I have a mercedes so its very difficult to find good mechanics to work with for a reasonable price. They were able to get the part from the dealer and put it in that night. I came to A to Z with a broken lower ball joint and axle. I was quoted almost $900 by the dealership and A to Z gave me a quick and affordable repair. Only $500 and a day later, my car is back on the road, feeling fully fixed!

My 2018 BMW 330i started leaking coolant and left my on the side of the road multiple times in one day. The next day I made an appointment after searching “Best car shops in Lakewood, OH” and A to Z Auto Car did not disappoint.I handed Adam my keys and within an hour and a half called me back with nothing but good news. Not only did he identify the problem accurately (oil cooler housing), but he also managed to save me $1300 on repairs by calling his connects at the BMW dealership!!I’m forever grateful for Adam for the amazing job that he did. I’ll definitely be back for more minor things like alignments and oil change because now I know, and can trust, that they’ll take care of me well.

The environment wasnt very professional. The owner used profane language in front of me and disparaged a woman actor on the TV while I was waiting for him to finish another deal so he could get to me. After I got my vehicle back, there were noises. Id had the brakes replaced so I assumed they were wearing in. Im not a car guy so I didnt know if this was to be expected. Later I had more noises coming from the back brakes. So I looked and saw the pad was completely worn down. They only replaced 3... So I took it to another dealer to get that fixed. They found that the other rear brake was installed correctly. So that needed fixed and they fixed the pad and rotor that hasnt been replaced.Now I wonder what other stuff is messed up in my car due to this company. Its bargain bottom pricing and thats why I went with them. My bill was around 1700, but thats a lot less than the 2500, Ford quoted me. Now I wish Id just gone with the Ford dealership because I can trust them.Dont go to this company. It is likely to end poorly.

I had a retired Teacher refer me to A to Z. Willie gave me an A to Z Auto care card because he heard me discussing how i was worried about taking my jeep to a shop. I was in dire need for repairs. I took my 2007 Jeep Commander to Tommys, A to Z Auto Care Shop. They handled the situation with my Jeep and got me in quickly. Tommy was very honest and the price that was quoted was better than 3 places I got quotes from. I felt I was treated well and I was offered a ride to where I needed to be and picked up to get my jeep back. I rely on my vehicle and they took care of me to make sure I was happy. I had my brakes fixed at this shop last year, and they did a great job for a great price, but my most recent experience is what makes them really stand out. My car died and I got a jump, and took it to AutoZone and they thought it was my alternator, not my battery. It happened the night before I had to fly to Seattle at 6 am the next day. I called up A to Z, and Tommy told me to have my car towed there and he would take care of it. You can imagine how stressful it is going clear across the country, not knowing what kind of repairs need done to your car. Not only did he fix it in a day (just a new battery), but he let me keep my car there until I for back into town. Fast forward to the day I need to pick it up, and I go to drive it, and my transmission light came on, and I ended up being stranded on the side of the road. Tommy sent his mechanic, Mike to come get me, and then, while they looked at it, he drove me to the gym so I didnt have to wait to get errands ran and such. Tommy even offered me to drive his car if I needed so I wouldnt be in a pinch while they figured out what was wrong. Turns out, it was a minor repair, and they didnt charge me anymore than I originally paid. Great customer service, and Tommy has a great personality to boot. Go see them whenever you need an honest opinion and work done quickly! Great place!

Great experience with A to Z Auto Care this past week. The best part about them is that they are honest, which is a dying breed in todays auto care world. I had a crack in my transmission and they straight up told me they werent the place to fix a problem this big - I was barely charged anything for a full diagnosis from multiple mechanics (who were also great and professional), plus they added transmission fluid and kept it for over a week so I could still drive it to a dealership. The woman I dealt with in the garage was also very nice, so I will definitely be using them for future service.

Absolutely the BEST auto repair shop Ive used in YEARS! Tommy and Miguel are really stand-up guys: very personable and good natured, attentive, HONEST and genuinely concerned to your needs. I was a walk-in, in desperate need of having my dead car running again. After explaining my problem, Miguel immediately came with me to my car, gave it a jump, diagnosed the problem, and I drove it directly into A to Z Auto Repair. I needed a new alternator. After LESS than 3 hours I get a phone call your car is ready. Talk about service! And at a very reasonable price. (Miguel even repaired my broken hood latch, gratis). Ill never go anywhere else!! A to Z did a great job replacing my battery. They installed the battery (labor, materials, and tax) for less money than the battery by itself from AutoZone (which they wouldnt install). If that wasnt enough, the entire job was done in less than 30 minutes and right before closing. So they were cheaper and faster and friendly too.
