This is the best laundromat in town! From the easy to use washers and dryers, to the cute kids area! Everything was clean and well kept. The laundry attendant was very nice and helpful. And you can’t beat the prices, at the time of this review the small is $6, medium is $8, and large is $11. I forgot how much it is to dry but I’m sure it is reasonable for 30 minutes. Between 2 adults and a toddler we usually have one big laundry bag with our towels and it all fits in the large loader with no issues. This is definitely our go to place to do laundry.

Very clean cozy place! Big washers are 4.75 smaller ones are 3.75 and the dryers are huge they are 0.25 for 4 minutes was there for 2 hours with my baby girl and fiancé we had a lot of clothes to wash spent about $60. Would go washing here again if we had to I love this place it has coffee and vending machines!

This place is a Sunday ritual for me. Cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to. Never had a bad time there. On my last visit, Cassie and a new girl (Robin, I think?) heroically went wayyyy out of their way to help me out. Home base laundromat for life!! (Or at least until I move)

Very nice staff, clean and friendly people that come in. Food and coffee. They even have a wonderful program where they will wash your clothes for a nice fee❤️❤️❤️❤️. Wednesday and Thursday you can dry clothes for free 👍👍👍👍. Play area for the children. First time visiting? They give you a tour 💖

Never find anything like it around here! The owners are amazing, friendly, helpful people. They keep the place staffed well and it is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to in 43 years. Perfect white chocolate mocha from the cafe while my kids play on their screen in the floor eating warm cookies. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Had a power outage last couple days after that huge storm. Needed to do laundry and this was my first time in a long time at a laundromat. Nadia was great and helped me with carts, the lift, the dryers. I really recommend this place!

I like how The Wash House and Café has different sizes in washers and dryers to suit your laundry needs. I love that they have free dry on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I also love being able to get Mitchells Ice Cream at this place.

Super awesome. The concept is great they have food, ice cream and coffee. What else could you need. Brand new and and the best machines possible. Clean and welcoming the staff and owners are great. Well need for the West Park area. Prices are right and everyone is there to help. They even have an awesome kid spot with a sweet projector floor game to keep the kiddos busy while youre washing away.

This place is great for small loads. Dont take too much in there like I did ended up missing a couple of new shirts, but what the hell cost me $120 but it was well worth it. The folding is spectacular the workers are really nice, clean play area for kids and ice cream cones, scrum delicious

Love this laundromat! You can use coins or a card (card gives you bonuses). Laundry lift is definitely a plus when you have a lot. Very clean and price is comparable to others in the area. Wednesday is free drying, but it can be extremely packed so youre waiting for machines.

Brilliant place with plenty of elbow room and parking! The cafe has a friendly Mitchell’s ice cream and Caribou coffee with locally fresh Tommys Pastries out of Lakewood on Madison. Really if they had Michelin Stars for laundromats; 5 is the best I can do.

Love this place!!! I’ve tried out many laundromats, not sure if it’s because this place is newer but it has the cleanest machines!!! Free dry on Wednesday and Thursday. Best coffee!!! And everyone is so nice! I actually look forward to laundry now !

By far the best laundromat I have ever been to. Not only is it the best it was by far the cleanest environment I’ve ever seen. I swear it was cleaner than the majority of hospitals around.Not only that - machines worked well, there is a cute little coffee and snack bar as well. Highly recommend.

I used to love coming here. For over a year everytime I needed my clothes washed I relied on this place. Absolutely love it. But this last time I went I had the worst experience. The place was packed full. Some wearing masks, some not. Put my clothes in to dry and left to sit in my car because they were so packed. I did this twice so my clothes were drying for an hour. I came back and my clothes were put into a bag and left to the side. The worker said nothing about if the clothes were wet or dry. When I opened the bag at home all of my clothes were wet and smelly. Im not coming here anymore.

Really clean! The cafe and kids areas are a really nice touch. They also have charging stations available in case your phone needs a quick charge. Washers and dryers are priced well and kept in good working order. Well definitely be back in the future!

Terrible experience been going for over a year now today was the first I had them remove my clothes from washer and dryer. The washer wasnt done for a few minutes before they removed them. My dryer time still had 23 minutes remaining and took it out my towels were still damp and set them to aside.I asked for the manager and she got snotty almost out the door and here comes the manager wouldnt even hear us explain just saying her employee was right. I wish there was a zero star rating thats what this place deserves

Bright, immaculate, modern machines. I was in and out quickly because the machines are so efficient.

Extremely clean, efficient and well run laundry. The owners seem to have thought of everything to provide a comfortable experience for a usually unpleasant chore. Washers and dryers are top of the line, and clothes come out very clean. They are front loaders and take a lot of clothes per load. Washers come in many sizes to accompany every load size. Large, clean carts and folding stations make laundry transfer and folding very easy. The area has easy parking, tvs, a childrens area, and a very nice cafe. My only complaint is that I like to go at late evening time, and the cafe is closed then. They also provide pick up and delivery service.

This laundromat was welcoming, clean, bright, and organized. I love the food and beverage option, however, I did not take advantage of it this time. Machines were efficient and fast. The CC option vs quarters was super convenient. (You can use quarters if you wish) As reference, I spent under 25 dollars for 2 BIG BIG loads (including pillows). I will definitely be returning.

This laundromat is absolutely wonderful. The staff were so nice and they took me on a tour and explained everything when I first arrived. The laundromat was clean and everything was set up so nice. You can use quarters or your card which is convenient. I tried coffee and a cinnamon roll from the cafe, it was delicious and affordable. Nice seating area to enjoy and eat! I don’t think I’m ever washing in my basement again. I look forward to going back!

Its my first time here and I like it. I struggled to figure out how to close the washer but a nice young lady came out of the blue and showed me how. I like that you can use money or your credit card to wash.I think I will come back time to time especially for large linens.

This is the first laundromat that I can say is CLEAN, beautiful, kid friendly and the cafe is an extra bonus with Mitchell’s Icecream. Staff extremely friendly. My dryer at home broke and the last thing I wanted to do was go to the laundromat. Who ever thought doing laundry could be a pleasant experience!

Very helpful attendants. They left nothing to chance. Great machines that take debit cards. Coffee bar and outdoor patio. I think there was a sandwich snack bar icecream, a phone charging station and a play area for the little ones. I have not been to a laundromat this equipt. Reccomend.

One of the most incredible businesses I’ve visited. The business model on its own is incredible; come do your laundry and have some coffee/ ice cream/ snacks while you wait. But everything else is what makes this place awesome. The owners, husband and wife, are top notch. They treat everyone with the best customer service, they care about their business, and when they’re not immediately helping someone they’re out cleaning and making sure their business always looks presentable. I’m honestly debating on whether or not we should replace our broken dryer or just come here regularly. Well done, Wash House, well done.

I enjoy the fact wash house and cafe are almost touchless. They have a rechargeable card to use with the machines. The staff are on the ball with keeping up with maintaining for the store.Not to mention theres coffee, icecream, charging ports and pastries!!

My wife and I saw a commercial for this place on TV a few days ago as we just came in from Michigan. This place is immaculate. It looks brand new, offers WiFI. Everything in this place looks brand new and unlike other laundromats, they do not charge extra to wash your whites hot/cold. Washers here are 3.75 and 8 for the large capacity and 11 for the extra large capacity. Dryers are free Wednesday and Thursday or 0.50 for 15 minutes with temperature selections so you do not have to cook your laundry. Case if you understand that cooking your clothes leads to premature wear and tear. The only thing I did not like is the music playing for customers, its country. That is why the 4 stars instead of 5☆. This place as the name states is also a Cafe so you can get a beverage at the counter if you like. There are vending machines here too if wish.

Clean, machines run great, all of them work, and decent prices. Found out the hard way that using a debit card on a machine charges $5 instead of $3.75 though. Will still be making this my regular laundromat. However, the woman working tonight for some reason decided that when I walked away from the machine I was using for a few seconds to get some more quarters, that everything I had sitting on top of the still running machine, (car keys, phone, full box of dryer sheets, my laundry bag and a half a bottle of detergent) was garbage. So that almost became a disaster. Hire competent help please. Oh, and it would be amazing if the Cafe was actually open the same hours as the laundry. I was super excited to come check this place out and couldnt order anything. The chances of me ever making it here before 9pm are slim. Im sure Im not the only one.
