The owner is a great person, very knowledgeable in his field. He has a good selection of used towers and laptops, from run of the mill basic to higher end. You can have a used fully functional system with all the attachments and Windows 10 for under $200.He will also clean and repair any HDD, whether it be disc or solid state.. Services are reasonably priced. I have a system that requires windows 7 or Vista to manage, He said he could install 7 (64 bit) with all the updates for under $120.. Well worth it, and windows 10 all updates for $70 on just about any system.He also has a VGA to HDMI adapter, NOW thats totally awesome since Best Buy didnt have one the past few times I went there.On the street parking, its a small shop, but a good guy doing a job thats not very rewarding and its hard to find these type of places anymore.. Before you hit the big chain store/repair shop give him a try first.. Keep it local.

My home laptop hard drive crashed. I had potentially lost hundreds of old family photos being scanned for digital preservation. I had not yet back it up to an external hard drive. The goof-offs at Best buy were telling me that data recovery was going to cost a minimum of $1000 to $1500. The stated reason for the high cost was is had to be taken apart in clean room. The guys at PC Power were able to hook my laptops hard drive to one of their diagnostic computers, they were able to get an image of ALL the data, photos and documents on my laptop and saved it to my external hard drive. Best of all, They only normally charge $180 for this service. I have since take that old laptop back to them so they could install a new hard drive and software.Do yourself a favor, call PC Power if you need any computer support
