Absolutely wonderful people Mike and Bill both are true Christian people. And I couldnt have asked for more friendlier people and any better service. They really impressed me when they had a small prayer service before they began working it was something that you would never have expected but it shows you the kind of people that they truly are. God has lead me to the right people that did a fabolous job and I thank them both from the bottom of my heart they got my window fixed in my Jeep and yes I highly recommend them both to anyone and I will be using them again in the future to come thank you again and May God Bless you Both

Last Thursday my air stopped working. Normally Id take time even though it couldnt have happened at the worst heated time of year but for the sake of our grandchildrens discomforts, we acted on to have it fixed the first chance we got. Made an appointment at 3:00 pm at one of the biggest dealership in Cleveland, when my husband got there, service people werent expecting him at 3:00Sent him away with a new appointment. After calling multiple Auto repair places in Cleveland, Auto Zone suggested to try OK TIRES.We were pleasantly surprised they even considered looking at our van at almost closing time. And fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost.This people know how to treat people with respect and care with sincerest kindness even though they were very close to closing time, yet they took the time and looked at our van.Ok tires have now undeterred customers for life from us.Thank you, OK TIRES, YOU ARE A CHAMPION IN YOUR FIELD OF BUSINESS. If your business is established in a ditch somewhere Id still take our vehicles to you for anything you can do for them. We were able to continue our vacation thanks to Mike the mechanic at OK tire...great service.

They started the morning with a prayer. They showed me when They plugged the computer in to check the car. They showed me where my spark plug wires were arching and the bad wire . They promptly replaced the spark plug wires and spark plugs. Communication was wonderful . I feel that they were very honest and did a great job.

These people are awesome I highly recommend them. They are honest and they have the best deals in town.

The guy that runs this business is great. He dresses very nice and is always looking clean cut. He looks more like someone on the cover of GQ than a mechanic, but dont let that fool you, because he knows his stuff. As an idea of the mentality of the business, I asked him for help one day and he promptly and politely cut the zip ties that secured a new bicycle lock cable purchased at the local Walmart (Wally World) to the packaging. A simple act of human kindness and respect goes a long way. Thanks owner, you are appreciated! :)
