Tuesday 6/30/2021 I heard about this place from a gentleman from the church I work at and as I have been ripped off in the past I was very skeptical of the process. After talking to Russ several times Tuesday and him offering to help walk me through the process, I decided to bid on the steamers I had been told about. Russ was a God send to me and went over and beyond to help me. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the customer service I have received since then has been awesome. In todays world its not easy to find businesses that are so helpful and caring. I highly recommend Auction Factory to anyone. Even the delivery went super smooth and the driver was extremely kind as well. I will be doing business again with this company and will highly recommend them to my friends. Only thing better than the deals on legit auctions items (I’m a repeat customer: restaurant supplies, gym equipment, and patio furniture) is the customer service. Texas and Ohio locations in particular. Will load up everything for you safely and quickly or can get it shipped cross country to you faster than you’d expect.

Great restaurant equipment auction site. Russ will do what he can for you. Delivery is reasonably priced and equipment and other items are in good to excellent condition. If you need some restaurant equipment go here first. Location is in Cleveland so you could go there to view items or pick them up yourself.

This place is the best for getting your equipment. I have been bidding on this site since they opened, and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the equipment they sell. Auction Factory has several different auction items, anything from mop heads to the kitchen sink. lol. They have best prices in town. Auction Factory has my items together waiting for me and the guys all put the items into my vehicle, very organized. From the owner to the workers they are all very helpful and professional. I was skeptical to bid on an Air Curtain Merchandiser since it was such a big ticket item, but he reassured me it was in top-notch shape and we would be very happy with it. Recently received our first shipment of commercial kitchen equipment that was purchased sight unseen and we were very pleased! The items were well photographed and the condition ratings were accurate so there were no surprises. We have subsequently purchased more equipment from this site, literally saving thousands overall, in addition to being able to purchase equipment with features far above what our budget would normally allow. Russ was patient and always available to answer my many questions before bidding and his office assistants followed up the sale with pleasant and professional attitudes. Shipping was reasonable for the distance and the delivery driver was great too! Highly recommend!

I have been helping my daughter on one of her projects. I am basically a technical advisor as well as a set of hands. I also do not recommend a company on the first visit. I have been to Auction Factory at least 4 times. i definitely rate this establishment 5 STARS. Russell, the President walked us around and asked my daughter about her project. He was most helpful with advice and what types of equipment to bid on. When we went back on subsequent trips, he addressed us by name and asked us how the project was going. Both he and Melissa are always so friendly and helpful. The equipment at auction is always of best quality and Russell always has the knowledge and experience regarding each piece of equipment. When it comes to loading at pick up, the employees are helpful, experienced, and friendly. This company and their employees treat us like family and friends. Early on, we had used a few other auction providers and were disappointed. I cant say enough good things and rate them at 5 STARS.

Russ was super helpful and offered to deliver my wining bid for a very reasonable rate. The delivery driver Hank was more than willing to help unload a 900 lbs machine. I wish more businesses operated at efficiently as this one.

I should do 4 five star reviews. I could not do my business without Russ and his crew. The items for auction have been super clean and in great condition. We have bought large items and boxes of small stuff. All impeccable. And the customer service is beyond great. I can be a little difficult (according to my hubby) and ask alot of questions and they happily take care of my concerns quite easily. His descriptions are right on and very accurate. Auction Factory of Ohio is my go to place for everything we use. We need something... we literally wait till they have it up for auction.

I just recently visited the Auction Factory Warehouse in Cleveland Ohio and was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well run this establishment was.I was not only greeted in a timely manner but also given a tour of the facility and its contents. The quality of the merchandise up for auction is amazing and in great condition. Russell was helpful beyond belief! I will be doing all my business with Auction Factory.

Purchased an arcade cabinet in an auction the other day. Gave them a call before the auction ended to ask some questions about pick up, storage, and delivery. Everyone I talked to including the president of the company was incredibly kind and helpful. They were able to quote me delivery right over the phone for a very reasonable rate (I live ~2.5 hours away from the warehouse). After winning the auction, I spoke to them again to arrange the delivery and again everyone was great to deal with. I asked if the driver could give me a call about 30 min before so I could run from home work, and he did just that, probably arrived within a minute of when he said he would. Everything was strapped in securely, and their truck had a lift gate which made unloading the cabinet easy. The driver was very helpful, backed the truck right into my (relatively tight) driveway, helped unload, hooked up the cabinets, and showed me some basic functions. Everything is working well!The only thing that caught me off guard a bit (as someone only used to auctions on eBay) was that the auctions do not end right at the scheduled time if last minute bids are made -- about 3-4 minutes are added. This made the last few minutes of the auction pretty stressful! Not a knock on the company, just something that surprised me and figured would be useful knowledge for anyone else reading this and thinking of bidding.Also do note the terms before buying, there is likely tax and an additional fee on top of the price you bid (but this is all clearly stated on the website, and I made sure to read over everything before so this was not a surprise).Certainly would buy from again!

Great bargains, limited time bidding, quick paced auction. Everything I have bought so far has been spot on with what I thought I was purchasing. Some of the items were still like new. They loaded my car for me both times too.

This company is not reliable and will straight up rip you off. They post picture that are not entirely accurate. Then when you call to about the obvious and significant damage they try and say well you should have come to the warehouse!! They messed my delivery up twice and tried making ME pay for it again! If you cant trust the pictures the risk isnt worth the headache when dealing with big ticket items.

I have to say, Ive never been so happy to write a positive review of another business before. Auction Factory did right by us for several reasons:First of all, the searching, bidding and payment processes were all very straightforward and user-friendly.Second, the equipment that we purchased was high quality and very well taken care of. We got it at a great price and Auction Factory helped us figure out the best ways to save even more money on storage, packing, shipping, etc. without anything to gain.Finally, I have to call out Russ on his extreme dedication and service. We were scheduled to come from Milwaukee to pick up our equipment in Cleveland when we got stuck in a snow storm (literally stuck) and were not going to be able to make it. Russ worked with us to reschedule our pickup and this was after loading it on a truck to meet us in Toledo as a backup plan. Although we had to call that plan off, Russ went above and beyond to square everything up with us with amazingly quick turnaround and maximum flexibility and accommodation. Seriously top-notch.10 out of 10 - Would go with Auction Factory (and Russ) again at any time.

Bought a slot machine from the auction .. went to pick it up (400 miles rt away from me ) and it wasnt there.. they wanted me to take a different one that I never heard of. Said another customer took mine .. ironically the other costomer bought several other that were not even on the auction.. offered to take discount off of the leftover machine .. then they quit responding .. never even offered to reimburse for my wasted time or trip. I believe they had sold it to the other person over my bid price because the bid for his went higher ... I wouldnt feel comfortable dealing with them again. Will be filling with BBB

This place is absolutely awesome. I bought a quality treadmill at an unbelievable price. The customer service is what really separates this place from the competition. Their delivery team came to my house to drop off the treadmill. After disassembling the entire machine to get it into my basement, it would just not fit. They had to pull it back out of my house and put it in the garage, and then they put the entire thing back together without even a moan or groan. Buy from here with confidence!

Quality products that are being sold as represented. Purchased a two door refrigerator, and I was not able to pick up the product until a week after the pick up date. The owner was patient/kind enough to store the fridge at no additional cost until I was able to come pick it up.

We discovered The Auction Factory with a random google search. Once we viewed the upcoming auctions in Cleveland, we decided we’d like to view the items in person. We talked to Russ, owner of The Auction Factory, prior to driving to the preview because we were uncertain how the entire process worked. When we arrived, Russ was beyond helpful, he showed us around and allowed us to thoroughly inspect everything we intended to bid on. His workers were setting up an upcoming auction and Russ told us we were welcome to go ahead and check out what that auction had. Not only was Russ very friendly and helpful, his guys were as well. As I weaved and bobbed my way around them as they were trying to organize and set up this other auction, they offered to help me see things that were out of reach!Before we left, Russ sat us down in his office and showed us in depth how the online auction works! Come auction day, tad ahhh, we did win the bid on the main thing we wanted from this auction! Today, we just left from picking up all of the items we bid on and won! When we arrived, Russ was right there gathering up all of our new finds! He forklifted the heavy equipment right into our box truck and helped us load everything!
