2 old school barbers who give you a great cut and interesting conversation.***Gotta edit my original review a bit - an identical conversation 3 times it is no longer interesting. At least a little bit should be remembered after multiple visits over 7 or 8 months, and apparently it wasnt. Only knocking off 1 star because I would feel bad rating the place worse***$15 for a great cut, I wont be going anywhere else anytime soon.I think its cash only.

These guys are A-OKAY. I stumbled in one day, about 3 or so years ago, and I am so happy I did. Terry & Benny are like old friends, from the very first encounter. It’s just the place I imagined my dad and his dad would visit. So, support local guys, enjoy a bit of the past with both our elders & young, partake in good conversation if you wish, but know you’ll always be welcomed and remembered from day 1. Thanks guys!

What an asset for the community. I have been a customer of Clemmons Barber Shop for 15 years and every visit is the same, friendly, professional and efficient. Terry, Benny and Larry always do a great job with every customer. The atmosphere is relaxed and small town which is a great change of pace in our hurried days. Hometown charm, great cuts. Floyds barbershop here in Winston. Terry, Benny and Larry are tremendous. Fun to hear the stories of them cutting 3 generations of customers. That doesnt happen by chance, customers drive from counties away to continue to get their cuts from the Stone boys and Terry.

Been getting my haircut there for 30 years! Great place to get a haircut. The boys will cut your hair anyway you want it and are Always friendly to everyone. I highly recommend it. 👍👍

Guy wouldnt comply with Federal ADA Law by refusing me entry with my Seizure Service Dog. Actually told me that Federal Laws forbid dogs,Service Dog or not. Its a real shame because I have been there before I needed Haywood to cover me and was very pleased with the people, the price, the service, just everything about the place.Haywood is well behaved, as a Service Dog should be. I was treated very rudely when I attempted to educate them. Ill never be back. Up until that encounter, I thought I had found the perfect place to get an old school haircut.....Haywood is 80# of love.. you cant find more love in one dog.

These guys know how to cut hair, and have been doing it for years. No frills, just a good haircut. They cut hair for lots of law enforcement, do military cuts, they also trim your your ears, provide a good razor blade to the neck and Seabreeze slapped on your neck, which is an oldie but a goodie.

Walk-in ... 2 visits ... 2 different barbers. Nice cuts ... good conversation. Crowded. Dated interior. -1 star for ambiance.

I will never go any where else and Ill wait as long as I have too.....Terry does a great job and is super friendly.......this place has the good ole barber shop feel.....i look forward to getting a hair cut....i highly recommended

I am Kennedy McGovern, and I have been a Clemmons Barber Shop Customer for a decade now. 5 years ago, I moved all the way out to Pfafftown...but no matter. I STILL drive all the way back to Clemmons to get my haircut by the boys. Why? Because it is an awesome place filled with awesome people, thats why!!Maybe I only speak for me, but I am tired of the starbucking of the world. I dont want a Great Clips. I want character. I want uniqueness. I want tradition. I want conversation. Thats Clemmons Barber Shop! And if I think about, I may just get a haircut while I am there.

They dont know how to cut hair ..... I took my 7 year old boy there yesterday just to bring him to another barbershop because they didnt give him a hairline .... If you got a bunch of curly hair or its thick this is not the place to go !
