My issue was resolved and it fix my Mobility and I was given great tips on how to probably stretch after each one of my workouts. The issue that I had is that when I got there they tried to tell me that my appointment was $95 when I booked it for $50 (gym discount) they also told me that I had to buy their socks which the cheapest pair is $17 so while I’m sitting here trying to keep cost down I spent $70 which I was not intending to and If I would’ve known that we had to use their socks I would’ve bought the pair that I had at home instead of having to buy another pair of socks that I’m never going to wear again. Moral of the story if you have their socks bring it with you to your appointment if you do not have their socks prepared to spend an additional $17-$25 on a pair of socks that she probably will never wear again.

Absolutely a scam! They make promises to get you in the door and then price gouge you. First they told me that I would get a free introductory session and then when I got there, it was just a reduced price $29. Then they sold me a monthly membership with the promise that I can carry over any unused sessions to the next month (not true) and I could allow my wife to use a session. When she did, they tried to charge extra. I canceled after two sessions because they lied to me over and over again. Then they told me that it was a three month minimum and that I owed them another month and a $99 cancellation fee. When I told them that I was never informed of that, they told me that it was in my signed contract. It made no difference to them that I joined over the phone and never signed a contract. They try to charge my credit card every day.

The best decision I have made in my life. Start going to stretch lab. They have help me so much. Years of going to physical therapy and they were not able to get the results like stretch lab.

Very deceptive contractual agreement and pricing. Be very aware. Quality of service is good but expensive commitment that is not explicitly disclosed.

Great staff, Chris was fantastic in explaining and handling my appointments. The facility is clean and COVID-19 compliant.-Working on getting the little extra push to get my posture back in order.looking forward to our next session.
