I have been using this repair shop for the last eight years. My dad had a great experience there and recommended them to me. I have had two iPad screens replaced, one phone screen, and one bad battery in an iPhone. The work was done in a very timely manner and prices were definitely competitive! I never had a problem after the repairs, except me breaking stuff on my own again LOL. I highly recommend them!!!

I am a phone dummy. The guy in charge was able to help me quick. He had my question answered and my phone ready to go. The prices are great.

I dropped my husbands Note 10 off to see if the battery temp too low to charge issue could be fixed. The man at the counter told me hed take a look and insisted it was likely the battery which I assured him it was not as wed already done research on the issue. I called the next day to get an update and he said hed call me right back which he never did. These phone calls and never getting a return call went on for a week. Frustrated i went in to get the phone back and he told me he put the new battery in but it was still having the same issue. Today I just left a certified Samsung repair place and the tech guaranteed this man Never even opened the phone up. So all he did was let it sit on a shelf and give me the runaround for a week. Extremely unprofessional, rude, a liar and my 12 year old child is more knowledgeable on cell phones than this place is.

1st time ever going in this place but tye guy working was awesome and answered any questions or concerns we had or even could have! Check them out for all your cell repair needs!

I have had my iPads fixed there on numerous occasions unfortunately and they have made the experience a lot easier than it has to be and charged me less. On the latest occasion the iPad couldn’t be repaired correctly. Because the case was bent and he would not charge me labor he only charged me for the part and I tried very hard to at least pay some labor and he refused . I will not take anything that they are able to fix anywhere else .

Chad knows his stuff and saves me as I had tons of information on my phone that I needed. Totally fast and professional. Chad is the man!!After Chad sold business to Cody, I worried at first because Chad was so great but I have had NO issues.Cody is equally smart and professional and even kept Chads 6 month warranty on all his services. I gave Chad 5 stars 3 years ago and I am giving Cody 5 stars too for the same reason. He is quick, professional and always good prices. I have never gotten the impression he was out for money. He is a really cool guy who knows a lot about cell phones and you can feel comfortable with your private info.Go see Cody!

I had a great experience at this store.While at the movies over the weekend, I set my phone down in a cup holder and unknown to me, there was some what seemed like dried sticky remains from a coke in the bottom of the cupholder.This sticky substance got inside the speaker port of my nearly new iphone X which caused it to sound muffled and distorted.A gentleman named Cody helped me out when I took it in. He was professional and easy to deal with.He cleaned my speaker port/screen out as I went across the street to grab a bite to eat while I was on my lunch break.He had me finished up and ready to go in a short 30 minutes after dropping it off.Best part is, he didn’t charge me anything!This is a very good way to solicit business.I for one, will be taking my devices there anytime I need work done.I would highly recommend them for phone repair.From my short but pleasant experience, this seems like a good store to do business that seems very respectful and trustworthy.Thanks,J

This place used to be great. However, I havent seen the one employee that used to be there all the time, and the store has gone down in service. The previous times that I had dropped off my devices, the store was always in touch with me and completed their work in a timely manner. This last time, it took several weeks for me to realize that they havent got in touch with me. After I had got in touch with them, I found out that they hadnt even looked at my device. After talking on the phone with them about my device, they said they would get in touch with me. They did not get in touch with me, and after a few weeks again, I called them. Once again they had not even looked at the device. So I went over there and picked up my broken device, which I will now be taking to a different store.

I have used thus company on several occasions and every time they have done exactly what they said and it was done at the right time. Great prices and awesome service!

The guy at the front counter was super nice and told me upfront that he had to reorder the part for my iPad because of the parts he had ordered before were not the quality he preferred. Had to wait a couple of days but totally worth it. My cracked screen is as good as new thankyou!! Will recommend his services to friends/family.

Excellent customer service and fast turn around time. I took my laptop to several other shops who kept it for weeks on end and never repaired it and was told it wasnt fixable so I decided to take it to Cellphone RX and was blown away by the fast turnaround time and they saved my computer!

Dropped off my phone for repair, I even called ahead to arrange the repair in advance because I had very limited time before leaving town. I dropped the phone on time and reiterated my tight schedule, I was told it was no problem and that the repair would be completed in less than 1 hour. 1 hour later I called and was told it was almost done and I could pick it up in 30 minutes. After another hour passed I showed up and they had not even started my repair, I took my phone to CPR who was able to fix it while I waited.

I have an older phone that would not charge anymore and they fixed it! Never hurts to have a back up phone. Price is somewhat reasonable. Profit has to be made to keep the lights on. Satisfied here :)

I earlier reported on receiving my tablet back without it not being repaired. I gave a very scathing review for which I sincerely apologize. They are doing the best they can. Not easy maintaining a business in this era. I know what waiting on customers is like having done so before. I was given a refund and the connection port was corrected for free. Cell Phone RX should not be harshly criticized; only the government should be.

If you want quality work done and great customer service. This is the place to go. Best experience I have ever had at cell phone repair place! This is where Id send my mom! That should say something!!

Verizon is awesome. YOU WILL GET HOOKED BY SPRINT THE S IN SPRINT LOOKS MORE LIKE A HOOK. sprint and their collectors is a cunning company and are in cahoots with the (customer via sprint) and who ever is paying for their harassment. I was on the phone with them and sprint for a total of 6 hours trying to resolve a debt that i did not owe. Upon asking for proof from sprint they told my VSG had the records, then said they were deleted. When I called VSG they said they have no proof and sprint has it. I then pressured sprint with if there is no proof of my data use and phone it was connected to there is no debt. She intimidate found out that there was actually no data usage it was an accidental reactivation the same day i had canceled my service. I asked if the service was even cancelled she claimed yes. I didnt own any previous debt because i couldnt have cancelled and verified with another representative. I HAVE ALL THE RECORDINGS ON VIDEO AND PROOF SPRINT TRIES TO TRICK YOU. I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR HOUR. I CANT WRITE WHAT A VIDEO SHOW If you are trying to help me get my videos out there make a marketing theme, or from verizon or any other company please help IF YOU HAVE A YOUTUBE CHANNEL PLEASE HELP.
