Dealing with Nationwide was the single worst service experience of my life. They did further damage to my car and refused to refund my money. They attempted to fix what they broke, but couldnt figure out the issue because their technicians are inadequate. This was a process that took over a month and during this time they stopped answering my calls. I wasted hours of my life dealing with this company. Looking at the other reviews it seems like I am not alone in my terrible experience. I vow to never use their services again or recommend this joke of a company to anybody.

I went to this place to drop my car off for an estimate on some needed repairs. I barely got out my car before he started berating me for blocking parking. His attitude was very nasty and he thought he could treat me like a child. I am glad to have dodged a bullet as this man clearly had an attitude and clearly believes everyone and everything is at his disposal. I took my car somewhere else where there was kindness and professionalism and no attitude.

This has been my service center for over a year. Ive had several repairs done on an older model car. The work is done right the first time!The service is top notch the staff are highly knowledgeable and experienced. They dont pressure you to have services done nor do they find necessary repairs.Fair pricing for work done and they offer military discounts on parts.

Brought my car in for a oxygen sensor. Pretty simple job. Well they fd it so bad. Shorted my computer. Kept it for over a week. Lied and tried to tell my a small oil leak far away from the sensor caused it. Didnt fix it. Then had the nerve to call me after keeping it all that time to tell me if I didnt come pay and tow my car ( to shop that knows how to fix things without damage) that they were gonna start charging storage fees. Drive it in tow it out service here. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!. BTW IT COST $1000 TO FOX THEIR MISTAKE.

I had a part replacement issue for Engine / air filter intake hose and James Manager patiently listened to my issue over phone, he told me he will take care of the installation and not worry about appointment. In 20 minutes James and Steve Mechanic replaced the part and engine problem was resolved. Team of James and Steve for excellent service. Above all, I was educated too as I saw how to replace a part. Also to be noted this was a Saturday morning when it is so difficult to get an appointment.

I came for a tune up and to repair my steering and suspension and they did a great job and for a very reasonable price! My car runs smooth with no noises now. James explained what was going on and was very helpful.

I took my car up to this shop I have used it previously for my other cars. Today to get an engine diagnostic which was done I spoke with someone over the phone declined the 2000 price tag. When I went to pick my car up it was on the lift the technician said you oh hes almost done hes doing your alignmentwhich I did not ask for. Then the manager Kelly came in and asked could she help me I told her which car was mine she said oh hes doing your serpentine belt which I did not ask for. The technician mixed up the cars. Im not sure what happened to the people that were there previously but I definitely will not return . To clarify I am not exactly sure sure what was done to my vehicle. They say they put the original pats back on but how do I know they couldnt keep the cars Organized. I will be reporting to the bbb

They did a great job and James was the best manager and service there and on time for sure really organized as well I love this place I will be going back for future repairs with them and I recommend anyone that will come to this shop will be satisfied with a smile on there face at the end of the day and great prices for the repairs no one will go wrong I promise everyone that.

These guys are really nice here. This is my third time going to them. I had my son take his car into them as well and each of these times they explained in detail what was going on with my car and they were very courteous and knowledgeable. They explained in detail what the car would need and provided a print out for the vehicle. I love the feel and customer service of the mom and pop auto shop. I was so lucky to find this place. My car needed major repair. They were very clear about everything the car needed and estimate time of repair. The price was comparable to other places but they were so clear about everything that I decided to go with them. Used original parts to fix it. That car has a new life.

Best Place to get your vehicle fixed. My engine went in my truck and Jerry found me a new engine for only $1200. The best garage i have found. They take care of there customers. They are friendly and they are fair on the prices. Also they do a great job. Definitely going back anytime my car needs fixed.

Let me say I am definitely not a car person. I went in to this location for a couple issues my car was giving me. Talked to a great guy named Brad. He really made me feel comfortable with the company and the work they would do for me on my car. I got what I needed fixed quickly and was on my way. Highly recommend this place. I have an older car and have been using Nationwide Car Care Center in Fairview Park for repairs for about a year now. They have consistently done a great job in a timely manner at a reasonable price especially when compared to the prices at the dealerships and larger franchise car repair facilities. Could not be happier with my experience at this shop.

They do pretty good work and charge a fair price. However, they over-tightened the bolts on my tires when they put new tires on. I recently hit a pot hole and had to have the car towed because I couldnt get two of the bolts off and stripped my tire iron in the process. Nationwide would not cover the tow, even to their facility to fix it. Ill use them in the future, just not for this repair.

Had 2 tires installed, when I went to pick it up , it was leaking brake fluid very quickly. I had no brakes. they claimed no responsibility. All 4 employees claimed not to have changed the tires. total scam. you can only post on this site if you put up at least one star, they deserve no star. thus the 3.6 rating is a scam in it self. should be 2.6

A Company that doesnt Care -- Do not trust this business. They are not trustworthy, nor are they operating their business with integrity. Nearly 12 months ago, we trusted them to make a repair to a fuel line sensor in our Toyata Rav4. The Toyota Rav4 had been in their care multiple times before we entrusted them with the fuel line repair. The manager, James, assured us their business could make this repair. I provided a diagnostic report which indicated which fuel line was faulty. Nationwide Car Care made the repair, but to the incorrect fuel line sensor.In this way, we paid for replacement of a fuel line sensor which did not need to be replaced. The manager, James, admitted the mistake, and we then agreed to have them repair the correct fuel line sensor. I regret this decision. Within 10 days of the 2nd fuel line sensor repair, the Rav4 overheated while traveling on I 480. The long and the short of this cautionary tale is this: while making the repair to the 2nd fuel line sensor, the Nationwide Car Care technician (Jake) compromised a radiator hose on our vehicle while working on the fuel sensor. Jake neither informed his manager (James) or communicated with us, the customer, that he compromised our radiator hose of our vehicle. Rather, Jake tried to cover up the mistake. He put some type of epoxy on the rubber radiator hose and placed a new clamp on the hose. After the car overheated, a local dealership looked at the car. The dealership found the inadequately repaired radiator hose and determined this ultimately caused engine failure. Recommendation: complete new engine. When questioned, Jake (the Nationwide Car Cares technician) admitted that he compromised the radiator hose. We have it in writing from the General Manager of the Company that their technician made the unauthorized and ultimately inadequate radiator hose repair to our vehicle which we believe led directly to the engine failure. See pictures of the compromised radiator hose and Nationwide Car Cares unauthorized repair. If we had been informed that the radiator hose had been compromised, we gladly would have paid for a new hose to be installed.We, as the customer, were not informed. We are left with a Rav4 with blown head gaskets in need of a new engine. Nationwide Car Care has yet to do the right thing by making reasonable settlement. Do not trust this business. Their lack of integrity has caused significant damage.

They advertise a $17.95 oil change on the banner in front of the shop, yet when I picked it up, they charged $19.95. When I told them the banner said $17.95, the unfriendly guy at the desk said nope, its $19.95. Then said there was an additional $3.00 diposal fee and another $2.07 for shop supplies. I asked what shop supplies were needed and his response was for the towels they used to wipe up the oil (which they didnt use apparently, because both fenders, hood and steering wheel were covered with greasy hand marks)!! So after a 40 minute wait (mine was the only car in the bays) my $17.95 oil changed ended up, after tax and fees to be $27.02! Go to Lube Stop, youll pay the same and youll get it done 30 minutes faster!! Check out the Better Business Bureau website.

I took my husbands car there for a second opinion and got the break job done there. They were 300$ less then the place i had been going to. And instead of take days to fix it, it was done in 1. My vans starter decided to crap out on me, they walked over to where i was and was able to get it started so i could drive a deiveway over and get it fixed. Again it was done in about an hour. These guys are beyond great. And charge less and wont say more is wrong that what it is.Thanks guys for the wonderful service that i have received!!!!

Ive used Nationwide many times, however recently decided to get a 2nd opinion on their estimate. I was quoted by Nationwide for $800 and it ended up only costing $150 at another place. Now I refuse to go to Nationwide and wonder how much money I have wasted in the past.

Nationwide Car Care Center in Fairview Park robbed me of several hundred dollars. I took my car in for a vibrating steering wheel and had the struts replaced. The new struts were duds, which they replaced for free on my second trip. Then, the steering wheel began to vibrate again. I brought my car back a third time and was told it just needed balanced. By the time I had driven five hours with this repair the car was vibrating, bouncing wildly and in far worse condition than when I brought it in originally.I took the car to a different mechanic who informed me that he had no idea where these parts had come from.Nationwide offered to fix the car again, but I was not willing to trust them a fourth time. I was told that if I chose to get my car fixed elsewhere I could bring the parts back and be refunded for the parts and work.I ended up taking my car elsewhere and paying over $1000 to have Nationwides work repaired.I went in today to return my parts. They took my struts, gave me a receipt for $0 and was told they would try to submit them for a refund. When I found this unacceptable, I was interrupted, yelled at, talked over, refused my refund and told to leave.

I asked them not to rotate my tire I didnt have time. I wanted an oil change I get called in two the shop and told the brakes I just put on are bad and the stablizer bars cracked I wont be back took it to my normal guy itall good

On 4/12/17. My father, uncle and myself went up to nationwide to have them seal a rim for us. The gentleman told me itll be $25. 5 mins later he comes back out and say its all done. So I ask what he did because I wanted to know why I was paying $25. Thats when the employee showed his true racist self. He went off the handle threatening my life calling me a sharmoota (Arabic word for female dog) told me hed call the police on me if I didnt leave. Then proceeded to tell me to meet him outside the shop at 6 pm to handle it like men. If I ever had an employee speaking to my customers in this manner. He wouldnt last a shift in my establishment. Its very pathetic, Ive been in Fairview for 26 years. And this is the first time anyone has disrespected me or my family in this way. Unreal.

Horrible experience at Maple Heights location. Quoted one price but charged another for oil change. They said my car required synthetic oil. I looked at previous invoices from dealer and they showed two out of three times, dealer used regular oil and synthetic once, so I am still not certain. But Nationwide claims to rotate tires, inspect everything, top off fluids, etc. with oil change. In actuality, they did nothing but change the oil which took an hour. Waiting room was extremely cold, dirty, and fumes from the bays were coming in pretty strong. Would NOT recommend nor will we ever return.

POOR REPAIRS THAT DONT last. I have had a decent amount of work done at this shop. I believe they use cheap parts and do not always do the job right. I had front axles put on at this shop because of bad cv joints. The right one broke during the mechanic test driving it. They replaced it with the same part. It broke again later that week. I had to have the car towed back (was not reimbursed). They replaced it with a different axle (this time they said of hardened steel?). They only replaced one with the upgraded part and said the other could not break because of the way it it into the transmission. A year later they are both clicking and going bad again. The first major job I had done here were complete rear brakes. The brakes squeaked for weeks which they assured me was normal. Finally they agreed to take a look at it and said that there was a metal bracket that needed to be bent and broken off of the calipers which was causing the squeaking. This made me wonder if the parts were right in the first place. A year later i needed new calipers and they were not under warranty. My father had brakes done on a foreign car at this shop. They tried to force american fitting into a metric. Had to take the car elsewhere to have the repair done right.

I went in to nationwide for a loud noise in my front end after another shop gave me a estimate for 850.00 nationwide quoted me 230.00 and fixed my problem its been running great. thanks steve and ron for great service.

I am glad I came here, they saved me 250 dollars. I was told by another shop my wheel was locking up because of bad brake calipers, it turned out all I needed was a 50.00 hose. Thanks Nationwide for being one of the HONEST shops out there. I will be back when I need future repairs!

If I could give zero I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They never rotated my tires with my oil change and ruined the whole set of Yokohama tires and didnt notate my visits correctly so there is no proof. Manager is rude and very unprofessional. I repeat DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR!!

Take your car anywhere else!!! There is tweekers working here that messed up my car! Took it there and the put a new engine in my car twice and it still wont run! They left grease all over the inside of my car and had the nerve 2 say I brought it to them like this! Take your car anywhere else!!!
