in the back. A female employee took my info and got my stuff. By this time it was 4:53pm. Then she asked another employee to load it. I told him I was in spot 6- and he said I’d have to drive around to him. I said whatever - but you’ll have to wait on me to get my children loaded and in car seats. He then decided to bring it out to my car.I decided to speak to a manager. For more info: parking lot was at least 1/2 empty and I saw plenty of employees around. Also there was no other cars parked in the curbside slots. I called and after asking phone system for a manager was placed on hold again. After a while I hung up - called again and asked the automatic system for Garden Center thinking I’d get a real person and could then ask for a manager. Nope. It rang about a dozen times then hung up on me. This happened three more times so I gave up.Lowe’s lost my future business today.

Went in with intent to purchase refrigerator. Impression from employee was that he didnt want to sell one. Lucky us, went to Home Depot and got a better price.

I compare prices and find what I want for the best selected items and find them Lowes.

Almost any item you need for repairs or home projects can be found here. Prices are reasonable and selections are great. My one and only problem was finding someone to tell me where the items I was looking for was located, I wandered up and down the isles till I finally found the items myself. I saw several employees but they were on the phone or busy with other people, They need more people to help find things.

It was an ok visit, found all my materials myself. Went to pay and get bagged mulch, there was only a partial pallet which we loaded but needed more. Unfortunately it did not have a pallet of the mulch I needed any where close, I did get my other 14 bags after moving my truck and finding what I needed 6 pallets deep and in the middle of it all? But the employees did help on the last 8 bags and to mark my receipt.

Seems corporate decided to change the store around, cant find anything anymore so you have to search for anything that you are shopping for, myself and a lot of contractors are kind of upset when you have to waste valuable time searching and some of the new employees really dont anything about customer service because one thing that I was looking for was going to take maybe an hour or so to get, when customers and contractors know a store what is the point in making mass confusion, shopped here for many years ...may go to Home Depot for a while

I needed a lock to secure my shed, no problem one of their employees told me where to find it. They were busy but stopped to help me👍👍

Store just has 30 day warranty on appliances, if you have a problem its up to you to try and get your appliance fixed by manufacturer. Nightmare!!!!

I am so done with Lowes. I bought a fridge online, patiently waited for it to get delivered two weeks later. It makes my food in the freezer taste like plastic. Called, they want to pick it up and leave me without a fridge until they get it back so they can refund. I called talked to a manager he told me they could exchange it then got called back saying they can’t until this one is brought back since it’s an online order. Sooo, don’t buy online, if you have problems it’s a mess. I have bought two mowers in the past from Lowes, both were lemons. This company is going to go under eventually cause the associates stand around and talk and don’t care about the customers.

Only 1 American made brand saw and every thing in it says China on it called Dewalt. Nothing American made disappointing

A most disappointing visit to pick up a couple tools for our project tonight. one cashier working, apparently no one in garden center during a busy time of year. two ladies fresh from Walmart shopping in their jammies stocking up on 2 carts of plants then disagreeing about prices or something. poor guy in front of us thinking real hard about how bad he needed those 2 threshold boards he was holding. we just had a couple pry bars and contractor bags. phone ringing non stop the whole time and a line of about 8 or more forming behind us and what finally happens? another cashier shows up 15 or more minutes in to our wait and takes the people who came in line way after us! gotta love that customer service!

Had someone pick up an order and something did not make it home with him. I made a phone call and just ran up there and they had it waiting on me No questions asked. I really like the people that work here theyre courteous and knowledgeable.

Always fast to check out. Employees almost harass you as often as they ask you if you need help and then also give that help plus go above and beyond with tips and information. Have no complaints and will always go here.

Gave four stars because they were out of everything I needed.

Late Saturday evening run... place was empty, able to get in get what I need. However, during this visit was kinda cluttered... maybe they were putting out stock or something. Spoke to 2 different associates for location of products, several others asked if I needed any help. Overall great customer service experience.

I ordered a, John deere s130 riding mower, dump cart, oil change and mulch kit, from, Lowes of Cleveland, TN. I Waited 2 weeks for the delivery, Friday morning between 8 and 12. They never showed up and up until 12, the delivery status showed delivery by Friday morning. No show, no phone call, text or email, they just changed the delivery to Tuesday morning, then Tuesday afternoon after 2 pm. At 2 pm, they call, the mower is still in its crate, unassembled, is it okay to deliver it unassembled. I said no, I want it assembled. New deliver by date, Friday morning 8 to 12 then 9:15 to 1:15. I confirmed they confirmed. At 9 am they called, we dont have your whole order, we need to reschedule. I canceled the order and bought a cub cadet from their competition. Sorry, John deere ,I really wanted your mower, I was excited to own one. Lowes cost you business. And to Lowes, do a better job.

We are so Lucky to have a store like this here in Cleveland. Has just about everything one needs. From wood to concrete to lamp shadesThe staff are always so friendly and the store is always clean.

We bought a grill 31st of May ( Memorial Day free assemby).Someone called us yesterday and said that it’s ready, (after almost 2 weeks waiting) my husband went to pick it up today and still wasn’t ready. Drove all the way at the store for nothing.

A horrible place. Everyone is rude and won’t help anyone. All they do is sit around and do nothing all day. No wonder they can’t keep employees. No one takes care of plants, the store is an absolute wreck and there’s only ever 2 people actually doing anything. They need to get new mangers cause these people ain’t it.

As a contractor that buys thousands of dollars a month in supplies I have never had so many complaints to gripe about. From the lack of customer service to the lack of products that they show in stock online but dont have in the store. As of right now I will never set foot in one of their stores again. I would rather pay double the price elsewhere.

At least 5 employees walked past me today without speaking to me. I circled the store looking for a specific item. Passed one employee that was dusting, but he saw me. I called the service desk and told them no one asked to help me and she apologized and then told me where the item was located. I totally forgot Ace was right down the street.

Lowe’s tricked me into purchasing Thousands of dollars of Samsung products for my new house build by promising a 10% rebate. Seven months later and two submissions, Lowe’s tells me that they have my submission from February this year but cannot tell me when or if ever I will get my rebate. They have given every excuse in the book like changing a rebate vendor, unreadable rebate files, backlogs, etc. this has gone on for seven months. I could have selected another brand but they encouraged me to pick Samsung. After seven months and their refusal to provide answers, it’s looking obviously like this is a bait and switch offer. I have shopped at Lowes for years with a recent $18,000 bath remodel and about $10,000 in appliances, lighting, and bath fixtures for my new house but this company has changed in the past several years. Their service has deteriorated so much at the local Cleveland TN store that it points back to poor senior management leadership. I would have never imagined that a company this large would so blatantly stall fulfilling a rebate offer. I wonder how many hundreds or even thousands of rebates they are withholding. I hope their BODs are reading.

Yesterday my husband and I. Came to Lowes to get electric outlets and switches. A man walked up and ask if he could help. We found out that we had the wrong switches. One way instead of 2 way. He saved us a trip back to the store and much frustration. This guy said he was a electrician. He was the most helpful employee we have seen at LowesThank you all very much.

Those prices were really competitive grape service and most of all they honor their veterans they have reserved parking areas next to handicap spots for those who have served and Arno presently serving as a veteran myself no greater honor than that it is unfortunate that a lot more of Cleveland stores dont do that for veterans

My daughter went here yesterday and she was bought center blocks and the employees here just watched her load them on the pallet and never offered to help her didn’t even offer to help her get it to her . She bought 20 of them. This is poor customer service.

I was shopping for 2 new toilets for my American Veterans Post (AmVets Post 90). Not just any toilet would fit as we have a pvc pipe that runs along the wall behind the toilets. I explained my issue with Sue and she was able to help me find one we thought would work. Both toilets were installed with no problems!

It is amazing that one minute that a military wife uses the my lowes card for a Purchase they dont get asked for their ID and then the next minute they ask you for it and fight with you when you try to tell them that everyone in the store doesnt ask you for it. I understand people miss use things but I have 5 credit card and the app with my name on it. Now I know why my husband said he doesnt like going there anymore, he said that Lowes wasnt worth it and the Aggravation.

Couldnt walk thru aisles. They had extra stock flooding every aisle, the layout is terrible. I needed 1/4 and 1/2 hardie board and one was one one side of the store with the tile (where it should be) and the other was on the opposite side of the store in the middle of the plywood aisle. Plumbing supplies was not in any order what so ever so I spent a hour finding the fittings I needed. Highly recommend going to home depot.

Employees are not familiar with items sold in the department that they work in.
