This use to be a good laundromat but the management and care has gone to 0. Like a month ago the credit card machines werent working on certain machines and then I end up wasting my detergent. Advise the man working but nothing was done. Today I half of the washing machines were down. Multiple dryers were down. Then to top it off, I swipe my card and it say its off line. I try at the next washer that my clothes were in, same thing happened I then proceed to get coins. After I pay with coins, I get notified my cards were charged. The lady called her manager, nothing was done. They said they will credit washes on my next visit. Unacceptable because Im not coming back. No website, no one to contact about the issues.

Not a bad place to do laundry. Dryers are always free if you wash clothes first. Theres one change machine up to a U.S.D $ 20.00 Bill. Attendant on duty. Drop-off service as well. A Male and Female restroom only if using machines.

It has good pricing. I only spent about $9.25 for two loads and there is free drying which is nice. I only have one complaint. Its bit depressing to see all of the young homeless men standing about and asking for things. It made me feel bad for them. They arent bothering you too much but still depressing.

The dryer only ran for 7 minutes at a time, the washer didnt want to read our card and when Im doing my chores I like to be left alone, not harassed about socks falling on the ground that I saw already, asked what dryers were using and reminded the mask Im wearing is supposed to go over the nose as well or other patrons will think they dont have to wear one, wearing a mask is not a legal obligation as of now so Ill wear one when I want to. Also every door was locked except for half of one on the far side of the laundromat; which of course is a fire escape safety issue. Done been agreed were not going back to this one.

Cant beat free dying when you pay to wash. All the machines are new and the washers accept credit/debit cards. Clean place. Theres a tobacco shop next door so parking can be a pain when youve gotta carry laundry

My favorite laundromat in the Fulton Clark Denison area. They definitely have the best dryers. At most I run the dryer twice and thats about 30-40 minutes and thats just because my loads are big. The drying is free with washing and that costs at low as $3 and as much as $11. So Im very happy and every time I need to wash my clothes this is where I come.

This is a great clean place. Huge section of large and medium commercial washers and dryers. The attendant was very quick to help me out

I love the fact that all their dryers are free. Sometimes when i go the gentlemen working comes out and carrys my laundry in for me.Newer machines. I choose this one over the wash n dry and its only a minute or two further away

Safe, clean, and well staffed and stocked laundromat. People are friendly and the service is straightforward. The only downside is the prices. The smallest load is 5.75 and the biggest is 8.75. The dry is free, but the wash itself is expensive. However, it might be worth paying that much for the safety and community factor. Very nice laundromat.

Usually lite up and clean decent priced washers considering the dryer are free 1 male employee could be a lil less rude and sucks the last wash is at 7:30(by their clock which is 15 mins fast) would be awesome if opened til later

There is one particular guy that works at this laundry matt and he makes it his business to make the experience of doing laundry even more annoying and frustrating than it needs to be. He is bordering on harrassment and will be reported if he continues. Get rid of this walking trash bag of a human being please!!!

I have NEVER had a poorer experience as a customer than I had at this laundromat. I made a google account just to write a review of this place. I recently moved to Cleveland, and since this place had decent reviews and was one of the few places that accepted cards, I thought I’d try it out.The first time I visited this place the staff was helpful when I couldn’t get the machine to take my card. They simply informed me that that machine’s card reader was down as was a few others, so I would have to walk a little ways down the street to an ATM to pull out cash for change. This wasn’t a problem I know going to laundromats are always somewhat a hassle.The most recent time I visited this laundromat I was greeted by an extremely rude employee that told me.. “You have to leave.” When I asked why he responded “We’re closed.” When I informed him on the outside it says last wash is at 7:30 and the laundromat closes at 9, he responded by saying “well it’s 7:37 according to my time.” When I showed him my phone and my watch which both displayed 7:19, and asked another customer for the time and they replied “7:19,” I informed him his watch is most likely fast. He responded by saying.. “I don’t care what anyone esle’ time says because my time is what matters, so you need to leave.”I know not all the employees are as miserable and rude as this man, but if you plan on making 7:15 last wash you should display that on the door.

I missing my all clothes in this landry . someone stolen

I walked up to this laundromat,after calling beforehand to check what time last wash was. The number Google provided for me was a man telling me that as long as I was in by 7:30 I would be good. Upon arriving to the location at 7:24 I start loading my laundry in as normal. An angry attendant emerged from the back stately that they were closed and immediately turned off the washers. I pulled my phone out for the time to still read 7:24. The man revealed a beat up phone that was 10 minutes fast and told me he went by this time...??? After some choice words from the man I demanded a managers number and was denied that. The lack of customer service was appalling,and as someone who frequents this one and only laundromat weekly I was offended and felt disrespected. I will never use this place again!!!!
