I just had my wifes car detailed after owning it for 6 months. The car literally looked better after this than the day we bought it. It included every possible area of the car and I absolutely couldnt believe how clean it became. I will definitely be back, my car is next!

Absolutely wonderful! I took my SUV in for a full detail and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I received a text the morning of my appointment to confirm, they even offered an earlier time slot they had open if I wanted it. When I arrived, there was a younger gentleman finishing up on another car. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to walk me through the process. He asked me if I had any specific areas of concern on the car and assured me he would put extra focus on those areas. I transport my dog in the car a lot so there was a lot of pet hair. He got me all checked in and gave an accurate timeline of when the car would be complete. I received a text when it was ready (this is super convenient). When I arrived to pick her up, I was amazed at how shiny she looked. The same younger gentleman walked me through the car in detail. I was amazed that he got all of the pet hair out. He even did an extra set of floor mats I had in the rear cargo area. My car looked just as good as it did when I drove it off the lot a year ago. I also got the meet the owner and he was awesome. It was raining and he made sure I knew about the rain policy and offered to touch the car up within 48 hours of it raining if I wanted. I highly recommend taking your car here for any wash and/or detail needs. It’s so convenient to have a place like this in downtown Cleveland. I can tell that the team really takes pride in what they do. I will definitely be back and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thanks for the great service!

Leonard, the detail expert, explained the process and walked the SUV with me, pointing out all the service would include. 1 1/2 hours later, the vehicle was complete and Leonard showed me all that was done.Well done. I saw advertisements for Inside Out around downtown Cleveland indicating that they would soon be opening in the Flats. I checked out their website and saw their great reviews. It was close to work and convenient to downtown. So, I figured why not give it a try. Online scheduling was simple as can be with confirmation via email and text message immediately.The day of my appointment (for a full detail) I was able to easily find the wash location. It was surprisingly clean for a car wash, and the bay where the cars are done was heated which was nice. The technician took the time to walk around my car and ask if there was anything I wanted them to focus on. I was able to leave my car while I worked and come back to get it without any problem.When I returned at the end of the day to get my car I was blown away! I have never seen my seats that clean before, NEVER. The technician used a specific light Ive never seen before to highlight what had been done. I had one mat in particular (driver side) that was really salt stained and beat up due to the Cleveland winters. It looks like its brand new. Every little crack and crevice that was filled with the crumbs of car breakfasts and lunch on-the-go were completely clean. My perpetually foggy windshield was sparkling. I even think the little scratches and dings that I have accumulated over the years looked less noticeable.Upon check out I was given a validation ticket to get out of the garage which I did not expect but appreciated immensely. The entire process from start to finish was just awesome. My car is seriously looking better than ever and I cannot wait to recommend them to others!
