I tried this a week ago. The price seems a little high with no inside cleaning available, but the building is clean. The car wash was excellent. Pretty sure you 45 seconds of dryer for the car which is plenty. Landscaping looked nice. Overall, a nice experience. I just need to find a discount coupon some where. 5 stars.

I needed to contact the owner of the wash regarding a minor issue. He was very responsive and replied to me quickly and politely. He fixed my problem immediately and didn’t seem burdened during the process...which as a customer, is very telling of the quality of this owner he is. My wash turned out beautifully (got the deluxe) and i would absolutely go back here again. I’m very pleased with the way everything was handled and with the quality of the wash.

I have never actually been through this wash without it either not doing what I paid for, or just not working. Owner responds very quickly though.

I really enjoy coming to a touchless wash that uses advance technology to wash the car, and reverse osmosis water to avoid water stains. I normally wish for longer dryer time but this wash is great!

I love this car wash! Great end result for the price! My Jeep looks fabulous each time I pull out of the lot. A huge that keeps me coming back is that the owner gives customer’s personal cell number. That tells me he cares. I text him tell him how much I loved it and he text me back thanking me for texting him. You do not find too many business people who will do that let alone on the weekend!

Always come here but today I got change from their machine and I wanted to grab a microfiber towel and the machine took 6 of the quarters but wouldn’t accept any other 2 so I tried to just get the quarters back... but instead I heard the change drop in with the rest, and obviously didn’t receive a towel since it wouldn’t take the other 2(or maybe it’s out of towels?) lol

Okay so honestly the wash was 90% perfection! It just missed the rear passenger door area. You can see the streaks and mud still on my car there, but everywhere else the car looks perfect!

Great quality car wash. The new owner is extremely friendly and professional. It’s not a quick process, you actually get a good thorough wash. It’s also touchless so there aren’t brushes that scratch your car.

Been here a few times. paid for the ultimate wash. definitely not an ultimate wash, i could’ve sprayed a super soaker at my car and had a cleaner end result. Very dissatisfied.

Best car wash facility on the West Side! All new equipment, easy in-out and reasonably priced especially given the high quality. True TOUCHLESS laser wash. I have some loose molding around the front bumper of my Saab, and it emerged unscathed. Great to see this place brought back to life in that classic old brick building. Local entrepreneurs such as Michael, who is an upstanding dude, certainly merit our support particularly as they are getting started up. Try it!

Checked out the place since the new owner took over. Machine runs and cleans great - not issue with snow/salt build up. Dryer did a better job than expected. Overall good quality wash for a decent price.

I got the $14 car wash and my car is still dirty!!

Brought both my brand new cars for a wash yesterday (Saturday 8/10) evening. While I was impressed by the wash, my cars were not fully dried out. I had to physically wipe both the cars down which wasted some of my time. Could either be that the dryers were not powerful enough or the drying time was too short. I took the ultimate package and expected a completely dried car.

Paid $14 for the Ultimate Car Wash, Still have mud and dirt on parts of my car, doors , back bumper, etc, but great location.

Went there 2 days ago. Open again. Very satisfied with wash. My car had a bit of road salt on it and it came out great. I like how it is gentle on the finish of my 6 month old car. I’ll be back

Returned after it reopened under new ownership and it’s the best place to get a car wash. I have a Tesla with Cilajet sealant and the touch free car application and water temperature is perfect. Highly recommend this place if your car is your baby.

Even with all the obvious and helpful instructions there is a learning curve. Or maybe I missed something. As you pull forward to the first stop the underside of the car is sprayed. I felt like I rolled through that too quickly. Again at the end as you exit the blowers do a timed drying of your vehicle and I pulled through those too before I realized they didnt move. I backed up a little when I saw the timer but felt pretty silly. Otherwise this is a great hands free way to get a really clean car.FYI My SUV was coated in salt spray and mud. So much that it really looked beige not grey. Even my son complained that it was gross. If you brushed against it the stuff transferred to your clothes but didnt leave a clean spot on the vehicle. Its the kind of dirt that if you just hose it off it wont all come off. One pass through Laser Wash and it was beautiful. Almost didnt want to drive home since might have gotten dirty again.

Drove in from out of town to watch the Browns game... hubby and I def needed a wash after that long drive, the touchless car wash got all the salt and highway dirt off, spotless!

New to the area and I was looking for a a good car wash place and happily stubbled upon Westlake laser wash! Definitely recommend.

First time going. Great place, good prices. I would say my only complaint is in the winter let the blowers go longer... I would even pay more if I knew they would go longer to dry my car.

Under the new ownership, the place has been operating seamlessly. 100% necessary stop for me (especially during the winter). Good prices as well.

Received this response so lemme tell my story. Purchased premium package but machine didnt work, but it had no problem taking my money! So, i called and left a message ..no return call. I called a week later and still no return call. Dont you think 1 star was being kind?

Excellent carwash! I have 2014 Maserati Ghibli and would never go through a brushed carwash. When I cant hand wash it, i go here. The Westlake laser wash is touchless and does a great job. The new owner is frequently on premises and seems to take a lot of pride in his place. He told me about the soaps he buys and alternating ph balance waters he uses to ensure the best results without damaging the cars clearcoat. Anyway, highly recommend going here over other washes in the area.

Way too expensive for a touchless car wash

Most lights dont work in the parking lot making it scary at night. If ur by the vacuums you have no lights at night that are working. The lack of maintenance there is why they are never busy. Both garbages were overflowing all over the ground when I was there.2019 Update - new owner lights are fixed. I wish them luck!

I wish they would fix the lights in the parking lot. After 6pm (its winter) its pitch black in the parking lot and they are still open. I am not sure if it is the ballasts or the bulbs but the parking lot is pitch black and makes you feel unsafe using the vacuums or even waiting in line for a wash. Im sure they are losing a ton of money just because people think it is closed, but its just a maintenance issue.
