I would recommend trying another company. I paid for my water test and had to follow up to get them to ship the test kit. They provided a shipping label that was ground for a test that had to be returned in 48hours. Drove there to drop it off and the doors are locked without any instructions what to do. Called customer service, they NEVER answer. Had to randomly dial extensions to get somebody to explain how to hand over the sample. Wait and wait for results....Call customer service, no answer so I leave a message. Finally get my report. This is a service they shouldn’t offer since they clearly don’t want to do it. The customer shouldn’t have to initiate every step for them to to provide the service that was paid for.
