Good Quality, Good Value, Professional, Responsive and Trustworthy.*My work laptop went out on me over Labor Day weekend. Visited the MacPC Market store Tuesday around lunchtime to see if they could fix it. Received a call from David on Wednesday telling me the problem and was able to fix it and get it back into my hands within a couple of hours. The charge was *extremely reasonable compared to the work that had to be performed. The computer was also cleaned and looks like a brand new computer. Extremely pleased and will definitely use them again if the need arises.*

They took it, put a new operating system in it, extracted as many files as they could from old system and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. My MacBook was making strange noises and I stopped in to see if they could help. The team was very helpful and explained how they could fix the problem. These guys are great with amazing prices. Very friendly and personable, they want to be friends with their customers and treat you right. You can’t beat the small business customer service. My old work PC was shot and I came here, they were extremely informative, kind and explained all my options; ended up buying a refurbished Dell from them that was half the price of my original computer but twice the quality. They set it up for me completely, even adding an extended battery, and called me with updates as I use my computer for work. A couple months later my windows system was damaged and stuck in safe mode, they got it up and running in record time and the diagnostic price is the cheapest I have paid anywhere. I’ve already recommended them and will continue to do so!

Weve bought several of our Christmas gifts this year from MacPC Market for family and friends. The Gently Used computers we purchased looked brand new and their Apple brand computers come with a one-year warranty just like a new computer. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff!

These guys are awesome. We took my 2015 MacBook Pro to Simply Mac for keyboard and trackpad issues, and they wanted to charge $100 just for diagnostics. We brought it to MacPC instead, and they were able to fix it in less than an hour for $67. They gave us an estimate of $90, but decreased the price when they were able to repair it quickly.We are so grateful for their great customer service and reasonable prices! The first thing you notice coming into the store is how clean, attractive, and well designed the layout is. The overall appearance is very similar to an Apple Store. Additionally, the employees are very knowledgable and accommodating. Would recommend this store to anyone who has an Apple or PC, they sell and service both brands along with numerous accessories.

I live in Marietta GA and originally made a sales call to these folks from my company. After helping them, I began to ask about their computer services. I spoke to the owner Jeff and was very impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. I had been Geeked more than once and hadnt been able to locate a reliable, honest computer person in the Marietta, GA area. I was having some computer issues at the time so I decided to make the two hour trek back to Cleveland, TN to give Jeff a crack at it. He was very professional, honest and provided the exact service he had quoted me on. In fact, his whole team is awesome. Several months ago I had a minor issue and Kara helped me right over the phone. She was very patient and helpful, in fact, awesome. Then last week a new issue arose and David helped me over the phone. What a great Tech and very helpful. I highly recommend MacPc Market to anyone who has computer issues. In fact when I replace the PC I have now, I will gladly drive back to Cleveland, again.

My hard drive started to go down and I work from home so this was a really big deal. I called, explained the situation, and the friendly and knowledgeable staff have my computer fixed in less than 24 hours.

I had a terrible week long experience at Trinity computers that ended in failure and decided to try out MacPC on the advice of a friend. They politely listened to my rant, and acted like I wasnt just some over tired over stressed random person. They understood me. Jeff and his staff did an excellent job getting my MacBook running fast even in fact my battery need to be replaced they actually had the part in stock and replace both the battery and hard drive all in one day!
