The insurance is affordable. Be sure you understand Exactly when your next payment comes due. Even tho I explained carefully that my card is loaded on the 1st they still bill me early, causing a 6 dollar late fee each month. Still cheaper.

The worst insurance company Ive ever delt with. A bunch of scam artist.. They lied to me took money out of my account after I tried numerous times to cancel bc my truck was stolen. They did not give me my money back.. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. SCANDALOUS.. I was forced to put a star just to get my review posted.. BAD BUSINESS.. 💯

Customer service was good. When I went to add full coverage it definitely was a waste of time due to amount jumped up $400. I received a better price with State farm and now saving $230 monthly vs here. Also, I was buying a new car and theyre not available whenever to add that coverage and make it almost impossible to get coverage.

Cheap place to get insurance.A few annoying facts: you cannot get insurance unless you are there with your vehicle. If you are trying to buy a new car, the car lot requires insurance to drive off buuutt Fred Loya requires that you bring the car there. Its a lose lose situation. Annoyance #2 you will have to spend an hour in office signing documents banning anyone who has ever owned the vehicle and their family members. Also reviews on bbb and other places show, if you ever try to file a claim on this insurance...you have better luck growing a 3rd set of teeth. Otherwise...if youre looking for cheap insurance to comply with state laws this is your place....if you dont mind the above.

I have done nothing but waist my time with this company.....Called and got a quote over the phone and they asked us to bring in vehicles so they could take pictures of them. 2013 dodge hemi and 2014 ford f250 diesel.My wife loaded up both of our children and went there so they could take pictures for full coverage. After a 12 hour work shift i had to go and do the same thing with my truck which is a 30 min ride. They said they couldnt sell us a policy because i had to many scratches on truck. Whoop. big deal who cares? Its a truck. Anyway so they find me a new policy with progressive 200$ more a month then what i was quoted through them. Told me they were about to close and that i could go home and call progressive and that everything is saved in the system and will only take a few moments to complete. Well.... im home now and called progressive and now they are telling me i dont have a quote number and that i have to start the whole thing over again. This has already taken about 4 hours of my time and 4 hours of aggravation. I would never recommend fred loya insurance to anyone. They are a joke.... one star is to many. Pathetic. Now i am going to get back on the phone and try this again. I can only hope the next company wont waist my time as yall have...
