Still waiting to get paid and the invoice is more than four months past due. Absolutely incompetent people who will not pay you unless you agree to give them your bank account number. They are actually incapable of issuing checks for payment. And that is the excuse they have given me for being more than 4 months past due. Their broker/dispatchers will call the truck driver repeatedly, in violation of federal safety regulations, demanding in/out times, and other miscellaneous unimportant information which the driver cannot provide while driving. And they called and called and called the driver while he was sleeping only to get the in/out time. The worst broker.

Great company, customer service, and management.

Had implemented some crazy policies like 20% off the rate - charge per each day being late. Insane. And other policies, like $100 fee for missing time in/time out on the BOL.
