Poor customer service. The guy working the register never acknowledged me waiting in line to be serviced. Another customer who came in behind me was greeted and serviced as if I was never standing in line.

The worst!They lost 2 of my packages and stated 1 was because of the company they use for shipping!So, I had to file a claim.2 they didnt package an item correctly so, they client received an empty parcel!!They blamed it on my client.I will go elsewhere!!!

In case youre unaware.. going postal means showing up to work and killing everyone..Not sure how that one slipped passed the owner of the company.

Hands down the most pleasant experience ever. This place has boxes coming out their ears and I walk in and they act like I’m important. This is costumer service at its finest and I love that it is so representative of clemmons.

Better than post office. Busy but moves quickly. Reasonably priced. Can use fed ex, ups, post office, or dhl - whatever is best, cheapest service. Can also copy and fax for you. Guy running it is very professional and nice. Always get my work done correctly.

You rarely see individuals go a 💯% over expectations just to help a customer out. But this is exactly what the staff at Goin Postal has done. The owner contacted me at home reviewed information got me rates before I came into the store. And then I came in, and he and his associate went above and beyond! Wow super impressed phenomenal people!!

Staff is always helpful in explaining a variety of shipping options to help me choose what best meets my needs (which is usually finding the most cost effective option), and they are incredibly friendly as well. So, more options than the local USPS and the wait is always shorter. No question about it - this place is tops when it comes to shipping packages!

I think going Postal is over charging! I paid over $32 to send an 8.5 x 11 envelope to arrive in two days to a business in NJ (overnight was going to be $65). The 25 minute wait in line was also not worth it. Packages were everywhere and they seemed very disorganized!

Recently I needed a notary public and since it was not something my bank could we discovered Goin Postal. Their service was fast and staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Will use them for all my shipping needs in the future.

Went here to apply for a holiday job. The owner was sweet and let me do interview on the spot. This place does ship out mail thru 4 mailing companys at great price. They also do fax, notary, and scan in papers for email.

If I could give it zero stars I would! The man that works here is rude and knows nothing about rates, shipping etc. Terrible experience. Hes got a serious case of ADD jumping from one customer to the other. I asked him how much a package would be to be shipped and he said their was no way he could know that! He had the weight, knew where it was going to and he had no clue. Stay away from the Clemmons location. Pulling our company account from this store just because of the guy that works here.

I havent been to a post office since this business opened. Everyone is always so accommodating, patient and kind. The owner, even during the busiest times, manages to juggle each task, seamlessly, while never making a client feel rushed or ignored.

My few experiences are great, as an upcoming ebay seller, could walk there if need be with a back pack lol. they never give me any trouble and let me email my labels and they print them free and off it goes to the buyers :D
