Papers were presented to the woman at the counter. I never met who was doing my taxes and then I received a call saying my 1099 was missing. I checked and double checked my papers and I know they were there. I had to go on line to social security to get a new one. Then prior to that my son dropped off papers and some of his were missing. Then I dropped off three papers to the woman at the desk for my granddaughter and they said they did not have them. I will not be going back there next year.

Youre way too expensive for 1099 Im already having to pay in and you charge $200 to do it thats just ridiculous. You offer 10 20 25% off to do your taxes online. you cant offer 10 15 20% off in store.

Marion told me to drop off my tax papers on Wednesday and she would have it done and call me on Monday when their done, she did call on Monday afternoon was nice and told me I could come that day or Wednesday so I went into the office today she knew I had my sick grandson as I told her on the phone so I’m in a hurry she said just come and sign it will take 2 min, so I’m rushing inside I don’t pay attention to signs on doors especially if I’m in a hurry with a sick 8 month old, so I’m signing paper she waits until I’m done signing 7 papers and says do you have a mask, I said no mam why is it required, she said yes note on door, I said oh well no worries I have had both vaccines she said rudely well it don’t matter, what’s weird is I was leaving anyway I was done signing papers but she made me feel very uncomfortable how she rudely spoke to me so unfortunately I won’t be going back there!!

The manager was super rude to my wife. My wife has been emailing the person who did our taxes to ask a question and never got a response. We have been calling trying to talk to the manager and no response. The manager at this location isnt very professional and should watch how he talks to customers

Ive used HR Block for years, very over priced charging 400 plus dollars for business taxes. I went to an account and paid 150.00. They were charging 70.00 for an IRS extension when theres no fee to file an extension with the IRS. The staff was upset when I refused to file with them very and did not treat me well.
