DO NOT USE THIS PLACE -- THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHOW UP.We had called them two weeks ago. They came over the next day, and told me that they had to order a part and that they were coming back Thursday.They cancelled Thursday never called, when I reached out the contractor said that he got too busy. Friday no phone call, no show. I reached out and he said he would be there Monday. This pattern continued until Wednesday. He finally showed up to repair our oven. He walked in our house and said he lost the part and cant fix it today. He promised he would be there Thursday morning between 8 and 9. Never showed, I called the company they put me on a threeway call with the contractor. He then told me the part wasnt coming in until Friday afternoon so he wouldnt be able to come back until the following Monday. I hung up the phone and spoke to management privately. I told them I havent had an oven in 2 weeks and I really need to get this fixed. This is ridiculous, I need my oven. The manager said, Why didnt you tell the contractor my oven isnt working... I told them that he was there to fix my oven he knows my oven isnt working hence why I called you and that it isnt my job to manage your employees. They were awful to deal with, never use them.

Very satisfied with the service provided. Last minute call out but John was prompt with everything, had parts on him and overall a 5 star service provided.

I sent an inquiry through their website. They never responded. Luckily I found someone else who responded immediately and fixed my fridge in a timely manner. It was not Valley View Appliance

Had an issue with my oven. Called that afternoon and had it repaired couple of hours later. Good knowledge and very competent. 5 stars. Would recommend.

From where they are located, which is a blink from GH. They dont service this area and after telling a neighbor about it, he said he was told theres a certain reason they dont. Yeah, I kinda figured that out once they immediately heard from my voice on the phone. At least put it on your website that you only service certain residence.

This is a call center out of the country that you are calling. They do not service certain areas and its the same guy that answered Bedford appliance repair and Valley View appliance repair and Warrensville Heights appliance repair and probably many other.

They made everything easy for me from booking a tech to the end! This team was amazing. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all, honest. I LOVE this people! Will absolutely recommend!

I used their service yesterday for my oven and ventilation. Very efficient! They arrived morning and finished before noon. Fair costs. I will always use this company from now on.

They fixed my dishwasher which was showing multiple errors. Repair took around 2 hours. I’m extremely satisfied with the repair and service.

I called to schedule an appointment, was immediately charged $75 once an appointment was made. They called one hour after my scheduled time for arrival to tell me the tech was off for the next week. This call didn’t come until after 12pm when all other repair services close on Saturday, not to mention it is a holiday week. Really bad business and terrible way to operate. I will certainly never refer this company, and will in fact do exactly the opposite.

This company is not in valley view it is headquartered in Arizona. The person I spoke to from the company was located in Central America. Also address given for the company is actually Lock keepers restaurant. They also require a credit card number before they even come out to service your appliance.

Was told they no longer service Cleveland, I then said they should put that on the website.
