But when you set it up, the fan is cxonstantly running which defeated the purpose of having an automatic backup for our Liebert cooling system.

These USB flash drives are working just fine. They are used to install OS on old computers. Nice part, they do not slide open without a really hard push. Read speeds are fast enough to get the installations done in 15 minutes or less, consistently. CONS: The slide is hard to use.

Brother is a great brand, I have a Brother printer too and I knew I could get the same good use out of one of their fax machines even in my office. Advantages: The fax2840 is a quick and efficient machine that can easily cover the faxing needs of an office.

CompSource was awesome. I am ‘technology challenged’. In other words, I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to computers. They didn’t just try to sell me stuff just to make the sale. They were extremely helpful. I got what I needed, learned something, got a great deal, and felt like they cared. Give them a shot!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! They show they have item in stock. Placed the order and they said it is in back order. After several false promises and email exchanges for 3 weeks, they simply said manufacturer discontinued the item at the end. We could have ordered it from another vendor in the mean time. It was for our store grand opening and it completely ruined our plan. They blamed manufacturer and dont take any responsibility whatsoever.

I first ordered a gaming chair for my son for Christmas...he was thrilled (It is not easy finding a gaming chair at Christmas without the prices skyrocketing...even on Amazon! But they had it and got it to me before Christmas! Great Price!). Now I have ordered a desk, which I found the exact measurements that I was looking for in a corner desk for the space I have available. The payment options are great, I got it through Affirm as to not tie up my other credit. You have a choice of 3, 6, or 12 months and if you pay it before they take off the interest. And to top it off I am getting a $25 restaurant card to thank me. Couldnt be happier. Cant wait to receive the desk and I am sure I will be shopping with them again.

Ordered a factory refurbished laptop at a good price, it arrived on time, it looks brand new, and it runs like a dream. Im stoked. I had read these reviews a few days after I ordered and was terrified by a couple negative ones that I might have a bad experience, but the transaction went smoothly and I would totally purchase from them again.

Product did not arrive by original ETA and I received no notice it would be late. Company eventually responded saying product would arrive the next week. Two days after new ETA the product had not arrived. Two emails and a phone call later...nothing. Now 1 1/2 weeks late and Ive no idea what happened to my product, but they sure took my money on time. Spend your money on a more reliable company, like Enron or Blockbuster.

Wow they got that order out fast. Ordered a giant printer and couple of toners and wasnt expect delivery until 5-7 days later, received shipment 2 days later. Cant beat the price either, will definitely be buying from them again. I will have to see if they do net terms.

I ordered the wrong product and they refused to refund. They said if I wouldve turned away the product. We work in a building where we dont receive the mail it is brought to us so it was absolutely unable to do so. Dont recommend.

Poor Service, placed an order with this company for the first and will be the last time.Placed an order for a monitor that was supposed to be delivered on August 28th, I didn’t get any tracking for an entire week so I decided to give them a call after rrezching our 3 times and getting no answer. I was transferred to the sales rep Jordan Olivares who said they were shipping it out today and I told him when I called the first time to hold off..which was not tre I called him the first time because they aren’t part of the 4 point buyers protector. And price match guarantee.. which is also a lie when I called I was told they can’t match the price of there competitor becuSe then they make no money so I said fine process the order if I decided the cancel I would call back within the hour ( which I never did ) never got returned calls.. all I can say is piss poor service first time shopping outside of new egg or amazon and I already regret it. This is what Id like to call a real company, I called a couple times to go over my item and then shipping options. I spoke to three different people and all were really nice, just made me feel comfortable about buying from them.

I found this site just using Google looking for a camera for my husband. I found one here that was even cheaper than it was on Amazon. I decided to give them a shot (for the price). I ordered the same on on Amazon just in case Compsource didnt come through. The one I ordered from Compsource came one day before the one from Amazon, I was amazed that never happens. Well to follow up my husband got the camera which he loves by the way and I will be shopping here from now on.

***UPDATE****Feb 26 2019I just got off the phone with the owner and was able to resolve the issue. Compsource was able to address the issue and resolve it for me. I got an apology and they are giving me free priority shipping to ensure I get the product on time. The fault turns out was not Compsource but the distrubutors who forgot to ship my item. I will say this customer service at compsource is outstanding. I never was on hold and got to speak to a person right away. I really like that the owner was involved that really show that this company cares for their customers. I WILL be doing business with compsource again. Even though this started off on the wrong foot the customer service i recieved gives this company a 5 star rating.I RECOMMEND COMPSOURCEwont get this level of customer service anywhere else.........See below for what happened......I find myself getting frustrated. I order 4 items on Feb 15 2019. I got 3 out of 4 items on feb 22 2019. However, i am still missing one item. I contacted customer service on Feb 25 2019 to inquire about the missing item and was told they would email with a status. I never got an email response. So I called them again today feb 26 2019 to find out what was going on the representative said the contacted the person that was supposed to ship but got no response and that manager would get involved and will email me with an update. I ordered a Tripp lite PDU, order processed well and I get an email on order process immediately. Payment system does not tell there is a problem right away, I get an email after some days from Jordan Olivares saying it did not work. I take care of credit card security issue and I place a new order, after a day again I get a email from Jordan saying billing address is incorrect. Address is correct in my billing information. I called Jordan many times on direct line, never called me back. If there is payment issue, it should tell me right way, rather than sending an email after two days. I asked Jordan to cancel all my orders explaining him the problem with website and his customer support. he is least bothered about my complaint and he just cancelled my order . Do NOT order from this scam outfit. I ordered product A. They sent me product B. Not at all the same. And, the price they charged is waaaaay higher than what anyone else would charge for the like item. I emailed them to explain the issue. They would NOT take back the unopened product. I will be pursuing this with my credit card company as well as with anyone else who will listen. But, save yourselves the hassle - buy from ANYONE else.

Well, let me start by advising you to pay close attention to online reviews, especially if you notice a pattern emerging. Take this business, for example. Do you see all the one-star reviews from so many outraged customers? Theyre there for a reason. Solid Customer Service means absolutely nothing to this company; they do as little as possible to help you. Plus, they have these ridiculous re-stocking and return fees (i.e. 15% to 20% of the original amount). So, theyll send you something broken or used, which is a useless item in the electronics world. Then, when you send it back, they hit you with a fee--a ridiculous fee. They ignore Paypals customer service, and they ignore your phone calls. Everything I experienced with them led me to believe its a place where no one cares about their job. Go elsewhere. Yes, you can find the identical item and attain it with much less trouble (and much less money). Its impossible for me to list all of the things they did wrong with my purchase.

Only order from this company if you want your items late and sub par customer service. Ordered a couple of items on a Tuesday, they were supposed to be delivered by the next Monday at the latest. Monday afternoon, my packages are still no where to be found and I have not been given any shipping information from Compsource so I decide to call them. After them looking for my order for 15 minutes(even with providing them with a billing phone, account, and sales order number), they eventually tell me my item hasnt shipped yet and they dont even know where its at. They think they got the items I am purchasing delivered to one of there warehouses, but werent sure. I told the rep that I needed them within a certain timeframe and if they couldnt meet that then they would need to cancel my order. The rep assures me that he is going to find out what is going on as well as when I should get my items and would give me a call back. That was going on 3 days ago. Dont make the same mistake I did, shop elsewhere.

Here are the pros: Ordering was simple and they had what I wanted... Now the Cons:#1- I paid for one day shipping (over $200) and there was no way to track the status as their tracking is only available after 24 hours post order which does not make sense (visibility to an expedited order via Fed Ex or UPS should be easily available for near real-time tracking). #2- The order stated delivery would occur after 3 PM the next day. It showed up at 10am which was fantastic but was left at the side of my home with no signature required? I just so happend to be home to take it in (what if it rained??),.. #3- And last but not least, the product does not work and is dead at power up. It should be noted that once ordered it was stated that if there are technical problems with this product as per Visio you need to deal with Visio. A picture or sound issue after even one day of normal operations makes sense, but not a DOA product over 2k$. CompSource customer care would ONLY give me the telephone number to Visio. They offered zero additional services or support. Very disappointed .

RMAd replacement item was slow in coming. They received my RMAd defective item at the end of the day on March 6, 18 days after first shipping it to me. After two phone calls and an email from me, they shipped the replacement item 9 days later. Heres what it says on their policies page about replacement RMAs:Most replacement RMAs are shipped same day and no later than 48 hrs after received.(Several of their emails mentioned to me that Tom Leone was my sales rep, coincidentally the same name as one of the recent 5-star reviewers of Compsource.)

Buyer beware! This company doesnt deserve a rating. I purchased a Samsung sound bar that didnt work. It kept switching from HDMI to digital & no sound came from the speakers. The company wouldnt pay for the return shipping for defective product due to the aggressive discounting. I paid $89.00 to ship defective product back to the vendor. Mike in the returns department said he would email a discounted shipping label, that would be deducted from my refund. He never sent the label. I finally got in touch with the president who sent me $100.00 in restaurant gift cards for my trouble. The cards are good for several restaurants. However, I could only find 2 restaurant for my area. In order to use the cards I have to buy discount coupons. And then you can only get $5.00 off at a time. First they sold me defective product then tried to buy me off with useless restaurant gift cards. I will never do business with this company again and hope others learn from my mistake.

What company today doesnt let you exchange items. They referred me twice to Brother (with the wrong # both times by the way) which wasted 3 weeks and now are telling me to ask for something which had I know I would have asked brother for the first time. They ARE AWFUL....STAY AWAY

I ordered a 1080 video card from CompSource. Look, I understand this card is in high demand and it is hard to get. I get that. But this is insane at this point. Its been almost two months, other companies now have the card in stock, newegg has it in stock, its not that hard to get anymore.And that wouldnt have been an issue on its own if it wasnt for the customer service. I e-mailed compsource probably about 11 times, called them, got zero information about it. Some guy on the phone told me cards were shipping on the 26th, clearly they arent because its four days after that point and I dont have a card. Some other guy said he was going to contact the warehouse to get information. FOUR DAYS later and I didnt hear back from that guy as far as whats going on in the warehouse.That card costs 700 dollars! Surely I can at least get some information on it in a timely manner! I could have gotten it quicker if I just waited and ordered somewhere else instead of waiting for the drop ship!If I get some information or get the damn card Ill remove this review but otherwise I might have to go through the hassle of filing a dispute.Edit: The response from the owner is blatantly not true and not even within the correct timeframe. I think they must have my name confused with someone else.

Great prices, shipping times and friendly service

I ordered a new rackmount UPS system. Delivery was prompt but I received a defective unit that was obviously used and/or reconditioned. Apart from the re-taped box, the password for the systems admin account had been set to something other than the default.To get this item replaced with a new item I had to pay shipping. To get a refund I would have had to pay shipping AND a 15% restocking fee. This company deals in gray market product and makes money regardless of the outcome. You have been warned.In the CompSource response to my review they state We are more than happy to assist and replace the product but you are refusing to do so. This is a flat out lie. I havent refused anything.I submitted an RMA for the product less than 36 hours after it was delivered. I received an email in reply in on January 1st which said Your RMA request has been received. You should receive a response within 24-48 business hours, though some returns may take up to 5 business days. Well, their response with the RMA number was finally sent today, January 13th. Thats almost two weeks.I did try to contact them by phone, of course, but after being placed in the queue for customer service, when it finally rang through I was sent directly to voice mail. I saw no point in leaving a message asking them to contact me since I was already waiting for them to contact me. And now they have the unmitigated gall to accuse me of refusing to do something.Furthermore, I can find nothing that indicates that CyberPower has a facility in Harrisburg, PA which is where my shipment originated. However, the first Google hit on CompSource Harrisburg, PA clearly indicates that they have a warehouse facility at that location. So this was almost certainly not shipped directly from the manufacturer. Finally, the product box had a bar code label stapled on the outside that said RPL for Zone M whatever that means. But the date on that label was June 27, 2014. No modern manufacturer keeps six months worth of stock on hand. Something is definitely fishy here.

AWFUL!!! Do not buy from them. I bought a laptop that kept crashing and was totally defective. I tried exchanging it for another one that worked within 24 hours of receiving the first one and they refused. The people on the phone were rude, and now I sent $800 on a laptop I cant use. They should not be in business. I wish Id known how awful they are before buying.

Easily the very worst online vendor Ive *ever* dealt with, in over 20 years of online shopping. So staggeringly bad, I find it hard to believe theyre still in business (though Im sure that Minority/Womens/Small Business certification gives them and edge in markets that are compelled to buy from disadvantaged vendors). Failed to confirm my order for several days, failed to ship within the time frame originally promised, failed to respond in a timely manner to my inquiries about why the product hadnt shipped. The sad tale of incompetence (and likely intentional misfeasance) was capped when I did finally contact their rep, who told me that it would be another week or so before the item would ship, agreed to cancel the order - only to go ahead and ship it anyhow - the very same day, and without notifying me! The final straw though was when they refused to pay return shipping - even though the item had been shipped through their mistake.I have all the emails as well as transcripts of my phone conversations to back my assertions up!I would avoid CompSource like the PLAGUE! Incompetent, dishonest and inconsiderate in the extreme!
