Yes very expensive 3$ for a wash and 25c for 5 minutes of dry time in which 1minute is cooling!! Most expensive on the west side!

I have needed the use of a dryer for a few days.......and this laundromat has done the job like an ace relief pitcher in the bottom of the ninth inning of the World Series. There are numerous machines, with usage costs clearly marked. And the facility is kept up quite well for the number of customers throughout the day.

I went to go exchange a $20 bill for quarters and then return to my car to get the laundry but before I could get out the door the owner of the store tells me that I have to use my quarters at his laundromat and starts to get very upset with me. I dont know if its because Im transgender or if he just jumped the gun but thats not how you treat customers

Many improvements, and some things worse... remembering this morning how over thirty years ago if you were the first one in you would see front cement hosed down and you werent afraid to drop something on floor because they used to be clean...This owner has put a LOT of money into this place and i can understand he gets frustrated when people from out of town have no respect for keeping things nice.

Inefficient dryers!!!! I dont know how many minutes I did, at least 50 to an hour, they still arent dry. I went to go unload them out of my car today my car stank because they were still wet and sour. Waste of time, 40 bucks gone, never again.

Nice clean laundromat with newer machines recently installed and more onon the way. Not crowded inin the afternoon on weekdays so no wait to get washer and dryer.

Its an okay laundromat but the prices are quite expensive. I used two washing machines that were the same exact machine and size but charged two different prices for normal mash with warm water. Once charged 3.50 the other 2.75?? Weird. It could use some more cleaning as well

The place is starting to go down hill...the number on hand for the business never answers. Ive used the single & triple loaders and I never stuff them and it seems to never fully wash the clothes all the way even on hot temperature....Ive put coins into machines and they decide to stop working right after and many dryers are broken down. Dont go here.

The washers are great if there werent 4 or 5 of them down. The dryers that werent out of order were a hit n miss. We were sick of feeding quarters to them so we gave up and took our stuff home to dry it. Shouldnt take over 30 min to dry a thin mattress cover and 5 pieces of clothing. And my friends clothing werent even dry. Still soaking wet after 20 min. Going to a different one. We tried this place 3 times. Hoping it got better.

Okay place for a laundromat but watch out, if you put your money in a machine & it doesnt work, youre out of luck. Even if you call the phone number to the owners, no one ever calls you back to reimburse you. If there woukd be a sign on broken machines, you wouldnt lose your cash.

Clean place. Affordable wash. Dryers are a bit pricey though.

This laundromat is well-kept clean all the machines are good working order it makes doing the laundry a very pleasant experience. Also they have an excellent working air conditioning system so you stay cool while you do your clothes and dry them.

The laundromat is always clean, the washers and dryers work very well. They have two TVs you can watch while youre there. The owner provides a telephone number you can call if you have a problem with his machines. He returns your money if you lose your money in his machines. He also keeps a clean restroom that always stock with tissue and paper towels.

This is a great laundromat. It is always clean and the machines work well. They have TV and free wifi, too 🙂

Havent been to a laundromat in a while. About what I remember. Lots of washers and dryers that dont really work well. At least I felt like I won the jackpot on a slot machine exchanging my 20 for quarters.

Put clothes in washer, put my 6.75 into wash, machine would not start. Called number and left message, no call back. Ended cycle and tried again, same thing happened and left another message. Five days later have not heard anything back, left him another message stating I wanted my money back . . . well see if I hear anything! Someone should be at facility to help people, bad customer service. If I dont hear back will report to BBB.

Expensive and lots of broken machines. Not worth the time or the headache.

Clean, safe atmosphere. Tv and chairs are nice. Also has a bench outside for smoking.

Very clean, well taken care of business. The new washers are great but sometimes a few dryers are broken. Theres nothing worse then unloading all your wet clothes and putting money in to find out it doesnt work.

The timers on the washers seem a bit wonky. How does 28 minutes take more than a half hour? Other than that its clean and there are no weirdos loitering inside like some places. I mean, I was loitering inside, but I was waiting for laundry so that doesnt count.

I don’t know why I keep trying to come here. There is always washers and dryers that don’t work. Most of the time not even tagged out. As many people as there is that come here they could atleast make sure the machines are up and running. I will start driving the extra time to go somewhere that actually keeps up on their machines.

Good place needs wheelchair bathroom tho Im paraplegic and I like going here its clean and I can reach all the machines but just cant get into the bathroom

Was the experience I expected its a laundry mat free Wi-Fi password protected but great signal couple out of order machines but plenty. It got busy towards 630 but I was almost done

Just left the laundromat WITHOUT my clothes...my husband and I are truck drivers. The washer froze at 12 minutes. We finished our other load, called the number and was told to be patient it will finish...it never left the 12 minute time. We waited as long as we could but had to leave to pick up a load in Columbus Ohio...sad, do you think we will be compensated for our loss???? You know they have Facebook to get ahold of us...no excuses

Well, my clothes were STUCK in a machine for almost an hour. Had to contact the fire department because the owner never returned my call. When the owner finally did call, he stated he would REFUND my money for my inconvenience.............still waiting!Update - 6 months later........still waiting.Update - 3 years later......still waiting.

Washer and dryers are clean, but a little expensive to wash and dry. Overall its a good laundry mat.

Put 7.00 into machine. Door locked but would not start. Finally got door open 10 minutes later and found a previous customers was head in door. Have called number several times with no response. Poor service.
