Great people add service, my mother was t-boned by a girl, which changed places with a dude. My mother tried to tell the Officers but would not listen. So my mother lost a good $5,000.00 car for $1,300.00 She should have been in Good Hands..but wasnt. Dont get me wrong Mark is a good guy, mother got lost in lies.

I have been with them over 20 yrs. I had surgery and didnt realize me insurance lapped. Called before noon. To try and get it reinstated was told no. Would be considered as no insurance and they could write me with the General . Still waiting on quote its after 7 pm. Also they will not take cash. GOOD BYE went elsewhere at 5 pm had insurance in 15 minutes.

All the people who work in my local office, in Cleburne, Texas (only because I have never been to any of Mr. Jamesons other offices) have been, ever since I have been with them, always professional. While always maintaining their professionalism, they have always gone over all of my options making sure that I understood each and every one of them, sometimes having to go over them more than once (I dont understand everything about insurance, but thats why theyre the insurance professionals and Im not). Theyve always talked to me as if I was a member of their family, not a customer or a means to a paycheck, but like they truly cared how I was, and how covered I would be, should it be needed. If I ask them a question, that they dont have an answer to, they let me know that theyll get the answer and call me back, AND THEY ACTUALLY DO CALL ME BACK! They are a professional and courteous bunch and Im proud of myself for choosing Allstate to begin with.

Adrian was very helpful in educating me so that I could pick the best policy for myself. He made sure to cover all plan options and did his best to ensure I got the best rate for my auto and renters insurance policy. I was very pleased with his kindness and knowledge.

Good place but couldnt pay them with cash had to get a money order

I had an Allstate policy about two years with little to no problem. Though now I suspect that was because I had an exemplary agent. She no longer works there. I noticed that their good agents leave, but I digress.Allstate decided to charge me just shy of $600 extra for a driver whom never sat behind the wheel of any vehicle under Allstate coverage & whom has been out of the house for nearly two years. All this without my permission or my signature.. After much time, they did refund $450 (rounding off numbers). They never refunded the last $150, even though they said they would for weeks. Now they have determined that not only are they keeping (I think the exact amount is $141), but I owe them $75. Apparently my insurance starts on the 27th but the billing date is the 6th for some magic reason. So for 10 days they are charing me $216. Amazing because 33% of $350 is $116.66. Guess the decided they needed an extra $100 for their trouble of taking $590 illegally.I recommend anyone/everyone to run away from Allstate as fast as possible. In addition several of the major insurance companies gave me quotes (for the exact same insurance) from $150 to $50 lower.
