Fantastic customer service, speedy 💇‍♂️💇‍♀️💇 haircuts, great quality cuts, and nice product for sale as well. Love the app and ability to check in online and save time. They also stripped out half the chairs to add in space and have a mask policy that makes you feel safe. I love the triple play with the haircut and shampoo. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible restroom, parking, and seating.

I get there right when the text messages tell me to then they dont even check me in when they greet me and say it will be just a minute which I checked in online to have a spot. Then they take someone else who says its an hour wait on the board instead of me who says on deck and my name goes to an hour.....last time I will visit this location

Ive been here many times. Always loved the service. Until today, when I was discriminated against for having a medical condition. The staff was professional and nice, they called the owner for permission. The owner denied the service, despite the medical condition.

Ladies do a great job and are very friendly. Been here several times and have had no issue checking in and getting hair cut. I recommend this location and will continue going back.

I arrived for my first haircut after the Covid thing locked everyone down. The location was very busy, and I am sure that my stylist was tired (in my old age I forgot her name, but she was the girl from Staten Island), but she was very upbeat and I enjoyed the experience as always. Thanks for the great work in making everyone feel comfortable and safe. I will be back, again, and again.

Checked in online, time was set for 3pm. Still had to wait until 3:45!! This is the 3rd time we’ve come and the 3rd time they have been so far past schedule. That’s not including the 2 other times we have walked out due to the scheduling.

If I could give zero stars, I would. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME My husband or son have gotten a haircut that this franchise it’s been terrible (weve only gone about 3 times) but after this last time I took my son, I will NEVER be back. I swear these people get their license at the dollar store. I’m embarrassed for my son to have to walk around for weeks now with the hack-job that they gave him. I have learned my lesson now. They will never have my boys in the franchise ever again. Despicable!

I checked in online, no problem there. When I get there, a guy walked in he asked how long will it be because he also checked in. I told him please go before me he was on his way to work I was fine with that. But when I see a stylist check out a customer and shes starts cleaning almost 10 minutes and then another stylist gets done then she looks at me just like the other stylist they acting like theyre busier than a cat covering up dookie. Yes Im overweight, and thats how Im looking at the poor excuse thats why they got busy doing something else. I normally get the VIP because its worth the extra money to get a nice treatment. So I got fed up and left. Im sorry I promise this, I wont be back. I get better treatment at Great Clips. You guys need to focus on getting better help that gives a dam about their customers besides looking down their noses at certain people, those ladies really hurt my feelings.

I would said there was bad customer service expect there was just none at all. Had an original 13 minute wait that turned to 45 minutes because both workers disappeared after finishing previous customers. Savanna was my hairdresser and didn’t say a single word to me. My haircut was decent but not at all what I wanted due to no communication. I don’t normally complain but I very was unhappy with my experience today.

Kendall is hands down the best. Great overall experience. I would recommend to any family member or friend.

I’ve been here twice and both times I was able to get in and out on a lunch break. The stylists were very nice and they did a good job on my hair, which is difficult because it’s wavy and curly and it goes in many different directions.This is a newer location, and I get the impression that they’re still going through some growing pains, but they seem to handle everything well enough that it didn’t slow them down or change their positive attitude.

Sport Clips does a great job!! Attention to details and really nice staff. Would highly recommend.

Terrible cuts on my boys, didn’t do what was asked. One came out with a bowl cut, because I asked for the top to be longer. Straight buzz on bottom. It was too short on the bottom, said to take a look before she did any more but can’t go back now. Should have started with longer size. I asked to blend it. No blending. Very choppy above the buzzed sides. She said it won’t look blended because his hair is a different color underneath when it is not. Second one she buzzed all the way to top on one side so it sticks out by part. Can’t get it to lay down. Not blended well and choppy.

I have nothing but praise for Daisy at this location. I always get a great haircut and she is a pleasure to talk with.

Normally, we are super happy with the job they do. This visit was rather disappointing but we will definitely go back. They do a great job with my youngests hair but my older sons hair did not turn out great...

So never been to a Sport Clips before. My father in law goes to one up in PA where he is from and he always like it. Its fathers day and my wife took me to this one coz she has been working a lot and hasnt had the time to cut my hair. The Place is nice and honestly I was impressed. I got a haircut from Nikki. Well to be honest never again will get a haircut either here or by her. I ask for a medium fade and a light trim on the top. My top was completely uneven, my right and left side was just a straight line and the right side was way higher than the left. Honestly a TERRIBLE haircut. The machine she was using was hot to the point of almost burning my skin. I got a haircut pay $26 to just come home and my wife had to fix everything... waist of money... I know NC laws for cosmetology dont allow them to straight razor shave but there are machines to get close to the skin without the need for a razor... This place does not offer them at all... very disappointed with my first experience at Sport Clips

I get a bad haircut almost every time I go to this store in Clemmons. Go to the Sport clips on Hanes Mall Blvd. The only reason I’ve continued to try this store is we live really close by and figured they would straighten up eventually but they just seem to get worse

Checked in online but when I got there they didnt have me so I had to wait behind 6 people that werent even there yet but kept coming in right before there name was called. Only three people were working at a very busy time on a Friday afternoon. Finally got fed up and just left after waiting 30 minutes and still being behind 3 people. Unprofessional and a poor business model. I wont be returning.

Haircut was decent at best, asked for a simple 0-3 medium fade, its quite uneven and unblended, and dont EVER ask for a beard trim. Asked for a trim, little as possible taken off really just shaped...i came out 4 inches shorter all around and looks worse than before i went in, i wouldnt let them trim my toenails. Save your money.

Went and got my haircut there this morning before my beach trip today and it’s literally one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had it’s so bad and messed up that there’s no fixing it I’m either going to have a to wear a hat the whole time I’m on my trip or go somewhere else and just get it shaved off, for a 20$ haircut I definitely expected better.

Only for men, I asked my daughter to trim and no stylist decided to fuck us .. Then for what they charged me for the trim it was not worth it, they only trimmed the ends.Very bad service
