After 600,000 deaths from Covid, this store still refuses to ask patrons to wear a mask. The store is tiny and has no ventilation. I had written to them, telling them that my wife was highly immuno-compromised due to chemotherapy treatment and threatened to get the State involved (since they were breaking the law by not enforcing the mask mandate). They didnt care. Contrast that to the USPS, who enforced the mandate from day one, has cheaper prices and faster and more reliable service.

I had an excellent experience.I watched Brandon package and label a product with great care and display top shelf customer service. The man really did a great job being efficient as well as personable.I am going to assume that his performance is indicative of the remainder of the staff.I know where I will be taking my packages in the future for shipment.The location is also extremely convenient.

I always have excellent service here. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Brandon is especially helpful. On my receipt, he matches up my tracking numbers with the packages. As a small business owner, this is helpful to me as I go enter tracking numbers for my customers.

Very disappointed with the Clemmons nc location. Arrived during published business hours to send a package. However, the door was locked, the lights were on but there was no one working inside. I rang the buzzer, but none answered. The only people going in and out had a secret code. I guess so they could access their boxes. Finally fed up I took my package to FedEx and their service was wonderful. I will never use this UPS store again.

Busted a package, submitted claim, followed all their rules and jumped through all the hoops. UPS corporate approved the claim and this store refuses to address their inaction of correctly marking a package and refund the money for something they destroyed. I have been pursuing this for well over 2 months now. Be careful who you ship with, they may just be criminals.

Friendly people. However, competent would also be helpful. I sent an 8 page fax (4 pages double sided). I specifically asked if BOTH sides were sent since it was only scanned once, clerk assured me and charged me for the 8 pages. I got a call from those receiving the fax and only 1 side of each page was sent.

Walked in store and said hello to young man at desk, no response. Gave him my Amazon return and was handed a receipt. I said thank you, no response from him. Would have given a nice rating, all he had to do would be to say hi, thanks, goodbye.

Sent something to Chicago. 3 day cost $75.81. Box charges $9.74 + $7.36 + $5.61 for a total of $22.71. You have got to be kidding me. Was there a commodity surge in cardboard? Done with UPS and definitely done with this store.

Staff member was more concerned with training a new employee on how to upsell insurance to customers sending packages than to assist me with making printing 9 copies from a thumbdrive. Had to download and make copies myself only to be told what I did wrong when they werent printed in color. Odd thing was that I offered to buy the non-color prints I had made along with the color prints that she eventually made for me. But she had folded the copies. Never even offered to give me the black and white copies that she threw in a trashcan under the counter while I was paying. Never thank me for my business. Never said come again. Never said sorry for the confusion. In fact never said anything during the $6.63 transaction. Unbelievable lack of customer service.

I needed to ship a book back to Amazon. I printed the UPS shipping label that Amazon provides and took it along with the box into the store.The employee who greeted me was polite and attentive. He had no problem using the label I printed for the purposes of shipping.The reason I rated this store as Poor though is because I ran out of tape and was not able to affix the label to the box. But I figured I was going to a store that ships stuff all day long, theyll have some tape I can use, right? Oh they had tape, but the little UPS dude charged me $1 to tape my box (or I could buy my own roll of tape). Cmon, really? In this current economic environment where good customer service is critical, youre going to charge me to put tape on a box? Maybe, and thus is being very generous, maybe that would be justified if its a very large box (car, elephant, orca, etc.), but I was shipping a small hard back book! A 12 piece of tape would have easily secured both the box and the label!I cant see myself going back in here again short of a dire emergency (hellfire and brimstone, alien invasion, zombie apocalypse, etc.)

Worst UPS store I ever been to. They dont even have the UPS envelope available! I had to buy their overpriced envelope ($3.23) to send my document. BTW, theres no hi nor bye nor thank you.

My first, and last package mailed from there because the first overpriced time it was sent the extremely rude girl behind the counter didnt attach customs papers to my canada bound package, came back. After asking the customer my package was sent to if I should try again, a different man, who was very helpful correctly mailed it for me. But as I was there the same rude girl was helping other customers, and answering the phones made me regret going there again. I got no refund on the service fee I was charged for them to drive my out going package to the clemmons post office, right down the road. After 5 bussiness days later my package, according to tracking ,is still in north carolina. Luckily my canada customer is understanding. Do not go here and mail anything, just go to your local post office and save your package a couple days travel time.
