I was very happy with my rental. The staff was super friendly when I arrived the process was very quick and easy my unit was clean upon my arrival. I did not notice any bugs were any other pests. The team was also super responsive over email actually within minutes of me sending a message which is very amazing for a company nowadays. I would highly recommend this place

Owen was absolutely fantastic from the moment I reserved online! He followed up with a phone call and answered all questions. He took great care in explaining all of my options once I arrived to the store. It was so refreshing to experience such a high level of customer service and professionalism!

I first reserved my unit online. It spells out repeatedly that reserve fee is non refundable. I love the upfront pricing. At the office, I was warmly greeted by Clay who offered to show me the unit, reviewed the contract and pricing, final price and gate code info in detail. I was very comfortable and left knowing exactly what I paid for now and future payments. Unit was clean and door in full working order. I plan on a long relationship with this storage company.

The people are fantastic at this location but the price I ended up paying was more expensive than usual. I have two other units there that are much more reasonably price. I was told that it was because it was the last one of that size available.

Guys were great allowing me to store my trailer for a few days while visiting my sister whose complex doesnt allow them.

The managers are great and will work with you to get what you need.

I have a business and need a lot if space for my equipment. I chose this location as they are close to the turnpike and they have good prices. Even though I changed units three times Sarah was always friendly and accommodating. I now have a large unit that gives me plenty of space even with a trailer inside. Sarah even stopped to give me a new lock when she was leaving for the day. I broke the key off in my lock and she gave me a spare for free! Im not sure why the other reviewer was talking about a creepy guy. Im there every day and I see no guys. Must be the guy who left ( I think got fired) over a year ago. Sarah and the other gals are real professionals.

Owen made my move to Florida a breeze and when I moved and took my boxes my my storage...he made it simple

Low internet prices peaked my interest. I called and was told the prices were correct and there was availability. Although the prices are very competitive, the access hours are very limited and their leasing practices are unprofessional. When speaking with the gentleman on the phone, he explained that the office hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, but he does NOT up sign up new leases or accept payments after 5 pm. I found that to be a hardship since I dont get out of work until 5 pm. Why stay open until 6 pm if you dont accept any business after 5 pm? Because of my hours, I had to go with a more expensive company.
