Not a bad laundry mat at all. Bigger washers and dryers if you want to get your clothes done faster. Always clean and its always best to go first thing when they open up at 7am. Not that its super busy. I just like to go first thing in the morning.

Cleaned and maintained every day by the owners, who also manage other laundromats.Floors washed. Machines replaced and upgraded when ownership changed years ago. Much better than the previous haphazard management. Customers should report the rare exception to the posted emergency phone, which results in prompt repair or refund. Sometimes crowded, because its popular, sometimes empty (binge sports watching?) Check the Google busy hours, or just go before 10am, after 6pm, or on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Bench, vending machines, and magazines. Free drying would not be better, because free dryers are always taken and never available, and are unnecessary, because the wash and dry prices are very reasonable anyway. Nobodys there during the Browns games, and you can relax at the next door bar.

This is a nice place to do your laundry if you need to go out of the home to do it.

Really nice laundry place. I dont know why people are saying its small, it seems like a decent size to me. Only complaint i have is that there are only 2 of the jumbo washers. I came here to wash my blankets because they dont fit my home washer. They barely fit the 45# washer and need the 60# washer. So I felt bad taking both of them up considering all the complaints, but I needed them. There should be at least 4 of those washers.

This is a nice little self service laundromat. Im new to the area and went on a recommendation from a neighbor, glad I did. Lots of huge machines to wash multiple loads at once. Didnt have to wait for a washer or dryer. Machines are new and work very efficiently. Prices are good, I was able to wash and dry what would normally be about 6 loads of clothes at my old apartment, in just 3 loads for under $20 bucks.

A lil pricy but clean and safe. Not a bad experience for just moving in the area.

Had a dryer full of clothes stolen from here beware. And i work next door, guess i caution everyone to be very careful here bad part of parma for thieves i guess. Never had this happen even in cleveland laundromats!!!! Dont let stuff out of your site here !!! Or go elsewhere

The new machines are nice. We are a family of 6 and have a lot of dirty laundry. I love the 6 loaders, but even the 4 and threes are nice. The owners are very prompt at responding if you have an issue and are very friendly. The only frustrating thing is when people have two loads of clothes and use a 6 load washer for some strange reason. But that is no fault of the laundromat. I highly recommend this place. I often have to go in the evenings and am usually there til near closing time. Whenever I am there at this time the owners come in to clean. They have even offered to help me take my laundry to my car. I have a lot of laundry!

Very nice place in comparison to others. They used to come in and wipe the washers & dryers down but it seems like that has stopped. Still a decent place other than occasional neighborhood guy that comes in and uses the bathroom for an hour & stinks up the place but doesn’t wash clothes. Can’t be blamed for that bit. 😳 Really the only place I go to if I need to wash my clothing.

Id give 5 stars if the place was bigger and had at least 4 of the jumbo washers. Doesnt seem to matter what time I go the 2 biggest ones are taken and the main reason to go to the laundromat is to do bulk loads so Im not doing laundry all day at home. Other than that the machines are updated and work very well. Place is clean and the few times Ive ran into staff they were super friendly. A-

I really like this place. All the washers/dryers are new & Express so your clothes get done faster. Compared to most laundromats it is on the smaller side but still good 👍🏾

This place has really upgraded over the past couple years. Extremely impressed with the new 50 and 60 load lb.machines.. from washers and dryers.. although I came at a busy time it was worth the wait. However owners need to keep an eye on the local business vendors that constantly come in and use their change machine.. change machine should be for patrons only!

My dryer broke today and I really needed these clothes dried ASAP. I saw the reviews online and was weary but everything was good. My clothes were dried in a timely manner and the building wasnt any dirtier than any other laundromat

Large washers and dryers we got 7 loads of laundry done in about 2 hrs the most expensive washer holds 50lbs for $7 the 45lb washer is $5 and the 30lb washer is $3. And the dryers a quarter for 7 minutes. Reasonably priced got in and out. Only thing is it was hotter in there than outside but i mean it is a laundry mat. Overall a great experience. Will be back for sure.

Nice LITTLE laundromat emphasis on little. The equipment is up to date and in working order and everything is clean. It gets crowded quickly and there isnt a lot of space.

Has many machines, always find free ones. Range from $3-5. They have HUGE washers that can wash multiple quilts at the same time for $7/load. Change machine at back of shop and can buy detergent, etc from a dispenser.

One of the workers here was removing the lint while I was putting my clothes in the dryer and she got lint all over me and my clothes. I was breathing in lint, Im pissed. Other than that its decent here........Edit to owners response: The worker knew I was upset and if the owners were there and worker knew of situation then why did no one say sorry? The situation shouldve never happened in my opinion.

Clean machines and clean environment not too crowded. To elaborate this is the best laundry mat i have beeb to in cleveland and i have been to some that are really gross. The staff/owners must come at least once a day and clean everything in there. Its the only one i will go to now.

Nice but sometimes crowded from the looks of it. The last time I was here, there was only one other lady. Remodeled, fairly reasonable pricing. Would suggest. 8/10

I have been doing my laundry in this laundromat and the other one on Chevy Blvd. for the past year and I would like to rate both of them excellent for the following:1. Cleanliness;2. Positive approach of the owner Mr. Rudy, especially when it comes to reporting any problem;When I first walked in the Chevy location I was chocked what beautiful place, not just sparkling clean but security cameras through the whole place, 2 TVs with Cox Cable, and free Wi-Fi so I can do my work while I am waiting for my laundry.I referred all my neighbors to both locations and they are also very impressed with the owner and appreciated his continuous effort.

Dont expect many working washers or dryers. Owner NEVER seems to fix anything. Some machines have been broke for two years or more. This could be a Michel better business if the owner fixed stuff.

Owner chased my boyfriend down the street screaming her head off demanding he give back quarters from the quarter machine. Super professional. Gave him $10 to get quarters to do laundry at our apartment like we have every week for the past 3 years, no sign saying machines for customers only. She said it messes with the numbers which makes zero sense. We didnt steal money from you. No need to literally follow people down the street screaming like at the top of your lungs like a child who was told they couldnt have dessert.*Edit to owner: it is not theft. What did I take from you without paying? Should maybe watch your mouth for slander, as Ive taken nothing from you, or youre more thank welcome to file a police report for the alleged theft...

I lost 1.75 in one of the machines. The guy Rudy at ph. 210-0056 said he would call me back. He never did after 3 calls. He said he was coming in 20 minutes. He never showed up. Be prepared to not get your money if you lose it. The place should be closed for taking money and not returning it. Unfortunately, there are people who most settle for this type of treatment. I filed a complaint with the city of Parma and will keep pursuing it.

I just moved to Parma and dont have a washer/dryer yet so my family needs to use the laundry mat temporarily. Needless to say, we wont be coming back to this one. It smells of urine in the entrance way, some machines just eat the quarters, its expensive, and VERY dirty! The toilet is clogged and theres NOTHING to drink due to a theif!

Machines are clean and new. Wish they didnt make you pay $5 in quarters to use a large washer (credit card machine would be nice). They also didnt have WiFi when I last used them, but they were in the process of adding it.

First time going and would never return.

The place smells like urine when you first walk in. The equipment is dirty and in various states of disrepair. My regular laundrymat on Brookpark across from Save-a-lot was crowded, so I came here. Next time ill wait.

Most of the washers and dryers dont work. Theyre dirty and old and falling apart. The building itself is disgusting. Why anybody would do laundry here is beyond me.
