Took my computer here for repair. Before I took it to Computers of Cleveland I went to 2 other computer repair places they could not solve the problem. I took it here and the price was reasonable and now my PC is running better than ever. They were very thorough and I couldnt be happier.

This day and age there are options and other places that one might go to have a similar job done, but once Computer of Cleveland has helped fix, repair, or rebuild a computer for you then you no longer need to ‘shop’ for someone else to do the job. They have always been professional and gone above and beyond when it involves job performance. The business I work for comes to a screeching halt when we have computer issues and thankfully Roman and staff have always been willing and able to help guarantee that we are operational and fix things as quickly as possible. I must commend them for this as I know we have called at 5:30 on a Friday once or twice and they were just as willing to begin and undertake the task as they would have been any other day or time. I brought a computer that had been infected by a virus into Computers of Cleveland and Roman had me up and going with new anti-virus software within a couple of days. Solid computer repair work, and fast. They called me with a diagnosis of the problem the same day I dropped it off! Even though I dropped it off right before Thanksgiving, it was ready within two business days, and now runs great.You can count on this business to provide honest, competent consultation and assessment of the issues before and after repairs. Not only was my hard drive replaced, but their experts deleted the unnecessary background programs my computer had accumulated that were slowing it down. To say the least, it was a far better experience here than at other local computer shops in the area (namely, Trinity Computers), where my relatives have been over-charged and under-serviced. Definitely telling them to come here, instead.
