The staff is friendly. The building is always clean and has a positive energy running through it. I feel like I can be myself and Get healthier in a positive environment!

This is probably the best Planet Fitness I have ever been to. Everything is new and clean, people are respectful for the most part, and the staff always goes above and beyond. Compared to others in Florida this gym is also quite big and spacious. The guy who is there in the early mornings (7am - 8am) when I tend to visit is always up beat and helpful. I fully recommend this location if you are ever in the area.

Its clean and feels good working out here. I wish there were free weights but its a gym for beginners and average people. I just dont like leg press machines and wish I had more options for squats. Thats my only gripe and its minor. Also the afternoon staff is usually pretty awesome! Keep it up yall

Planet Fitness Clermont is great. The facility itself is very large with plenty of equipment for everyone. Ive never had to wait to use something as there is always plenty of whatever youre looking to do. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The Black Card Member Spa is fantastic. The hydro massage beds are the best part. I reward myself after every workout by taking a break in the hydro massage bed. For the price of the membership you really cant beat it.The only frustrating part is they now close at 10 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday which really took a damper on working out anytime you could. So if youre a night owl, work until late or like to go to the gym at night beware they reduced those hours.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful! The equipment is new and clean and theres always plenty of sanitizer and paper towels around. I absolutely LOVE the hydro massage and would recommend a membership just for that alone! Its so fantastic to relax after your workout! The price is 100% worth it to get the full membership and I love that I can bring a guest anytime.

I just had the best experience with this club. I know that normally bad reviews are the only ones that make it to the Internet. But, I called in to the club and had a rough experience at first... then I spoke to a gentleman who listened, and instantly was so helpful. He was understanding and kind. So helpful and such great customer service!Also, this gym is clean, and honestly a really fun place to work out. With the extra things they offer it makes it a whole experience. It feels like a place for everyone. People of all fitness levels.Thanks for the human element that is added when life happens. The employee I just spoke to was great at understanding the need for health as a whole, emotional and physical.Super grateful.

This is the best planet fitness Ive gone to. They have a great and varied weight room and plenty of machines for cardio. Also it looks like everything is brand new in there.

Large gym, nice, clean and very affordable place for doing a few weights and cardio. Friendly staff and I never have to wait for any machines. Happy with my membership of around $10 per month. Well worth it.

I took some time off and missed the community so much I decided I had to come back. It has felt just like coming home, where everybody knows your name, a friendly word of encouragement, and is glad to see you. I triple dog dare ya to try it just once, you won’t regret it!

Went to tan (I work out here as well). Quit Fitness CF, which costs more and caters more to the muscle heads. PF is clean, has most of the machines that FCF has, and is rarely overcrowded. Good place. 👍

What an incredible new gym! There is a great variety of equipment, as well as a lot of it to accommodate a large crowd. The HydroBeds and massage chairs are a perfect way to unwind after your workout. But what really makes this place special is its staff... thank you Max for taking the time to acquaint us with this new facility and making us feel a part of the Planet Fitness family!

The staff is very attentive and polite. My fellow gym members are mostly delightful. Most of them are considerate of the shared space and wipe down the machine after use. However, a few people tend to keep specific stations for themselves. There is this one group that uses a station and when they are done with it, they stand around it without using it until their buddies show up. I think this is very inconsiderate and irritating because other people are waiting to use this very station and it is in very high demand. Other than that group of inconsiderate people, this location is fantastic. It is very clean and well kept. Staff circles around frequently to ensure the cleaning stations are fully stocked. I will definitely recommend my friends and co workers to this gym location.

Disappointed that while visiting my Silver Sneaker type insurance is not accepted at this location. So, I could not transfer my membership here, as I visit a lot. The planet fitness I go to is brand new and convenient to home. It is clean and nice.One of the great points is they are so inexpensive and offer a quality product. That is hard to find these days.No, they dont have a movie theatre Room but when you just need to workout they are as good as any.

The place is clean and safe. Staff is friendly. Precautions in place make it more comfortable and the members seem to take safety seriously as well.

Did 30 min PF express workout real quick before starting the day. Everything clean, people wearing masks. People can be seen sanitizing after using the equipment so good peace of mind especially during this pandemic time.

New to the area and tried a few gyms and this one fit me the best. It’s clean, big, well lit, and equipment appears to be new. While it’s not a body building gym I am still able to get a full weight lift workout in. My only concern is that it can get very crowded at times. So just try to go at downtime’s.

Very impressed. Clean, everyone respects common areas by keeping masks on. Everyone cleans up after themselves and the massage beds are the icing on the cake. Its like a reward after working out. Bathrooms are super clean and staff is always pleasant. I used to go to cf fitness but planet fitness is much easier to navigate if your not a gym buff and the app even shows you how to use the machines

I had a low blood sugar and they steeped in with Gatorade and had me watched until it started rising.They advised me on every step of my exercise routine, which was specialized for my diabetes.The environment was definitely not judgmental and the workout environment was casual, inclusive, and welcoming

Love it great prices and never to busy to find open equipment

Back in 2020, hubby and I decided to temporarily cancel membership since we are too busy to utilize it, I called and was advised that we have to come down. My husband came down to the place we normally go that same week I called and was advised it has been cancelled, dummy of me I took their world for it! Just found out today we’ve been paying the $25 a month and haven’t used it since October! Went down today and since it was not cancelled on their system they won’t of course refund my money! So the joke is on me but whoever told my husband that it was cancelled will get her/his due of KARMA!

I get in free as a guest so I cant complain really. Its a Planet Fitness and if your the kind of person who really knows why some people have a problem with that youll never really like it unless its free and you cant do nothing else anyway. As far as Planet Fitnesses go its as good as any Ive been to always a bit too crowded on weekdays around 5pm but thats to be expected of anywhere really. This place has cool bathrooms too, they have like blowdryers and stuff, insane.

I go here 4-5 times per week. The staff is always nice and the facility is always clean. A few times I have noticed a paper towel dispenser that is empty so I let the staff know and they get right on changing it. The judgement free environment is also such a good atmosphere to work out in. I dont have to worry about people judging my lack of skills or how my body looks

The staff here are always very friendly. The gym is very clean. They are always replacing paper towels and disinfectant. To wipe down the machines and weights. The hydro massage beds and chairs. Are a nice added feature. Especially after your workout.The bathrooms are very clean. All and all its a great gym. And you can have a good workout. With the equipment they have there.

New equipment, spotlessly clean and well maintained, and a friendly staff at the front desk all help make going to this gym a very enjoyable and carefree experience.

So the drinking water tastes nasty the shower stall is a nice size but It doesnt have a sitting block or anything to hold your shower pouch where your shower amenities go. But overall the gym/massage chair Is good. A little disappointed with my visit to this location and Will not be returning as I am visiting from out of town.

Its a great machine gym, but lacking in free weights and a caletheniscs area. I pay 24$ a month and its tanning, massage, and guest access. I have a deal through work though so I dont know how relevant my prices are to everyone else.

Not enrolled in Active and Fit like all other Planet and Fitness. Real disappointment!

Love coming here. Was helped by Bri and Brandon. Both individuals went out of their way to ensure that my experience was topnotch. They are both huge assets to this company and deserve the highest of praises. Lets get them a raise!

Im so glad that PF has decided to now adhere to local mandates regarding masks. Not too long ago, they required masks during workouts at all times.

Echoing the sentiments of others, this is a great gym for a fantastic price. Equipment is all new and functional and staff is friendly. I love the 30-minute circuit workout too. Locker rooms are clean and large with more than enough lockers and showers to go around.Beware, getting into this place is challenging. If you are traveling from south of the gym headed north on 27 there is no left hand turn lane to come in. You have to go past the facility and make a u-turn at the auto collision place which is incredibly difficult when traffic is busy. Ive had good luck with turning on Citrus Tower and then making a left on Steves road to get back to 27 from north of the gym so I can turn right. Also, the Anderson Hill Road entrance is not yet open so dont bother. If approaching from the north youre going to be turning just north of the gym right next to where the old Weststar gym used to be. Look for the giant billboard. You are then driving through a construction zone to get through the parking lot. Glad this is just a temporary arrangement!

Really great place. There is a lot of equipment and plenty for unpopular times. The environment is really great and the equipment is very up to date for a ten dollar a month gym. Abel, who was working at the desk, was super welcoming friendly and quick. Wished there were more people at places greeted me places like he did.

Pretty good gym, friendly staff except the one lady who looks like Karen and told me my sister couldnt exercise as my guest after Ive been bringing her for MONTHS. NOT WEEKS, MONTHS. Never have I ever in my life had an issue with this gym prior to coming in contact with this incredibly rude and unprofessional woman. She should not be employed.I dont care about your opinion, @Karen if she my sister and she with me, just cause you dont have your children to smother dont mean you gotta mess with me, grow up.

The planet fitness facility in Clermont is brand new, and very nice and clean. The staff is young and friendly. And the customers keep to themselves and work out. The price is reasonable with no long term contract which works wonderful for me.

Nice new Planet Fitness. It was busy at first but we seemed to have found some times that aren’t as busy now. Mid morning is great. Well kept and plenty of aerobic equipment. Fewer upper and lower body machines but it’s usually not so busy that something is available to use.

COVID SUPER SPREADER LOCATION !!Members are NOT REQUIRED to wear masks while working out !!While respiration is at its highest and airborne aerosols are expelled upwards of 20, there is absolutely no face protection utilized..YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Nice gym nice staff. This gym much nicer and cheaper than the fitness cf on 50. They are just missing locker rooms with showers and most importantly a Sauna and or Steam room to relax after a long day. I definitely would pay an extra $20 a month for that feature.

No pool and they wanted bank routing numbers and more. The IRS doesnt have as much info on me as these guys wanted. Thats a nope from me.

Great, friendly staff. The gym is perfectly clean, and there is definitely enough machines/weights for a huge crowd. The locker rooms are very spacious as well. Super excited to start working out tomorrow!

This is a great location with the only complaint being overcrowding. For the first few weeks this gym was open the population was at a fair amount. Not too many people but not just a few. Now all of a sudden there are tons of people all the time and some days I go I cant even work out because all the machines are being used. Now, I understand using the machines because well, thats what we go to the gym for. But when I go to the gym and see multiple people sitting on the equipment & not using it but instead being on their phones for 15+ minutes? Talk about a waste of money & time for both parties (me, in this case, and the person using the machine). Otherwise, I love PF and will continue attending until I feel comfortable with my health stats. (weight, muscle mass, blood pressure, etc.). Hope this review helps!

Clean location with new equipment.

While they enforce the wearing of masks, upon entry into Planet Fitness and various other areas in the facility, they do not enforce it while working out. If a person had the virus and is working out and breathing hard, I find it frightening to think of how this can spread.I will be cancelling my membership.

If I had any complaints it would only be about the locker situation. Everything else is flawless I couldnt even give it lower then 5 stars over the locker because thats how much I love planet fitness

With the pandemic, I wanted to cancel my account and couldnt believe the option theyre offering is in person at the gym or if you send letter by mail. Get with the program, I should be able to cancel online or by phone... Makes no sense and is poor business practice if you ask me. Especially during these difficult times where social distance can save lives or perhaps they dont care.

Yes, its clean. It should be;its brand new. There are plenty of treadmills and cardio machines.. other than that.. theres NO ROOM TO DO ANYTHING especially if youre there during peak times. I was there@ 1030 am, And I counted 27 people in the back left corner..27!! No place to place my mat! Pretty sure 27 was over the limit.. people were just walking back and forth waiting for someone to finish. And paper towels to clean off the machines? That whole thing Was not convenient at all..in fact after that first day, I canceled at planet fitness, and resumed my membership at cf!! Theyre having a deal there too! Grass isnt always greener!! Its just too cramped in there

Its open! All brand new equipment and plenty of it! Very happy to finally have one local to the area. Use the first entrance leading up to the building as they have not finished the side road entrance yet.

Lately, havent see the commitment to cleanliness, as I had when the pandemic began, and gyms were allowed to reopen. Entire new staffing.
