I went here to get the back of my sons old cellphone fixed & they did it for $80. The guy said you just want the back fixed ? I discovered that the front screen was also cracked he showed me and he said hell do it for $30 and I said ok. 10 minutes later it was done. The phone looks brand new. 1 hour 4 minutes for the repairs. Well worth it. Highly recommend Tones Wireless to anyone. I see why this place is a revolving door. Everyone loves their business. Went in store to buy another phone and the man was so nice with his customer service he inquired a better plan. They repaired my phone like brand new. It didn’t take that long either most definitely will recommend them to anyone need service.

Frauds. they took my iphone 11 replaced the screen with some third party bs that removed the face ID component from my lock settings. They knew fixing it would do this but purposely withheld that information from me. if i you mind, don’t go to these scam artists. had i known this would be the end result, i would’ve kept my old screen.

I purchased a fire stick from these people and they call themselves unlocking it to reset it when every application on them was locked the fire stick belong to a Jamil and every application required a pin to open. I even called Amazon to help in resetting the device. Tone mobile was no help at all in restoring the fire stick as purchased. I was about to purchase an iPad but not now. All was a waste of my money!

My daughter has had her phone fixed at two different times; once last Spring, and again in October. They did an EXCELLENT job both times at a very fair price. (My daughter drops her phone frequently..) As far as Im concerned, they are the best Priced, best phone repair shop in Cleveland.

My phone always pressing shit by itself and since my phone has been fixed it’s been going dead fast . My best got her phone fixed there and the had to go somewhere else she was told that they didn’t put her battery in properly nor did they put all her screws back . That’s why they fix it so fast

Just walked out of the west side location. I live in the neighborhood and thought it was too good to be true a legit phone spot that wouldnt rip me off. Zair was super efficient, he gave me an amazing price for my destroyed screen and fixed it is less than 40 minutes while I grabbed pizza next door. Fingers crossed I dont break my phone again anytime soon but if I do I will undoubtedly be returning to this location!

This place is in the Hood and run by people who originally are from Palistine. They flat out lied to me about being able to buy a prepaid Verizon Hot Spot so I am paying through the nose at Verizon. They cater to people on limited budgets and though I have a limited budget I am highly educated so they arent accustomed to people who carry themselves as I do. I will never go again. Not because of the location but because I was lied to.

This telecommunication shop is located in a urban neighborhood. A great location on a main street. This place was recommended to assist with my daughters new iPhone and they delivered.
