I live at the 3th floor at Brookedges Apt and most the time they bring the order up there and leave them very carefully. I was in Cleveland around Mid March to stay with my dad after the passing of his wife of 40 years. I had to fax some documents for him since his fax machine wasn’t working, so I ran to the nearby UPS store, there were two ladies behind the counter that welcomed me immediately. I had needed to get one more piece of info before I could send and 3 more people walked in. Once it was my turn (which was fairly quick) the lady helping was fast and efficient. I didn’t get her name but she was great, and I’m not sure why but she wouldn’t charge me to fax and copy my dad’s document. It was a stressful visit with my dad, just due to the fact that he was distraught with grief... thank you UPS for having ESP! This is a GREAT UPS store and I would use it more often if it were 7 hours closer to my home! So the best I can do is steer you to them with my review!

I went in to drop off my cable box for return to my cable provider and the store was very crowded and 75% of the people in there were not wearing masks. While waiting in line (trying to keep distance between others) a man walked in and walked past everyone waiting in line up to the counter and none of the employees that saw him told him there was a line, they just took care of what he needed done without even bothering to consider the other customers. For a small store they let way too many people pack in. The service was slow and the place looked a mess.

Visit this store regularly and find the staff always helpful, friendly and very comical with back and forth banter either with each other or customers! Usually good for a chuckle. Always showing respect for elders with patience and acts of kindness whether not charging for copy or fax to above and beyond help with returns on their mobile device. Same with military vets. Holidays make for long very busy days and sometimes may not get the best face of customer service but its always good service and if not always willing to make it right. I would have to disagree with anothers review about the store owner being absent and just about money. Been in enough times to overhear Im sorry hes not here its Thursday and he volunteers at the food bank or hes gone to do a pick up. Often seen behind the register or packing. But never absent.

Called to hear, UPS, can you please hold? Then silence. Waited 5 minutes. Call got disconnected. Call back 7 times to either get a beep like a voice mail or another UPS, can you please hold? I was even trying to talk over the employee when they answered to say, Wait!! Dont put me on hold. Im getting hung up on!!! With no avail. To the point, do not ask if you can place someone on hold with no intention of hearing an answer. Management needs to train or hire better staff.

2ND TIME. EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING MASKSI had to go back because a particular package had to be sent through UPS. I was happy to see there is a sign on the outside of the building saying that masks are required, however, NONE of the employees were wearing masks. It’s disgusting that in a city so impacted by COVID, that the people handling packages sent everywhere would not wear masks. The store was also very busy. I’ll be making some calls this time. I think I may start driving to the Chattanooga location to avoid this store

EMPLOYEES WERE NOT WEARING MASKS. They weren’t even wearing masks and had them pulled down. I went on 11/18/2020 for an amazon return and no masks to be scene. It was very sad to see and I will not be visiting this location ever again. I hate that amazon does business with a store that puts people’s health in jeopardy.

Your website says you’re open till 7pm. I left my house at 6 o’clock to get there by 6:30 to find out you closed at 6 o’clock due to Covid. Did you ever think about Updating the time online so that people don’t come? Another man came to the door while I was there. It would be quite considerate to do that.

The staff are always friendly. I cant complain about the place.Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the last visit...they accidently deleted my resume off my thumb drive when I needed it for an interview that day and the store was 45 minutes from home so there was no chance of going home to redownload and get back to print it before the interview. And the time before that...it printed on a sticker and not paper because the guy was new and didnt know how to send it to the paper printers.

It would be appreciated if revised store hours during COVID-19 we’re updated on your website. When a customer does their due diligence to check the website for hours of operation before driving 40 miles to your UPS store it’s disappointing. An unplanned return trip of 40 miles to and from adds to the disappointment.Considering that during the few minutes I was in your parking lot three other people walked to the door only to find the paper note taped to the window, I assume I’m not the only person disappointed.

Scheduled appointment for notary services for one single page document. Notary was not in the store for my appointment time. I was told she was at Walmart. Staff could not find my appointment in their system though I had an email confirmation. Waited for 15 minutes for her to show back up and when she returned, immediately went to the back room leaving me there for wait some more. In the meantime, nobody is wearing masks or gloves. People are coming in with whole families to send packages - minimal social distancing. Finally, got the notary to notarize my document and then the fee was $25. Outrageous when under normal circumstances a bank or credit union would do for free for customers. As a non-customer of a bank, I only paid $10. This entire experience was terrible. The only reason Ive given 2 stars intead of 1 is because package drop off when returning Amazon orders is smooth.

Im not one for leaving a negative review and actually avoid any negativity in all aspects at best...However, our 4th experience has proved ONCE AGAIN...Unprofessional employees, no effort or care relating to customer service. 2ND time arrived before 6p closing, I had my hand on door pull as employee walked up shut door back and locked itπŸ˜’ saying, sorry come back tomorrow 10min is not enough time to print out Amazon labels! I havent used the ups store much in the past, but i have here recently and the 3 counter people who have helped me out have always been extremely nice and helpful. Its a small store and some times it goes a bit slow, but if you want to be taken care of the right way, sometimes you need to wait. I wsit longer at the post office. I can only imagine what they have to deal with on a day to day. My experience is and always been great. Going in today to srnd off returns to Amazon. πŸ€“πŸ‘

Stopped in to get a document notarized. I was helped quickly without any fuss. In and out of the store in about five minutes. I appreciate that their notary is there until 6 pm - I did not wind up having to come by that late but its a plus to know about this service that has a little extra time for folks who are trying to get things done after a day shift job.

Not one to leave reviews, positive or negative, but I had to for this one. made an appointment for a notary last week, got there today before the appointment time and they didn’t have a notary there. made me show them multiple emails and then said β€œwell I didn’t see any appointments for today so we don’t have a notary here”. overall a bad experience, with rude employees.

The Mailroom Manager called me and straightened things out. She was nice and professional. Things were mishandled all the way around, including on my end (Customer). The root of the problem here, and this is my opinion, seems to be since there is no longer a Store Manager, if there are REAL issues, they are not getting addressed. And customers or potential ones are getting upset, some of us VERY much so because this is our mail. Checks and important documents and forms come through the mail! For anyone to take their job around it lightly doesnt need to be there. I was treated rudely by 2 young people, one lied and both hung up ON me. And all they had to do was take down my name and number and have the Mailroom Manager call me when she got in. They have never been told or trained that way possibly but it caused a huge mess yesterday that was not necessary at all. That and apparently the Franchise Owner wants (my opinion) to be hands off and collect the money. That kind of attitude and apathy in THIS kind of business can get you in trouble with a Postmaster one day or escalate into something worse.Thats just plain common sense.

Poor customer service. I called to ask for a freight cost and was told I need to talk to the owner. The owner is never at the office and had to call several different times before he was even there. Finally caught the owner there, but he was helping someone else. One of the employees took down my info and said the owner would call me back with the estimate. Never even heard back from the owner. I would expect it for a regular employee to not call, but the owner. I would never shipped anything from this office again.

Today i went to The UPS Store in Cleveland, TN to drop off an Amazon Return. I had combined 3 of them into one box. They refused to scan it because it had more than one label. I get thats policy but1. Ive done this before, at the same location, and theyve never given me problems before.2. They werent helpful at all, they didnt offer me extra boxes so i could split up the package to meet their demands.Now i have to reprint all my labels and repackage everything. Thanks so much for not being helpful at all!

I truly do not like giving negative reviews thats why I only decided to write one after a 3rd or 4th bad experience from this location and after asking people who worked for ups what was up with this store. I was told that it is not run by ups and is privately owned and operated but that they had heard similar complaints as mine about the employees that work there! I was shocked and relieved when I heard this because I knew it wasnt me being too critical. That being said, I love ups but this store(its employees) continuously try to delay the picking up of packages by saying it is not there or it cant be found or even saying that I have to have the tracking number. None of this is ever true... just saying anything to try to make me come back later or better yet never. They act like they dont want me there. They are just a little rude in general. I now usually avoid this store and have packages held at the main sorting location which is a much further drive from my house but beats the alternative.

I went to pick up my package I have been waiting two weeks for only to find the store closed! They only attempted to deliver my package once and I have seen several trucks go through my complex from the time of delivery. I asked the workers I saw coming out of the store what time they had closed. She was a little blonde girl who rudely said 230. Then rolled her eyes when I said I have been waiting 2 weeks for my package! The boy who got into a blue eclipse wearing his hat backwards didn’t say anything. I wasn’t the only one trying to get their package they have already paid for! It’s the Sat before Christmas you need to be open later than 230!

Went to get fingerprinted, by appointment, at 10:00 am. They didnt know the password. I waited 45 minutes. I asked them to call the manager, he was on vacation and they dont have an assistant manager. I asked them to call me when fixed. 4:30 now no call yet. The lady said it was as big aggravation to them as it was to me. No more of my business.
