Called ten minutes before due for appointment window. Which was 12:00/3:00. Canceled appointment. Said due to extenuating circumstances they have to cancel. I asked for a reschedule date she said we can’t do at this time. What kind of a reputable company does this. Will NEVER call again. You should look for someone who will show up.

I had them come for my dryer and my fridge. Tech quickly showed me why I didn’t want to repair my dryer and then he got into the heart of the fridge. He gave some maintenance tips before leaving and total cost was really affordable. Will definitely use again!

The customer service sucks!! This was one of the first companies that came up when I searched for refrigerator repair in my area, spoke to someone who hung up on me because I told him I wanted to make a few more calls because I thought the service call price was little high.
