Enjoyed coming here for touch-less washes. But the last 2 times are my last 2 times. I got my vehicle washed last week and noticed hard small white specks on the paint, all over the car.I thought it was because I was one of the first ones there to use the wash that day. Decided to give it another try to see if the wash would remove it. Nope - specks are still there.I will have to get the car professionally detailed and clay barred to remove these specks.

My brand new VW atlas was plastered with spring construction and bugs—the wash was gentle with my new paint and super efficient at cleaning up the exterior. It didn’t leave marks, scuffs, or damage like other car washes have in the past. Super quick and easy!

Came by around 6:30 on a Sunday to wash my car. Theres two places to pull through, but only one was open so I had to wait 30 minutes to pull through. Was satisfied with Lakewood LaserWash-- I got the option without wax and it cost $14. Definitely cheaper options out there, but not too bad.

Vacuums dont work, wasted money on both sides thinking one just didnt work. Nope, both barely had suction.

I got the classic car wash and my car still had spots on the hood and the roof. Wouldn’t recommend

Still had outside of dirt marks on my windshield got the $19 package. Still pretty good though.

Only 1 line was open so took over 30 minutes to get through. The dryer here is static which pretty much means you are going to have water spots. It doesnt move, you move the car through it with a timer. Anyone that uses these laser washes usually wants touchless for a reason. CHeaping out on the drying mechanism really kills my patronage.. because it requires me to wipe off my car for 2 hours.. to get rid of the spots. Alternatively cleaning the filters and/or using distilled rinse may fix this issue but nothing is good as a moving dryer. Update: vacuums are severely underpowered last time I went.

To expensive. I can get same detailing they want 19 for back home for 9. Not enough vaccumes either. When I got home I noticed my car was still dirty and I ended up taking a rag and wiping my car down. Wont lie im disappointed

My first time stopping here & Im not sure what happened. But the water pressure wasnt strong enough, that day, to actually clean or rinse my car. The wax surely was though, as was the drying process. I was disappointed. i was told this place does a really good job. My car was a mess.Update: i did return and told the owner about my prior experience. He was extremely helpful. He was nice enough to give me the top tier wash free of charge. Everthing went well...And my car looked great.I was pleased. And thats how you do business. Thank you!!

First time Ive went there. What I like about it. I dont have to worry about my car getting scratched by the scrubbing it doesnt have that type of equipment. Its a little pricey.

This is my favourite car wash! I am a little odd, and with that, going to the car wash is always so exciting to me. When I was young, it was always this strange and fun experience to go through the car wash watching out the windows as the giant roller move over top of the car, so I always search for this type of wash, not the ones that use higher water pressure to clean it only. This business is exactly what Im looking for when I treat my car to a wash. They also have workers towel drying your car before you leave so you dont have to worry about little water droplet streaks after you leave! It keeps my car happy

This is exactly what you would expect from an automatic car wash that does not touch your car. It gets things pretty clean (but NOT as clean as a car wash that makes contact with your car), and there is zero chance of something scratching your paint. It takes a few times to get the timing of pulling through right - you get a countdown for the drying at the end, and as you go in, you are supposed to go slowly through the water blasting your car from all directions. But invariably, youll go too fast or slow the first couple times through.If you come at a peak time and you can see the line wrapping around back from the street, dont bother getting in line unless you have a LOT of time to kill. And there is no need to purchase the most expensive option unless you are the kind of person who pays the extra $1500 for the extra clear coat when you buy a car.Last tip: go through in a top-down convertible and swim trunks for a super fun time! Just make sure you are prepared for the scalding hot water. Actually, going through in a convertible with the top down and swim trunks is probably a bad idea...but what a fun story youd get out of it!

Spent $19 on a car wash that included “wax” and after said “wax” was squirted onto my Jeep, the wash skipped the last two rinse parts and the dryer turned on.... uh...... so I paid a ton to have fake wax squirted on my car then not washed and rinsed off... and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen technical issues with this place. If they’re charging this much for washes, surely they can make sure the stuff is actually functioning.Avoid this place.. there are better, cheaper washes near by - I’m done going here anyway.

As far as car washes go, pretty standard for a water only drive through wash. My go-to in the area. The biggest reason for five stars is the management. I came in and there was no water. Soap deposited everywhere with no rinse or wash. I contact the establishment to tell them and they responded immediately. A water pump went down and they made up for it! Thank you!

Did not clean my car completely

Quick and easy car wash. Brushless. Has the moving sprayer above and around your car. 2nd best option was $14 which included rain-x. The one above was $18 which just added a hot wax. Car was very clean and stayed clean for awhile after. Only downfall is no towel dry, but theres room to self towel dry and the air dry is long and effective.

Location is just to small to meet the demand. However for the price and results.... Worthwhile! Grace & Peace ✨

I drove around town in search of a car wash that doesn’t touch the car and finally decided to use google and found this wonderful LaserWash. The line was outrageous at the time but everyone knew the wait was worth it. Would Recommend.

The areas to park to get vacuum are not really suitable for SUVs or bigger cars, due to their location relative to the exit from the wash. It is a great way to cause an accident, or be a victim thereof. On many of the visits we had, the vacuum system simply did not work, nor did the actual washing system- no soap! I would not recommend Lakewood Laser Wash until these issues are corrected by management there. In the meantime, simply take your car/truck/SUV further south to WetGo, where theres ample room to clean your vehicle and attendants at the washing port, too.

Excellent, quick wash. $14 for the highest level wash. Unfortunately, it appears that vacuuming is not included and requires change to operate.

If you pull in line and decide the wait isnt worth it, youre stuck. There is no exit but to get the wash. I waited 40 min. I the wash was good but an escape route would be better

Skip this one. Overpriced and not a great wash. Leaves a film of dirt on my car that I can still write in with my finger. Youll get better results around the corner at Madison auto wash.

A little pricey for the Kit N Caboodle

Terrible terrible terrible service how is it that you go to get a $10 use a $20 bill and the dispenser wont give you your change!!!!!!!! Instead it tells you to to go to their website in order to receive your change, like who does that I should have read the reviews before I went there. Now Im extremely upset and will never reccomend anyone to spend their money at this car wash.

Somedays the washes come out great other times im not very pleased with the results. Water doesnt seem like its the best quality

Its a laser wash, what else can I say. Theyve got vacuums outside too. Only 2 bays and no self wash bay is kind of a bummer, but it is what it is.

Terrible. No undercarriage wssh no soap just a spray with water. Ive been to other Laser Washes and this place is way under standards. And who everes idea was it to make the bay non enclosed so everything freezes is a genius.

Wash was not that great spent 14.00$ and it didnt even wash the top of the car still dirty and the dryer didnt even dry it so disappointed.

Zero suction from the vacuum, and my car didnt get clean on the outside. A waste of 12 dollars. Use the self-wash on Detroit and 85th instead, or the Get-Go car wash up the street.

Garbage. Car is still dirty. Sure it rinsed the salt off but I could do that with a hose. Costs a fortune to not clean your car, and the high pressure water really just gets water places it should be...like somehow in my sealed headlights. Go down on Detroit in Lakewood to the Bee Clean.

Terrible car wash I went on a Sunday so it was kind of packed when I finally watched next to drive in I put a $20 bill in the machine for a $13 dollar wash , the machine only gives me $3 change back then says I have to email about the rest of my change ,then the door to the car wash never opened I had to have everybody back up so I could leave . I will never go back to this car wash . It took $17 from me and I couldnt get a car wash and when u emailed they told me I would either have to wait at least a week to get my money back via check or he could give me credits the next morning so either way its goes I was out at a inconvenience and I asked could I get a courtesy wash for the troubles I never got a response

Only one of the two wash areas is ever open. Results in VERY long waits in the evenings. Ive sat for nearly 1.5 hrs once, desperate for a wash. Please address this issue before Im forced to find an alternative location!!
