Had issues with Outlook on my work laptop. A technician named Jacob L. called me and fixed the issues no problem. Jacob was very knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. Kloud9 has always been very helpful and personable when I have needed them but Jacob went above and beyond.

We recently began working with K9 and I have had 2 issues they have helped me out with. My most recent issue I had the pleasure of working with Jacob Luna. He was a pleasure to work with and stayed on top of my issue and communicating with me every step of the way. My first encounter was with John Taylor, who was also wonderful to work with. Both knowledgeable and stayed on top of it through the entire process.

Jacob Luna from Kloud9 provided me great service for IT support. He was kind and courteous and anxious to please. The issue was resolved in a timely fashion. Jacob felt bad that it took about 30 minutes but I was very happy the issue was resolved that quickly. He really wanted it to be quicker showing his anxiousness to please. I was happy with the experience.

Kloud9 IT and Joseph did a great job for us. Joseph was very active in hooking up the new computers we had, moving a number of them and organizing the printer applications for all the stations. He corrected some issues we had quickly and explained why, and how to avoid them. He was very efficient and did not waste time!

Mark has always provide exceptional service. It doesnt matter is it is after hours or on the weekend if you need help Mark will be there to provide it. He deserves to receive the $50.00 several times over.

I was having latency issues with my Outlook program. When Jacob contacted me, it appeared that the issue had resolved itself; however, he offered to keep the ticket open and follow up with me to confirm that things were still running smoothly. A few days later, he did follow up and still there no were no latency issues, but I appreciate his follow through to confirm that things were still good as Ive never had an IT support group offer to do that.

Help desk tickets arent answered for days and direct emails are not a great way to go, either. Things we have asked for have fallen through the cracks and I have to give directions as to which hardware is to go where many times.
