First of all, I would like to say I have gotten some nice things. But you will most likely get burnt than anything. I got a vacuum here, ($15 less than brand new) it came with TRASH IN THE VACUUM. I thought okay well I’ll just dump it out, well it’s broken at the bottom so as I went to throw the trash away it dumped all over my living room. I’m so disgusted. It was described as “like new”. I also got a eureka that’s super dirty I just left it in the box because I’m scared to figure what’s wrong with that one.I got 2 different curtain rods, one there was just one part to it, so it’s missing the other. And the other the big diamond at the end was broken off.And last but not least, I have a carpet cleaner that won’t even turn on. I’m beyond disappointed.Probably won’t ever purchase from here again.

This week I went to pick up my winning bids from Stow (approx 3 items), I waited for about 17 minutes as people came and went...finally when the place cleared out they brought my order up. Same deal with Brookpark this week there was nobody there when I arrived people came and went and after more than 20 minutes I finally asked where is my order? All 6 employees where nose deep in their cell phones the entire time. After I asked it took about 3 more minutes until one of them got off their phone and pulled my order. Their attitudes are sour.The customer service has gone downhill in recent months. Ive been buying from them since the beginning and anymore now its mostly broken and damaged stuff, they hide the damage or dont show it in the limited often 1 picture you get to see. Sometimes its just a picture of a cardboard box. Its a mystery anymore what you maybe bidding on. If you want to return something forget it. They dont want to hear about returns. If the item is marked used dont bid on it. Its almost guaranteed to be busted up or missing parts! Its a huge disappointment to see the company become a shady auction place passing of broken items that really should just be thrown in the dumpster. Their excuse, we dont check items...Not good.

Make sure you pick up your stuff within 7 days. I have gotten many many things from here at extremely reduced costs.

Sadly, after auctioning with them for 2 years, this last item I purchased will probably be my last. Since the pandemic we were no longer able to inspect the item. I bid on a barbell that was describe like new. They only provide one picture which was a box of the item was in. After winning the auction. I picked it up, took it home and open it to find that the barbell was damage and missing parts. Unfortunately they were not able to refund it. I think providing more pictures of the item will help people determine if it’s worth taking the risk. Now it’s basically a mystery every time you bid on an item that says “like new”

They deserve the five stars but I really dont want anyone else bidding against me. The staff is always friendly.

This is an amazing place. I have won so many items at 50% or more off the original price. Some things have minor damage, but a lot is just packaging damage! Definitely worth checking out and seeing if you can win a few items! Staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking.

The young adults who work there are always very nice and willing to help you load your items (I always tip them even though they dont expect it) -Jessica in the Stow warehouse is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and always so friendly she even let me know this company has an appliance store that isn’t an auction site but a walk in storefront that has all its inventory online. 👍🏻👍🏻

My dad has been going here since they first started. I was always skeptical, I truly was. Didn’t really buy into it.Last weekend my washer broke. Filled my laundry room with smoke. After a few attempts to see what’s wrong and fix it myself, no luck.I needed a washer, bad. So I called my dad and he told me to go to them. I was still hesitant and almost purchased one at Best Buy. Thank goodness I didn’t.I came to their location and WOW. It was extremely well organized and I was blown away by how many options they had. Washers, dryers, sets, ovens, ranges, vents, freezers, fridges. All high end, brand name, for HALF PRICE.Needless to say, that same day I ended up leaving with a like new LG washer, still had plastic on it and was bolted for transport mode. It works flawlessly and I paid less than HALF of what they sell for brand new online. Extremely happy and will not be shopping anywhere else for any household items!

I bought 5-6 bigger items at this auction place. Most of them were flawless, and I went to preview some of them which helped me decide to bid or not.Few of them I did not go to preview. Last one, a horizontal shed, was flawless. All pieces and parts were in. I also purchased 2 pop-up canopies, bot were damaged, but it was my fault for not going on the preview. One, I actually sold for more than what I paid (Damage was disclosed) and the second one I will try to fix.What Im trying to say, it is not their fault if you get something that is damaged or missing parts, you have a chance to go and check the item before bidding. It is worth the savings if you go.The people working there are very helpful and they will help you with questions if you have them and they will help you load the purchased item in your vehicle. I purchased few items and I will purchase more.Thanks OLA!!!

Recommend going there and inspecting anything your going to bid on, Most of what they offer are things other people returned for a reason. Great deals can be had if you dont mind imperfections, dents, scratches and possible missing parts. Definitely worth a trip there to check it out, they also have a cash and carry showroom with some great deals. UPDATE : They say the true test of a company is how they handle customer issues, well I had a minor problem with a purchase when I discussed it with one of the girls she said well handle it. by the time I got home I had an email that I received a full refund, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. This is a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction.

Wish I had only known about this company before purchasing much of everything I own. Computer chairs selling for fraction of what I would be used to paying online. I have to say with such great deals there is a risk factor, thats a reason why I always preview before buying. Not too picky about a screw or nut missing because those I can always pick up at a local hardware store if Im getting a deal. I have been a bidder for the last 4-5 months. I have scored some great deals here but as ALL of these auctions you need to go and look at the items listed. I have been to both locations (the old and the new address) and have always been welcome to look at and open any of the items for sale. Granted...if you go to a store and buy an item for full price you have the option to take it back for a full refund but who wants to pay full price if you can get things at a fraction of the cost. Several of the items that I have purchased have been like new with the box looking like it may have been damaged. I even bought one expensive pump that looked new but the motor was fried...I guess I should have looked more closely... Other items you purchase may have a missing part or have a scratch or two. If you see something at the auction during a review you can let the staff know that there is an issue with the item and they will make a note on the auction site to update the listing with that information. Great chance to get Almost New items at 20%-90% off retail. THIS IS NOT A RETAIL STORE..IT IS AN AUCTION HOUSE... You get what you purchase.

My boyfriend recently purchased a few things here. He got a glass shower enclosure that was in excellent shape. He also got a dry wall lift, but upon bringing it home and opening the box, found that there were ramps in the box. He knew he should have looked in the box before taking it home, but the guys were extremely understanding when he asked if anything could be done. They took really good care of him and were professional and kind. We will be returning!

This place is pretty cool. They have a resale shop in the front and an auction warehouse in the back. You can go preview the auction items on the days they are open. Then bid on the items on their mobile app. Ive won a number of items and havent been disappointed yet. You really need to preview and also thoroughly read the item descriptions. And as long as you pay attention youll find some really good deals

I highly recommend this seller. My item was in excellent condition and I got it for a great price. Pickup was quick and easy, they even brought everything out to my car. I will be purchasing from then again. I do recommend showing up to the preview to verify that the item matches the description.

BAIT & SWITCH!!! BEWARE!!! They lie and poat wrong items that retail high then baut & switch. Last couple items I bought (I dont buy frequently, maybe 1 item per month) have been incorrectly posted. 1: bought a cedar swingset with twirly slide and rock climbing wall, etc. was posted with photo and item number, poated complete set retail about $2500. Paid about $500 but when i picked it up it was a different make and model that retailed for less than $500 and only contained 2 of 3 boxes. 2: Bought Condition 1 #818 shotgun / rifle case retails for $240. photos of long gun case shown. Paid $25 but when picked it up it was a pistol case that retails for $35 wrong description.

Ive always enjoyed the auction. Good deals to be had. You need to put in some leg work but I am happy usually thrilled about 85 percent of the time.

Be careful! I bought 2 things that had pictures of the items which conveniently left out severely damaged areas. If the damage had been in the picture I never would have purchased the items! Completely broken picture frame and luggage with a hole in the hard outer case. Buyer beware!

Have picked up several great bargains and employees are most helpful. They have preview days folks. If you picked up an item that was damaged or not up to your standards you only have yourself to blame. Wife and I inspect everything, taking items out of boxes if needed. Sure there are issues with damage periodically. That is why the stuff sells for pennies on the dollar. Go figure. If you cant preview it, dont bid. Its pretty simple.

Online liquidation auctions claims that some of their items may be defective. The more honest statement should be that all of the items they sell are defective in some way. So you must go look at the item to see what part of the item is broken, missing parts or even heavily used already. This is really strange because they seem to sell all of Amazons broken new returns. So if you have a pair of shoes that you have worn for a year send them back to Amazon so they can resell it to Online Auctions. Then Online Auctions can gain the opportunity to rip someone off and make a buck. Better yet just go buy a couple lottery tickets. When you win, go buy yourself a new pair of shoes and avoid dealing with trash dealing types like Online Auctions.

Paid $100 for what was supposed to be a 12x6 soccer net ($150 value) and the actual net is 8x5. Items box was in another brown sealed box, didnt think there would be any issues. Also picked up a printer that seemed fine, opened the lid and the scanner glass is shattered.

I mean honestly, I can say I don’t need 75% of the stuff I bid/buy from OLA but my god this place is sooooo sweet. They are not only very personable but very understanding when emailing them. People neglect to understand that if they aren’t going to be in town on the date they state to be present to pick up your items, you simply only have to let them know. They will hold your items for up to a week no questions asked. This is literally one of the most brilliant operations I’ve had the pleasure to work with and look forward to them taking my money every week 😂 because seriously, where else can I get awesome name brand stuff like this at such a great price. I go INSPECT the items and then some JagOff goes through the box AFTER I got pictures and INSPECTED it and the people who RAPE the boxes by CUTTING THEM OPEN ,PULLING EVERYTHING OUT onto the floor do NOT ALWAYS PUT THE STUFF BACK IN THE NOW RIPPED OPEN BOX and I have bought items that HAD all the parts when I was there in person but now are MISSING parts,hardware kits,etc. The people at the auction site SHOULD N-O-T let these people RIP OPEN ALL THE BOXES AND POUR OUT THE CONTENTS ONTO THE FLOOR !!! I have WATCHED some of the REGULAR VULTURES do THIS and some just put the stuff in a PILE next to the box if it will not fit back into the NOW DESTROYED box. PARASITES...STOP RIPPING BOXES OPEN AND HIDING PARTS TO DISCOURAGE OTHERS FROM BIDDING ! That is the worst part....when you DRIVE there to INSPECT it and it is in a FACTORY SEALED BOX and you BID with confidence and WIn then go pick up that item and the box is CUT down the side and MAJOR PARTS and HARDWARE is NOW MISSING. The box was FACTORY SEALED....WHY WOULD SOME IDIOT RANSACK THE SEALED BOX?? Happened a FEW times to me . The last tip is DO NOT BELIEVE THE M.S.R.P. price the auction people put in the ad ! RESEARCH THE ACTUAL SELLING PRICE YOURSELF ON GOOGLE !!! They will post MSRP is $475.00 and you look on AMAZON and they may post the MSRP at $475.00 but the ACTUAL SELLING PRICE ON AMAZON COULD BE $275.00 !!!!!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON ACTUAL VALUE AND ACTUAL SELLING PRICES via GOOGLE OR AMAZON.

You can vet some goox dealz but buyer beware. If you are not able to go to the preview you dont know what your getting. I bouvbt 7 items at auction. The big ticket item is miszinv so many parts it waz a wasre of money. A deck storage box I bought is functional but significantly damaged. An office mat for under my chair is cracked. I have not opened the other 4 items yet.
