I have been a client of Jeffrey Paul’s Hair & Scalp Specialists for nearly six years and can say unequivocally that this is an outstanding organization. The owners are knowledgable, highly competent, ethical and care deeply about their clients. They have often gone beyond my expectations to solve my scalp issues. This is also a very pleasant organization to visit. In fact, I have never met anyone in any capacity that is not friendly and helpful. Most of my time while there is spent with the highly qualified Hair and Scalp Specialists. For example, I usually work with either Laurel or April, both very competent Hair and Scalp Specialists, who are conscientious, highly detailed, friendly and interesting people. They make every appointment a very enjoyable experience.

I have been a client for the last 6 years. I can honestly say they have given me my life back. The customer service is top notch. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for any hair loss needs.

The staff and salon are great but when it comes to the treatment it didnt work for me. I had Hair loss and Oily scalp and after 3 months of using the yellow line for oily scalp of their products and the in salon treatment $$$ I had no different results at all after the 3 months. If you are having hair loss you should be more concerned about your overall health since if you have an imbalance or illness that you dont know about yet that excessive shedding might be your body trying to send you a signal and theres no topical treatment that will fix that. Focus on Finding the root cause of your hair and scalp problems even having a Hair mineral analysis might be helpful.. I do have to say although this treatment didnt work for me doesnt mean it couldnt work for someone else since not everyone have the same scalp condition.

My scalp was extremely itchy and I was losing hair. Suffered with this for two years before I discovered Jeffrey Pauls. Found out my scalp was oily and not dry as I had thought. Although the treatment is expensive, it has worked for me. When I do have issues they are willing to work with me to find a solution.
