My family has gotten great service from Betsy Warner and State Farm through years of changing home, auto, life and disability insurance needs. She and her staff are always helpful and infomrative.

My calls were never answered are returned. When I changed addresses and switched credit cards I was unable to get in touch.

We chose State Farm because no one else would insure an old house...however, anytime we have a question, no one ever knows whats going on. Even if Im RETURNING a call, Im always transferred at least 3 or 4 times and left with unanswered questions. So disappointing.
