Rick Sanders was very responsive & timely to my questions. He was able to get into the unit within the next day or two of me accepting his proposal, which is very important to me. I had mold in my basement on the beams of the ceiling. Rick’s team was able to come in completely remedy it. I couldn’t find one speck of mold. My sinuses have improved since! Also, the products he used didn’t bother me at all, and I’m typically pretty sensitive to scents.Would definitely recommend to friends and/or family!-Ryan

I highly recommend this company. I bought a bank owned house this April, need a lot of work. I initially called for mold treatment using green solution. To my surprise, they do everything like one step shop. Paul is my general contractor, very professional, quick response. He is not only an excellent listener, but also watch out your back and recommend the best solution. His staff did mold treatment, finishing up my third floor including electric wiring, recess light installation, insulation, dry wall, frame and painting. Excellent job in timely manner. Their price are very reasonable in comparison with other contractors. This company is trustworthy and reliable!!! I will definitely use them to complete my whole house renovation project.

Green Home Solutions of Cleveland came out to my home on April 30, 2018 and did a three part Mold test in my basement and that went very well, then on May 9, 2018 they came back out and did the Mold Remediation in my basement, it was an awesome experience interacting with Mike Borrelli the client relationship manager and his team, they were highly professional in every aspect of their work, Mike explained in detail the scope of work that had to be done every step of the way. His team was phenomenal, no time was wasted doing the work, my basement was left cleaner than it was before and smelling vey good too. Mike and the guys were great to work with. He came out within 2 hours of the initial email, followed up with me afterwards and was great and fair to work with the whole time. Ended up finding mold behind some wood paneling in the basement, he even took care of ripping out the materials. It was a very easy process all things considered.
