Long story short, Allison is the truth! The most satisfied I’ve ever been with any styles I’ve ever gotten professionally done.I’ve lived in Cleveland since August and have been searching high and low for a quality hair salon with reasonable prices. I am so glad that I got in touch with Hair Extensions. When I called, Allison was very patient and answered all of my questions. I’m a huge fan of thoroughness and decided to give her a try. I walked into the shop at 6:15 and walked out at 8:30 with a washed head , fully sewn weave with a bob cut. I told her what I wanted and she nailed it. Allison was very professional and just knew what she was doing. I absolutely love my hair. For a woman who’s been wearing a weave her entire life and also knows how to install weaves, I have to say this is the most official weave I’ve ever had and I am just walking around looking so put together. And the price was fair! I’m more than satisfied.

COMPLETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND COMMON DECENCY. I scheduled my first appointment a week in advance on a Wednesday at 3pm. I showed up 15 min early and nobody was there. I figured it was partially my fault because I didnt confirm. I called over and over and there was no answer and the voicemail was full. I went home and called later on, the lady finally answered and she was very apologetic and acted so surprised that this happened, and said she would take care of me personally next time. I scheduled for the following Wednesday at the same time. The following Tuesday I called to confirm, no answer. Called this morning to confirm, (day of appt) and she answered and said were on for 3pm. I showed up and AGAIN nobody was there. I called repeatedly and her phone was off. I kept calling and it finally started to ring but still no answer. Finally I called and she rejected it and texted me asking if I can call later. I am beyond furious and wasted my money on 4 uber rides there and back and I dont live close. DO NOT GO HERE

I had a 2pm appointment. I text the stylist at 1:15 told her I was on my way. I arrived at 1:55 pm. Nobody was there. I texted and called amd the stylist would not answer and started sending my calls directly to voicemaiI was stuck with $200 worth of hair I purchased and my hair undone for my event.

Lady charged me $400 for a regular sew in . I would never go back . Everyone in other hair shops said she got over on me for charging me so much for a regular sew in . I think she only charged me this much because I told her it was my first time . Which it wasn’t !Just wanted to see how she would be ! NEVER AGAIN ! really charged me $400 .

Fast installation, helpful, great girl talk. Allison did my installation in good time. Only complaints is that its a little tight. I said something about it and she explained that it would loosen in a few days, and she did cut loose some of the stocking cape which was the first time I used one and I must say that this was the best install ever, I normally do my own hair because its cheaper. However, this is the best $150 I ever spent on a sew-in,

Really enjoyed my experience at the salon. Very professional atmosphere. The staff was amazing and the stylist worked wonders on my hair. Im happy that I have found my new hair home.
