Damon from EMC personally drove out over the weekend and stayed after hours to fix an IT emergency preventing any of our R&D employees from getting their work done. As an engineer at Woodpeckers in Strongsville, I internally oversee that our product development teams engineering software is up to date. After I updated our software on a Friday, we began to have unforeseen compatibility issues with another program. This caused major issues in our work flow. Damon worked over the weekend, installed the software on a new server, then worked with the programs customer support when they opened back up on Monday to resolve the issue. He saved me personally from getting heat from my boss, kept our R&D teams productivity going practically uninterrupted by working over the weekend and kept all his other customers appointments on time. I dont think I can feel any more confident having an IT company as competent and willing to do whatever it takes to make emergency disasters disappear.

EMC takes care of all our IT needs that neither I nor anyone on my staff is qualified to address. Our computers, emails, server, software etc. has never - not once - had any issues that slowed our daily business routines down. Their continual monitoring and updating of our IT systems pay huge dividends in regards to zero lost work time. Not to mention, they keep all the passwords on our behalf …. I dont have to use my pets name for all my passwords anymore. That alone is worth using their team ….
