I love this place! I have been looking for a nail salon to go to that I loved and it is amazing. All of their staff is friendly and wonderful at what they do! I give them a 110/100! Would recommend this place to anyone!

The staff is friendly, very clean, decent prices, the girls actually do nail designs! They did mess up my nails once, but they re did them for free and gave me a discount for my next visit.

Good, they took a lot of tone and effort on my nails and pedicure and they both look and feel amazing. My thumb nail didnt get fully covered in gel top coat so stuff is sticking to it. Thats the only problem. My toes are done perfectly!

ANGELICA, the nail tech need to go on training for customer service. She gave me so much attitude. So RUDE. I came here to check this place. I asked politely if my toenails can be cut a little short while she was getting ready to put nail polish on my toes (It only took her 10minutes to do the service.lol) I was told that you should told me the first time and this how we do it here, blah, blah several times. She wont stop talking. I was there to relax and get a little pampering but what did I get, just a mouthful of blah, blah, blah. I didnt get the chance to get the manicure because this place will make you uncomfortable. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Ill go back to AQUA Stone NAIL and SPA 1 where customer service is the priority!

I had my acrylic nails and shellac done at Nail Spa Westfield Countryside by a very nice lady. She was very friendly and very experienced at doing nails. My nails look absolutely amazing. Im very pleased. My new favourite salon ❤️

Horrible they are so rude . Then she told me just to wipe the tint off my eye brows when I got home instead of finishing the job there I told her not to dark they are very dark. Then my eye lashes she never clean up my glue so when I blink I can still feel it in my eye . An one of my lashes is not even curving up just laying flat. I see why I stop going here in the first place . Very very rude

I have been getting my manicures and pedicures done here for about 2 years now. I have gone to several other nail salons before finding this place and they by far do the BEST job. My acrylics stay on and have never popped off early or chip. I think almost every employee there has done my nails and every single one of them does an incredible job. I whole heartedly will always recommend this place when people ask me where I go.

I had made an appointment for 2, and when I brought a party of 5, they gladly took in two more people as walk-ins, and they allowed my other friend to stick around and watch. Which was extremely nice of them, as they were already pretty busy.This place has worked very hard to keep everything safe in the midst of a pandemic. It is required for hands to be washed upon entering, and there are plastic shields on every station to seperate the customers, as well as a mandatory mask policy.I had Kim do my finger nails and she did an absolutely incredible job! It is clear that she is very experienced and skilled in what she does. She is a hard worker. She took her time and made sure my nails looked right to me. She smiled and made me feel welcomed and cared for. Kim is absolutely talented. If anyone is looking to get a manicure done, I absolutely recommend Kim, as she is diligent and proficient when it comes to her job!The prices are very well and you definitely get value out of what you pay for!Its a shame that this place doesnt have 5 stars. All of the employees are clearly hard workers, and they deserve more recognition for what they do!Thank you!

Im sick of paying $50 a set for two years for them to snap off in one piece like press on nails, now my daughter is getting her nails done and our last trip was $120, two days later one nail came off I went and got it fixed when I didnt want to And two days later three more came off in ONE DAY!!! I am still going there because its clos and its habit but I would like to see cost stay where it is and not get more expensive each time and the quality go down substantially

The staff was very sweet, the place was very clean and the pedicure was amazing. The reason I gave 2 stars is because I had my nails done 5 days ago and they are so thin that 3 nails have already broken off. The color they originally put on my nails turned a completely different color a few days later. The color originally was a nude pinkish color now they are a white yellow color and you can see right through them.

Had SNS manicure and Japanese pedicure today. I was very satisfied with both. Nina did a great job with the manicure and Tiffany gave an excellent pedicure experience. It was my first time there and I will definitely go back.

Took my granddaughter in for her birthday this week and they took us right in I had no appointment but they said sure come on it. We just go the basic pedicure but it was awesome and I loved the fact that they use an oil on your legs for massage, leaves skin feeling great. My granddaughters nail tech added a little flower on her big toes for her birthday! So sweet!I cannot wait to go back! I work in the area and will be using this spa and recommending it as well! I’ve been here a couple times and they are always so nice. I went today to get a gel manicure and my experience was not the greatest. The lady who did my nails was very rude. First she rushed through my manicure and filed my nails very hard. Then she got an attitude and seemed annoyed when I asked to cut my nails. I WILL not be back.

My go-to place for gel manicures, eyebrow threading and the occasional pedicure. Professional, fast and friendly.

I just went to the mall to get my eyelashes done which is extremely hard to find a reasonable price $33 to $35 not that bad. It was extremely busy on the weekend have your mask on and dont forget your hand sanitizer. You do go into a singular room with the host it does take some time so make sure you have 30 to 45 minutes available, they hold up pretty good I would say Im about a week in. You can see the eyebrows are outstanding.

It was ok. Pedicure was ok but the manicure was not worth the $15 charged it was no more then what I do at home trim and clean nails that was it.

I would always come to this location to do my nails but every time I come here, their prices for some reason would always be higher and higher even though I always get the same thing every time. I finally had enough of always being charged differently (as a returning customer I know what the price should be every time since I always get the same thing) , the staff including the manager wanted to tell me different as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. These people do not know how to “correctly charge for the services”. The staff and manager argued with me “trying to prove me wrong” when I brought to their attention about how i am aware that i am being overcharged since I have been a returning customer for more than a year, I know exactly what amount I should be paying everytime. The place is beautiful but the staffs attitude and their lack of knowledge when it comes to pricing SUCK!!! 👎🏽👎🏽

I have been to this location multiple times and today I have decided I am NEVER returning to this place. The nail tech I had, had a horrible attitude. Every time I asked her to correct something she did, she would sigh and clearly complain to coworkers while fixing it. Not to mention her attitude got progressively worse. This is the worst French pedicure I have ever gotten, uneven and a mess! I tried to let it go and then we moved on to my nails. I asked to look at a couple different colors and they were out of two of them! Mind you, their attitudes were horrible when I asked for a different color. The tech misunderstood what shape I was asking for, I asked her to do it a different way, she immediately stood up and went to the back office and closed the door and came back with someone higher up. Unfortunately, the error made couldnt be fixed so I decided to leave. This customer service was AWFUL. I was simply asking the staff to do their job and it was clearly too much to ask. Unreal. I used to speak highly of this place but not anymore.

Love this place! It was my first time and i am very impressed. My nail technician was SO nice and we talked the entire time and she did an amazing job on my nails. I will definitely go back for my fill ins here!

I went into this salon 5 days ago for a fill with gel two of my nails have already chipped and one acrylic fell off. I did post two pictures of my nails.

I went to this nail place for over a year. I liked. The way they did my nails. I had a very important wedding to attend had my brows done as well. When I got home I realized that she also waxed some of my naturally long lashes on my right eye. Its been a long time years over 3 and 10 months and I am just starting to see some lashes growing back. It has cost me a lot of money. A few hundred and counting with Ronan and Fields Lash boost and Andrew lessmen hair and nail vitamins. I still dont know if I will ever get them back fully. I just finished posting another. Picture every time someone says what happened to your beautiful lashes. I Get so upset!!!This is 7 years come January 7th.

Listed on sign that pedicure is 25$ , had 2 pedicures , one gel one regular and ended up to 65$ , pretty much included their own tip in the pricing. never payed 65$ for no pedis on top of that i didn’t even have polish to be charged extra for. this was my go to nail salon for years now but looks like i won’t be coming back.

This is my favorite nail salon. Everyone is helpful and do a great job. Ive never left and felt unsatisfied with my nails or services. The last time I was there I watched a woman continually mess up her toe nails while waiting for them to dry. The young woman went back and fixed the nail without complaint, or comment. In a lot of shops the staff will begin conversing in Korean. The customers know they are complaining but dont understand. That never happened. She continued to help the woman and went back to her other customer. The service and atmosphere keep me coming back

Hands down the best nail salon around!! The staff are friendly and they do such amazing work. Price is cheap and the nail salon is very clean which we know lots of places aren’t. Lou & Amy are the sweetest. I would recommend this place to everyone

*Note*I only gave one star to write a review.*Julianna was VERY rude and unprofessional. I noticed she was cutting my toe nails quickly and without really looking at them so of course I looked at them once she was finished. One nail was was plain as day crooked so I pointed it out and asked if she could fix it and she began arguing with me saying that it was straight. I took a picture on my phone to show her my view that clearly showed my nail being crooked, she got very angry saying all kinds of rude things and walked off. One of the other nail techs came over and even said she messed up my nail, it was crooked. Will never recommend this place to anyone for any of their services. No one even apologized.

Cares more about getting the money made from the service instead of your time and care regarding how your nails look. I have never had such poor rude service. At first I was going to bite the bullet maybe go again but I’m so upset from two hours of my time wasted that I’m just going to choose to never go again and hopefully I can save someone else from a bad experience and a poor nail job. One of my nails is crooked two of them have the cuticles pushed way back and all of my nails have glue all around them that will not come off unless I bruise the outer edge of my fingers. Despicable.

This is such a great nails place! Went in for a Mani and Pedicure they did a wonderful job. I love they took their time and did my nails not in a hurry. The employees was so nice too!

I had a nice experience here at Nail Spa as this was my second visit. The time of day I went, I was seated immediately and enjoyed the lavender spa pedicure. Even my husband boast on how Nail Spa massage chairs looked nicer than the other nail bar in the Mall.

Awful experience all around. Gel manicure didn’t last a day and pedicure lasted 2 days. She cut my toe doing my pedicure. I watched the guy next to her do a manicure the place the dirty instruments back in a autoclave bag and in the drawer to be reused. Don’t waste your money.

Recently went there for my daughters birthday. She got her nails done for the first time. Horrible experience and work. First she waited more than 15 minutes in the chair waiting for someone when they said oh ya we have someone right now. I went back and sat to get a pedicure. Thinking they were going to begin at the same time. Wrong! I hated sitting there while she was just waiting in the chair for someone anyone to see her. Mean while numerous staff were not doing anything. Also the sign said 22$ for the full set but we ended up paying 37$ for them with no explanation as to why. Literally only got a full set with them painted white. No extra frill no gel nothing! They were bumpy, not on straight, and none of them actually covered her entire nail which I didnt notice till we left and got a better look. Now to make matters worse a week later 2 have come off!! Extremely dissatisfied and will never ever go back there again. Only reason I did give 2 stars is because I did like my pedicure.

Nail Spa is the WORST nail salon in countryside mall! I came here yesterday with two of my girlfriends. Two of the people who helped us had major attitudes. The girl that did my toes literally just rushed through me and when I asked her to scrub the dead skin off of my feet she told me “oh no if I scrub harder your feet will bleed” don’t you think I know my own feet? Then she tells me I should have got a deluxe massage instead, which you’re suppose to rub my dead skin off regardless. Then when it was time for me to get my nails done, the nail tech said would be back in just 3 min but when I looked backed she was working on another persons fill-in. I a from out of town and whenever I came to town I would love to come here. I will never send anyone I know back to this spot. They also lost 4 valuable customers yesterday. I do not recommend anyone going here. I was also told by a customer outside that they use fake acrylic, which my friend is pregnant and that could have potentially harmed her baby yesterday. Completely disappointed in the Nail spa.

It is the worst place that exists. I was doing my hands and feet. The man who treated me was very bad, he hurt me with his nails. The color was not the one I wanted and I asked him what is the problem? and he answered me ... the problem is you, I felt that I treat myself very badly. I do not recommend this place at all, it is the worst I have seen. They are very poorly educated and rude.

I got a pedi and powder dip nail service and was disappointed with both. My pedicure was over without much work to remove dead skin or clean things up. I ended up having to do this myself when I got home. My nails were pretty, although much thicker than I expected. Within 5 days, they were cracked and chipping beyond repair. So two hours and $60 later, I left disappointed. That’s way too much time and money to not even last a week.

Don’t loose your money here. The worst service ever in my life. The first person who started doing my nails start arguing with the one next to him and stand up and leave me without any explanation. Minutes later i saw another customer complaining and the employee started laughing in her face. I went for gel refill and I ended up paying 70$ for acrylic nails the i didn’t want it and toes gel polish. Extremely expensive for the worst service ever. If I could give 0 start i will.

I got my nails done on a Sunday, the man who did my nails was very rude. By Monday night one of my nails had fallen off, when I came in the next day to ask if I could get it fixed they refused to and said they would do it for the price of a new set. I’ve never had a nail fall off that quick, and the place who did the nails not take responsibility for them.

Normally they do an okay job, but recently I went in to get a gel fill and was severely disappointed. Bubbles in the gel coat surfaced on four of my nails, and the rest are dimpled and look absolutely awful.Now the bubbles have ruptured and the top coat on three of my nails is cracked wide open and peeling.1/5 stars, hoping theyll make this right.

This is the Nails to go to! If you want to feel relaxed or even pampered. This location is located in a very convenient for anyone. I really find the interior of Nail Spa very clean, a nice atmosphere, and also friendly. They really didnt rush through I felt very relax in their pedi chair. I felt that I was cheated of money here because they offer such great deals! Recommend.

I try to make reservations with the owner, Amy, but most times Im a walk in and they have plenty of staff so Ive never had to wait. I can always count on a job well done either way.One thing Ive noticed about ALL nail places Ive been to these days is they dont give hand massages when you get manicures and that was my favorite part. Went there for the first time and wont be back. Got a full set, white tips. Sat in the chair and HAD TO WAIT FOR THE TECH because she was doing her own nails before she even started on mine. She took a chunk out of my finger with the nail clippers. She rushed through the entire process so that she could get back to doing her own nails. My nails have a gap between the cuticle and the nail, and they are all different lengths. Horrible. Needless to say she did not get a tip.

I asked for Anna the owner, pointed to back, and said go ask her...then I was past down to her mom, then later to a very nice nail tech, she did well. She had the best attitude in the shop, she also speaks good English. I guess they were sending me a message.....i got it! Never again will I come back to NAIL SPA WESTFIELD They treat WHITE people better than they treat BLACK, mainly the OWNER. To all the Beautiful BLACK QUEENS, pay attention to your environment at the NAIL SPA and whatch the difference. The OWNER is really prejudice. Anna does great brows, but bad ATTITUDE very MOODY!

I love this place! Just make sure the girls take care of you bc one of the men doesn’t speak very good English and honestly just doesn’t seem to care if you are happy or not. Other than that this place is awesome.

The nail tech I had was pretty rude. She did a horrible job on my nails and left a gap between my cuticle and nail. She left my ring ringer shorter than the rest of my nails and its slightly slanted. Dont get me started on the one who did My daughter nails. I usually go to another salon but my girl was out of town this week. Never again... Ill just wait next time.

This will be my third time going to nail spa. My first 2 experiences were very good. However, my third and my last experience at nail spa was the absolute worst. I went in for a pedi and mani. My manicure went well, services were good. However the lady that did my nails cut them down extremely shorter than what I asked her to. Her and the other lady that did my manicure started speaking in their foreign language, then started to laugh. I asked her what did she say and she paused for at least 30 seconds trying to figure out what she was going to say. She replied back Oh she just ask if you pay money. 🤔😂 Really? I refuse to patronize people like this. They will never get another dime from me. ✌🏾

This was my 3rd and last time coming here. First visit I had a full set put on and painted $21, fair. I came in a week later to get them cut shorter and change the color, I was happy with this time, but was charged $23. Now today my 3rd visit I needed a fill and have them shortened. The guy was not friendly and very rough. My thumbs are soo sore and burning, thought they were going to bleed. He seemed to get mad that I told him one of my nails was filed slightly crooked. I also asked for them to be rounded off 2x and he still made them square. Then he polished them and I can still see some of the color from the last time under the new color! Then this visit was charged $26 dollars. The price goes up every time I come here!

I got my nails done Saturday. I spent $40 to get the gel. They looked perfect when I left. Monday I had to go to another salon because I thought my nail broke. It turns out the gel had chipped. Two nails today have chipped. I am extremely upset. I will never go back to this nail salon and I will be calling them tomorrow to see what they can do about it. This is unacceptable. I stopped going there 2 years ago and I should have known better and have since fixed two. I’m about to fix a third tonight. I am going to file a claim for legal action.

I usually have pretty good luck with this salon. But I do Love Louie the best. He does awesome work.
