Dianne was wonderful! Had my taxes done quickly and accurately. Also, shout out to Nikki who did a great job with my husbands taxes yesterday.

So heres the thing I came to this office to file my taxes around the last days before the cut off date. After I filed with the agent I found out my card was cut off By my bank Because of hackers, So I was unable to pay on that day So they kept My tax return documents until I came back to pay obviously.I do not know if they thought that I was not coming back But I didnt receive a phone call or anything With this matter that Im about to share. I came back 2 days later To pay for the services And to get my tax documents but guess what they shredd it because on their judgement they thought that I was not going to come back and pay for it.Is this how you conduct a business?Would you have done this to any other client?What made you have that judgement especially when I called you the day before I came?Discrimination much?I paid and they told me to come back another day to pick up my package.Simple. Inconvenience yes but simple.And guess what no one contacted me to say that the office at the officeWere to be temporarily closed.This is not the major issue.So I went to another office to see if they could download my file And I was nowhere in the system But not only do I have proof that my taxes were filed And that I have an account on H and R block They were not able to pull up my information. I do not even have a portal on my account for me to download my documents.after countless of calls to speak to the H and R representatives after being hung up on on multiple occasions No one knew of the right steps to take To help me solve my problem They either told me to Go on the IRS website where I have to pay to get my tax documents Even though I brought up several times that I paid for the service to not only have my taxes filed with H and R block but also to have my documents at hand.To think if it was that easy for me to go to the IRS website and file it all by myself why would I need H & R block?They didnt ask me for any real information that will take the steps In solving this problem. Luckily the last representative that I spoke to Who knew how to do her job Ask me all the right questions and got to the point To realise that the agent who filed my Taxes at this office Has put in My birth date wrong.This problem could have been solved on multiple occasions by the H and R block employees, but due to unprofessionalism This has set My time and livelihood on hold Because this company as I can see Values profit more so over work ethics.I am never filing my taxes with H and R block again. not only do I have to deal with the unprofessionalism in this office I have to deal with it With the representatives.Is the whole company flawed?Or do they only appease a certain group of people??Obviously this company doesnt value Customer satisfaction with the employees they hire.And I Can understand a simple mistake but to shredd my documents After speaking to me A-day before And not communicating to me that The office would be temporarily closed at a certain date Is highly flawed to me because I paid for the service and my time is as valuable as the work you put in to file my taxes.

Although Nikki seemed to be decent, this branch required me to spend a great deal of time with them on the phone and via email.Finally we set up an appointment but Adrian from the branch called and told me that they wanted me just to drop everything off as they only had an hour allocated for me. I responded with an hour was fine and if it extended beyond that, I would be happy to come back or leave the data with them. However, Adrian then switched gears and told me that actually it was because they were understaffed.Very unprofessional, deceitful and totally dishonest.Theres better around.

I initially went to this location and left due to being unhappy and waiting too long for a scheduled appointment. The next day I was contacted by the office and was given a chance to come in and let them make it a better experience. So I went back the next day and I was greeted promptly by Diane whom was very helpful with my situation. I would give them 5 stars if that would have happened the first time so I will give them 4 stars since I had to come back a second time. I would give Diane 6 stars if I could for her efforts. Overall I would recommend HR Block on Sunset Point for your tax needs.

I have used H&R Block for years and I have been more than pleased. My taxes were prepared in an orderly fashion and everything was explained to me fully. The experience was a happy one and I plan to go back next year.

The service was poor and my questions were ignored. Dianne gave me information about the fee that was incorrect. I will actively tell my friends about my disappointment with H&R Block.

It was to high and I had a hard time understanding why they want up like that.

Sandra does a great job. Very complete job. We trust her and have been satisfied ever since she started doing our taxes.

Just called to ask questions about taxes. And no one was available to answer anything and said itd be 6 hours before anyone was available. This is silly. If youre going to get paid to do someones taxes at least have the common decency to have a person who answers the phones be competent.

I have gone to H&R Block before. I was disappointed a couple of times. I was very confident with Nikki yesterday.

I called H&R blocks 1800 number to set up an appointment at this location. They assured me this location could help me file a late tax return and I molded my busy work and school schedule around this appointment. I arrived and met with H&R block representative DAWN LAMBERT and was immediately blown off. She said they were really busy today and could not help me with what I needed even though I had made an appointment and was there 10 minutes early. I will note my appointment was at 4pm and this branch is open until 9pm and was still shown the door with no assistance. I will be filing with Turbotax or another competitor for the rest of my life. Thank you for wasting my time H&R block and a special thank you to DAWN LAMBERT for showing me the door. Sorry you were too busy to be of assistance to a customer with an appointment!
