Theres did a very good job. But if you are announcing same day service you should stay true to your promise. I drove 45 minutes to learn that they couldnt get my phone repaired until the following day. I would have kept my techs there until our jobs for that day were complete. That being said, they did a great job. I just had two long round trips.

In town visiting from Florida found uBreakiFix on Google and decided to give it a try. The gentlemen (Brandon S. and Anthony R.) that I dealt with was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable in regards to replacing the screen on my daughters iPhone. Between the two of them they explained all fees and warranties associated with the screen replacement and gave me 2 hour window until the repair would be completed. The screen repair was completed in less than an hour, and is working like a brand new phone. Thank you for your hard work, professionalism, and dedication to your customers. I will be a returning customer in the future to any near by Florida locations.

Beware, they dont bother to tell you when you check your phone back out they took off your screen protector. Ill take some blame on not noticing, but cracked my screen a couple weeks after getting it back and tho, outght no big deal I have a screen protector, WRONG. I understand you have to take it off but at least let me know so I can get a new one.On top of that they called and said my phone was ready. I live 50 minutes away. I get there and they say oh yeah it isnt working right, sorry, well have it done later today can you come back? So I had to make a whole extra 2 hour trip

I cracked the screen of my new Samsung S21 ultra 5G phone and the warranty through Samsung Plus Care sent me here. Never been here before but Tyler was very knowledgeable and professional from the whole experience. Nothing down and no charge through my insurance here. I left it here for two hours and back on the road to do more reviews on Google maps.I would highly recommend this business to fix your band new to older phone needs. Took our iPad to get the screen fixed, was told it would take 1 day. Got a call the next day that they broke the home button and if they fixed it then it wouldn’t have Touch ID, but due to it being for our daughter I said it was ok because I wanted it fixed…. Got a call a few days later that that home button didn’t work so they needed to fix it again! Was able to pick it up a week later! And didn’t even get a discount! I will not be going back to have them fix anything.

I went in because I was having problems with my iPhone XR where the earpiece volume was very low, almost inaudible and they looked at my phone and took it back and cleaned out the earpiece for me. Now my phone works great and they didn’t even charge me a dime to do it. So many other places would have probably told me that something needed fixed on my phone so they could charge me a repair bill but the guys at ubreakifix didn’t. I definitely know where I will be going for any other phone repairs I need. Especially when I need to replace the battery on my phone in the future. Great place. I took A playstation 4 into them right before closing one evening. They called me the next day to inform me what was wrong with it and how much it would cost and I said let me call you back which I didnt do until the next morning. When I did call back and told them to do the repair, the person I spoke with on the phone informed me they had already ordered some of the parts it needed but they had not come in and said as soon as the part arrives we will get the repair done. Later that same evening I missed A call from them but also had A text message letting me know the repair was finished and I could pick it up. Fast, knowledgeable and polite. Good experience here.

Very upset with my experiencebat this store. We drove a considerable distance to come to the store and expected to spend a couple hours around Cleveland while we waited for the repair. Online it says 2 hrs to fix your phone. I dropped my phone off at 1:09pm today. My receipt shows expected time for screen repair is by 3:09pm. The tech told me 2-3 hours though so we didnt think anything of it when we still hadnt heard anything from the store at 4:09pm. At 4:45, I called the store knowing that they would be closing in 15 minutes and was told that my phone wasnt ready yet, but I could pick my phone up by 1pm the following day. I explained that we did not live in the area and asked was there any way they could finish it. They then told me they had not started the repairs. I didnt mind the extra wait, but the lack of courtesy to call a customer and let them know their phone would have to be kept overnight is UNACCEPTABLE. Thankfully I called in enough time to run back by the store and get my phone before they locked the door at 5pm. Some jobs and parents must have a phone on them so they should have at least called to ask if the phone could be kept overnight. The lady who dropped off her phone immediately before me at 1pm was there picking her phone up and repairs had been completed. Now, Im at a loss trying to figure out how to get my phone repaired when they were the only authorized repair place within several hours drive.

This uBreakiFix provided excellent service. I had to drive from Chattanooga as this was the closest location to repair a Samsung phone. The service was very friendly and prompt. All questions were answered thoroughly. They did a great job repairing the phone and were very easy to work with, submitting everything through the warranty.

This place is great. I went in there to get a usb jack replaced, but the guy took in the back and cleaned it out and it worked perfectly and there was no charge! I will definitely be back next time I need service

Took my Samsung Note to have both screens fixed, first time Ive ever had any phone repaired. UbreakIfix was a quick turn around, phone not only works great again, but looks great. I went in drop my phone to get fix. It take alittle over an hour and had it back looking like new.

Talked with some of the guys at the store on the phone, ended up bringing a phone in for a screen that had an install issue and they took care of it immediately and made things right! I would use them again if I needed to.

Walked in and dropped of pixel with broken screen. Was able to pick it up an hour later and phone looks great with new screen. Would definitely recommend if you need your phone fixed quickly and correctly.

We were told by several people that when our TV went out to just throw it away and get a new one. I googled who worked on Samsung TVs and YouBreakIFix popped up. We took our TV there and they called the next day and said it would cost around $400 to fix it. Keep in mind the TV is a curved 65 inch and cost $3000 new 5 years ago. I told them to fix it because it was cheaper than buying a new one. They called back a day or two later and said they found the part cheaper and it would only cost $219 to fix it. I have repaired numerous cell phones in the past but when my Samsung s20 ultra screen broke I knew I had to leave it to a professional that guaranteed the work. Yes I could have done myself but since it was still under warranty I needed an authorized Samsung repair center. The store in Cleveland TN did an amazing job. Yes I had to drive about an hour but for a quick professional turn key job that didnt void my warranty was worth it. Staff was very professional and the repair as done before the suggested time frame. Highly recommend this repair center . 👌

Placed an insurance claim with Asurion and UBREAKIFIX was the only company available in my area to repair my phone. After placing my claim, Josh from ubreakifix called me to verify what type of phone I had to fix. I let Josh know that I lived 45 min. away and would be heading that way. He said no problem, just be here by 5 so that we can fix it. I arrived just before 5pm and they told me that they could not fix it because they didnt have the time and didnt know what type of phone I had. Clearly that is false, because Josh called me when he received the repair ticket to verify what type of phone I had. Told me to come back tomorrow. Im not driving a total of 3 hours back and forth for this type of customer service.

Took my xbox one here for repair and after a couple days I had to call them and ask if they figured out what was wrong with it and they told me it was unfixable and they didnt know what was wrong with it and wanted to know if I wanted them to dispose of it for me.... Of course I went to pick it up and wanted to get a second opinion so I took it to S n J Electronic Repair and he had it working in a couple hours.. I will never bring my electronics back to ubreakifix
